At the fair

It was a hot and sunny afternoon in the kingdom of Merada, a rather small but quite wealthy kingdom.
The yearly one month long summer fair has reached his final day and the streets were full of people trying to take advantage of the many discounts for the different products being offered at the fair.

Even though so many people had been there, it was a quite day for the fairs' security rangers.
One of them, FF, a young but very successful ranger, sat down on a bench and watched out for possible law breakers.
"Ah, what a boring fair this is. Nothing ever happens...", FF said and leaned his head back to look up to the sky. Then suddenly he hears a woman scream.
"Hmm.. Where did this come from?? Ah, there. I guess I have some work to do."

FF jumped up from the bench and saw a slim figure running swiftly round a corner in between two houses.
To fulfill his duty as a ranger, FF followed that figure whose silhouette was the only thing he had seen.
FF ran through the narrow alley until he could not run any further.
"Where should I go??", he asked himself, seeing a few wooden boxes a short moment after, realizing that he can use them to jump onto the roof.
For him, being the best ever student for the ranger academy ever, it was no problem to jump from box to box to get on top of the houses.

He got closer to the thief realizing it was a girl and judging from the girl's tail she must have been a cat girl. FF was close behind her and followed her to a place of the city where nobody had been at that time, because of the fair.
Still running on top of the roofs the young kitten turned her head and saw FF following her. In this short moment of carelessness the kitten missed a jump and fell down between the gap of two houses from which one of them was coincidently FF's.

FF carefully jumped down and stood in front of the young kitten. She looked at him and the other way round.
"Gotcha!", FF said with a smile on his face and added: "You've been a bad little kitty. You stole from others... I think you need to be ounished for this. Oh my.. And look at my shirt. Just bought it yesterday and now it's soaked with sweat... This is all your fault. ".
FF tied the girl's hands behind her back and tied her paws with his hard to cut rope. (a special rope for rangers only)
Still shocked from the fall, the young kitten did not struggle, nor did she try to get away.

"Thanks for stopping by at my place. Makes it easier to bring you here". FF had a bright smile on his face. He carried the girl inside his house and let her down on his bed. Next, he tied her paws to the bedpost to keep her from moving them to much.
FF then sat down on the bed, looking at the girl and asked: "Look what a little cutie I've caught myself. You know why you are here??"
"No I don't and now let me go!!", the girl screamed back at him.
"You don't. I will tell you then. YOU, stole some money from a woman on the fair and now I would like you, to give that money back or else I will have to make you give it back by force. So tell me your name please."
"Forget it!! I tell you nothing!!"
"Fine with me, then you leave me no choice...", FF told the kitten, walked over to her paws and began to pull of her boots.
"Hey, what are you doing?? Leave my boots alone!!"

"My my, what do I see here?? You have worn your boots without socks I see. Ok, I can't only see it, I can smell it too.", FF said while admiring the kitten's beautiful paws.
They were a size 11 (normal size for a kitten) and had very soft looking white soles and pinkish pawpads. Her fur was yellowish.
"Hey Fox, what are you up to, huh??", the annoyed girl asked.
"You will see if you still refuse to answer my question. Last chance to talk, what is your name??"
"I will nevber tell you!!", she yells back.
"Ok, you wanted it...", FF said and started to run his index fingers up and down her bare soles causing the young kitten to giggle very much.
"Nohohohoho!! Dohohont do thahahat!! Stohohohop it!!", the kitten pleaded.
"To late darling. Also, why should I stop, I have just started?? Your cute footsies are too ticklish , aren't they?? coochie coochie koo", FF answered with a big grin on his face, getting even brighter as he begins to tickle the girl with all of his fingers.
"NOHOHOHOHO!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! STAHAHAHAHAHAP IT PLEHEHEHASE!!! NOT MY PAHAHAHAHAHAWS!!"
"Tell me your name and I'll stop. Until then, I would be glad if you would laugh for me a little more.", FF told her teasingly.
10 minutes later the girl's face was bright red from all the laughing and tears ran down her cheeks. She was at a point where she couldn't take a single second more of the tickling. And so she finally screamed: "It's DINAHAHAHAHA!! My name is DINA!!! PLEHEHEHEHEASE STOP NOW!!!"
And so FF stopped the tickling.
"Fine Dina, thanks for the cooperation that that wasn't everything. This can be over quicker if you just tell me what I want to hear from you. Will you admit that you stole the money??"
"I admit nothing!!", the still panting Dina told FF.

"Fine, then round 2 may begin now", FF said to himself and pulled out to stiff feathers from under his bed, brushing them up and down, Dina's vulnerable bare soles making her laugh.
"KYAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! NO FEHEHEHEATHERS PLEHEHEHEASE!!! I BEG YOU, PLEHEHEHEASE NOT MY PAHAHAHAHAHAWS!!!!".
After 5 minutes this time, Dina gave in and told FF that she stole the money.

"It's nearly over for you, sweetie. Last question!
Will you give the money back??"
"I won't give it back. Tickle my paws all you want but I will never ever give it back."
"Well, I don't believe you will stand that much tickling."
FF went close to the young girl's paws and started to lick Dina's still hot and sweaty bare soles.
"What a nice taste they have. Does that tickle Dina??", FF asked her while enjoying the licks.
"OH GOHOHOHOHOD NOHOHOHOHOHO!!!! NO LIHIHIHICKING, IT'S TOO MUCH!!!
I GIVE UP, I GIVE UP!!!", Dina screamed from the top of her lungs.
FF immediately stopped to lick her paws.
"Congratulations, you have answered all the questions correct. Now you are free until you receive your punishment.", FF said and smiled at Dina, while she wasn't able to do much else then trying to catch her breathe.

Just 2 hours after catching Dina,m FF gave the woman her money back.
His chief told him to punish Dina and he decided for her to get her bare soles licked by him for at least 6 hours each day for the next 2 weeks. He was sure that this will teach her not to steal from anyone ever again.
