the door to the old witches house opened and a young man walked into it, with his eyes on the floor. He stepped in front of the caldron and placed flowers in it. He couldnt believe that she would die of old age. For once, she came to his Magicshow and that was how it ended. After all that had happened, he thought to himself.

Lukas turned around as he heard steps in front of the door. a young woman, with ripped cloths stood in the door. "What are you doing here?" he asked. The girl fell on her knees. "I ran. i dont know, how i got here. what is this place?"  she asked. He helped the girl on the couch in the middle of the room.

He checked her for scratches. "Thats the house of my old... lets say teacher. She liked to call herself an old witch. she usually stayed her and looked after her plants." he said with sorrow in his voice. "Where is she?" He sat next to her. "She died a few days ago. for once she decided to visit me in the City and thats what got to her."

"I am sorry, she must have been important to you." the girl said. "Yeah, she took me in, as my parents died. She tried to teach me her witch knowledge. But no matter how much she tried, she never managed to turn me into a girl." The girl looked at him. "She had access to such magic?"

He laughed. "No, she was just one of the smartest people i knew. She could have beaten any kind of scientist, if she wanted to. But she rather stayed with her plants and helped travelers such as yourself." he pulled a coin from behind the girls ear. "But she also liked to have fun. guess, thats the one thing, i really learned from her. " The coin flared up and turned into a rose.

the girl jumped up, unsure of what was going to happen. He felt it enter the zone around the house. Managing it, to takle the girl to the side, as a light beam cut through the house, were she just stood. The Magician looked up, seeing a strange robot raising his hand for another blast. Lukas lifted a blanket over the girl, causing the robot to stop.

As he pulled it away, did the robot lose its target and scanned the area. the girl crawled through a secret tunnel to the backside of the house. She got a glimpse at the Man she just met and the robot that hunted her.

It looked like he summoned two blades from thin air. Both charged each other, missing each other enough, that lukas rolled over its shoulder.  Two swords impaled the robot and the Magician jumped back. Repeating the process. with another set. The second pair sparked as they touched the original swords. taking the robot out.

"Tada." he said and bowed to the girl. for the first time did he notice, that she was bleeding blood. Only it was to green. He raised another sword and pointed it at her. "I am- uhm. You can call me... melissa. And i am not from around here."

"Is there a reason for that thing to hunt you?" he asked and let his guard down. "I kinda ran away from my arranged marriage." she said and looked  her blood, before collapsing.

She woke up a few days later, laying on the couch in the backstage area of a Theater. She watched the magician perform his tricks. Her curiosity got the better of her and she stubbled onto the stage. Shocking the Assistants and confusing the crowd watching, as her green skinned body moved around.
