In my initial plans, I wanted to do an "half milestone" where she lost only a finger between two big milestones. But numbers were faster than me and I reached the 6 Millions hits in deviantart sooner than I expected.

However I didn't want to get rid of the finger idea, so why not having the big 6millions milestone ending up with such a small consequence ? How ironic is that ?

Wathever, Milena doesn't really consider that as a small consequence, for her the decease is inexorably progressing.
