Extreme Tickling Stories Part 3

Title: The Stalker
Victim: Hilary Duff (Singer and Actress)

One evening after a concert Hilary came back to her Hotel Room to chill off.
She put on a great show and really rocked the stage. Even though she is very energetic, she was very tired after the show and decided to take a shower and go to bed then. Hilary drank a glass of water and prepared for the shower.
Suddenly she became very sleepy and had trouble keeping her eyes open.
Hilary went to her bed, threw herself on it and began to sleep immediately.

Right after her eyes closed a young man about her age, who hid on the balcony, entered the room through the half open door. He was a stalker with just one wish. And this wish was different from that of the other stalkers. His wish was not just to be near her. He wanted to see, touch and tickle Hilary's feet.

2 years ago, the youg man, who has a foot and tickle fetish, saw a picture of Hilary's feet on the net and became obsessed by her and even more by her feet.
He closed the door to the balcony and tied Hilary spread eagle to her bed than.

"So... finally my dream comes true. I, Jeff Richards, will touch Hilary Duff's feet tonight. I am so excited, I just can't wait to see, touch and tickle them."
2 months before in a star chat with Hilary, he asked her if she was ticklish and she wrote: "I'm not very ticklish except for one spot and these are my feet. They are more than just extremely ticklish. If anyone would tickle my feet, I'm sure that I couldn't stand it for even 5 seconds."

Jeff took off Hilary's shoes and smelled her socks which were sweat drenched and very smelly. It was like a dream come true to him. He always imagined doing this while they were sweaty and smelly and they really were. Jeff sniffed on Hilary's socks for sometime before he finally took them off.
"Showtime", he said.

He took one of the socks and gagged Hilary with it and then put duct tape over her mouth to keep her from making the slightest noise. Jeff then kneeled down in front of Hilary's feet, grabbed her ankles and put her sweaty bare soles to his face.

30 minutes later, when Hilary awoke she realized what had happened to her not knowing what was still to come. She tried to scream and to break free, both without success.
Jeff walked oer to her and said: "So you are finally awake Hilary. That's good. Now it will begin. He then smiled devilishly and put  2 long stiff goose feathers out of his pocket, showing them to Hilary. She looked at him with a mix of panic and confusion.

Jeff then went over to her bed and softly started to stroke Hilary's bare soles with the feathers causing her to giggle loudly through her gag. After 1 minute of teasing he began to brush the feathers over Hilary's helpless soles with steadily increasing speed causing Hilary to laugh out loud. Just like she wrote during the str chat her feet were more than extremely ticklish.
After only 5 minutes of tickling, tears were running down her cheeks and muffled screams left her still gagged mouth. Jeff then took down the feathers and scratched his nails over the poor girls soles without mercy.
He did this for hours until 5 am the next morning without a break until he stopped.
That night he put Hilary and her feet through hell.

As Jeff went close to Hilary's tear filled face he said: "Don't dare telling anyone what happened tonight or I will come back and tickle you to death! Understood!!!"
Hilary nodded and Jeff freed her. As he wanted to leave the room, Jeff took one final look at her feet and let the room.

The still gasping and scared Hilary never told anyone about this incident, because she feared Jeff's return and a death by foot tickling.

The satisfied Jeff went back home and planned how he could get to tickle the feet of the next girl on the list which was Lindsay Lohan....
