Candice is not the only girl who benefits the Rehabilitation program, there's sevral other girls, all assigned to a different teatcher.<br />She met some of them before leaving prison, and sometimes, during of of their -very rare - free time,they meet together to discuss and compare their experiences.<br /><br />Today, Candice is having lunch with Charity.<br /><br />Charity was a talented thief and pickpocket, she stole lot of work of art from museums before being caught.<br />Contrary to Candice who is denied every form of prosthetics, Charity is forced to wear this heavy pegleg (atached to a locked belt) which impedes her walking a lot, making all attached bells ringing at every step, which of course prevent any tentative of stealing something.<br />Being also a talented card (and especially poker) player, when she she volunteered for the rehabilitation program, she asked to be reinserted using this predisposition, that's why she kept a small part of her right arm, and got a hook, which gives her enough dexterity to play and teach cards, but not enough to cheat..<br /><br />What she didn't expected is poker is not on the rehabiliation program plans. She's now Pokemon card teacher..
