I was sitting at the desk in my WTF Chairman's Office and was bored.
"Ahh nothing happens right now. Next show is planned, celebrity special
aswell...", I said definately being in serious need for action.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"Come in please" I answered, hoping it's not one of the roadies asking on how to do things.

"HELLO BLADE!!", a very good mooded Cole Blackblood entered with a big smile on her face.
"Aww finally someone with a good mood. How can I help you?", I asked her.
"You can lose to me, Blade", she answered and laid the PS3 version of WTF Tuesday Tickles on my desk.
"Hmm", was all I let out, but then looked at her: "Well you wanna play? Sure, you're on."
"Good. Nobody wants to play with me anymore. Neither hear on Earth nor down there. I need a new victim", Cole told me.
A fact that not many know is that Cole and me actually are good friends. A fact that not many know, but is true. Still, Cole never let me tickle her...

"I won't make it easy for you Cole", I spoke as I started my Play Station 3 and inserted the game, then passing Cole a gamepad.
Obviously she played as herself, while I played as her enemy Cynthia Storms.
Less cause I wanted to, but just to annoy her.

"Ok Cole, you say you are unbeatable, right?", I asked her.
"Yeah, nobody will. Not even you Blade.", she replied with a bright grin, sure to win this battle.
"Well, what about we have a little bet then?", I asked again, with a mean smile forming on my face.
"Sure. What do you want? If you lose you will get on stage in women's clothes during the next show", Cole giggled as she told me what she wanted in case I had lost.
"Fine with me", I said shacking her hand. "And if you lose, I may tickle you for 1 hour".
"That's a deal Blade, you won't beat me anyway", Cole said cockily.
"We'll see", I replied.

The battle raged for over 15 minutes.
15 minutes of smashing buttons, throwing tickles on screen and tantrums in front of it.
But then finally after all the moaning and screaming a winner was born.

"No dammit! It was so close!", Cole said sounding a bit annoyed.
"Yes but I've beaten you. You know what that means Cole~", I said in a teasing voice.
Was a bad idea cause 1 second later Cole looked at me and zapped me using her powers.
"OWWWWWW", why did you do that?", I asked her with a slightly painful look on my face.
"For winning", she answered shortly.
"Well then... let's get down to business. Arms up please!", I ordered and Cole did being a fair loser.
Next I cuffed her hands to a bar right above her and for reasons of my own
safety, tied her ankles together.
After that I set a timer to 1 hour and put it in sight to her, so she can't say I cheat about the tickle time.
"Ready Cole?", I asked cheekily.
Without saying a word, she just nodded but then decided to say something.
"Yeah yeah... just get it over with. But I dare you to tihihihihihi hahahahaha"

Cole began to giggle as I softly stroked her ribs, which are by far her most ticklish spot.
"Hehe wanted to say something Cole?", I asked teasingly as I wiggled my fingers on her ribs.
"ahahahahahahahahahahaha not there Blahahahahahahahade", she wriggled and giggled loudly.
"Awww someones got ticklish ribbies. Coochie coochie coo Cole", I teased her more and more, tickling a little faster.

"AHAHAHAHAHA NO STOP IT", Cole began laughing a bit and squirmed the best she could.
"I won't stop Cole. I still got 59 minutes left. Also, your ribs are the only spot that guarantees an immediate result.
Tickling on other spots had caused you to try to hold it in, but I don't have time
to play like that hehe", I told her and began to spider tickle her ribs quickly.
"NO NO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA".
Cole broke out into loud laughter, as I quickly moved my fingers along her sensitive ribs.
Still it wasn't the worst that could happen. She knew that for sure. Being my friend, Cole knows that no matter how nice I am as a person, I am a merciless and by times sadistic person when it comes to tickle others.
And she was right.

After a few minutes of the relentless rib tickling, I increased the pace by tickling faster, counting her ribs. As I did that, her laughter pitched up a notch.
"KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
Squirming wildly, trying to escape my devilish fingers, Cole found herself unable to do so.
A few minutes passed as I stopped to let her catch her breathe.
By now she was panting hard and her head was unusually colorful. Her usual pale skin turned red from all the laughing.
Before she was able to do or say anything I said: "35 minutes left, Cole. I hope you had fun so far.
"Shut....up....", Cole answered smirking.

"Ok, then I will shut up and just continue to tickle you Cole", I told her smiling evilly.
"Crap...", Cole replied shortly, as I laid my hands on her ribs and began to tickle them with my fingernails making Cole laugh hard immediately, knowing that nails work very well.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BLADE NOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA", Cole begged as I further tickled her ribs. With every 5 minutes of tickle tormenting Cole's poor ribs, I dug my nails deeper and deeper into them without any sign of mercy.

Time passed by and Cole's head was bright red and she cried with laughter, even begged me to stop tickling her.
"NYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BLADE STAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAP I BEG YOU HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
"I'm sorry Cole, but you agreed to this. 10 minutes left. I'm sure you can handle it just fine hehe", I smiled and continued her merciless rib tickle torture, digging my nails into her ribs deepest i could.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA NO MORE HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAVE MERCY HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA PLEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEASE"
No matter how much she begged, I just tickled Cole on and on enjoying it alot.
As the last 10 minutes had passed Cole looked exhausted.
I tickled her nearly non-stop and very hard for an hour, so it wasn't a big surprise.
Her face was filled with tears and she was drenched in sweat from all the laughing and squirming.
"Aww brave girl. You deserve a good rest", I said smiling and untied her, then carried the weakened vampire girl over to a soft mattress i got in my office just in case someone faints... or got tickled too much.... *cough*

Smiling at me Cole then said: "That was alot of fun Blade, but next time I get you" Next she poked her tongue out at me, before closing her eyes and taking a nap.
Walking back to my chair and desk, I sat down and leaned back.
"Aww that was alot of fun. I have to thank Cole later for taking my boredom away."
Looking at Cole sleeping, I thought loudly: "Hehe, she is so cute when she sleeps"
In the next moment I was zapped again.

"OWWWWWWWWWW", I moaned in pain and look at Cole who still had her eyes closed but formed a smile on her face. "I heard that Blade"

"But you are cute Cole"
"Not cute"
"Cute"
"Not cute"
.....and so on

Btw. the discussion about whether Cole is cute ended in a draw with her falling asleep and me getting another zap....
