Alice closed her eyes, if that was how it ends, she wanted the feeling on her lips be last thing left. At first she didn't even notice how she lost the feeling her right foot and then her left. It slowly moved up her Legs. Not long and it started from her hands as well. As she noticed that she couldn't even feel her hips anymore, was it to late to open her eyes. All that was left was the darkness around her and the feeling of Sams body next to the parts she could still feel. But that only stayed for a moment. Even her lips started to fade. Leaving Alice alone in the darkness.

Sam looked around, this couldn't be the end. Even if he wasn't able to keep himself save, there had to be a way to save Alice. He looked around, hoping for anything. His body started to feel hot and he pulled Alice closer. Causing a spark to from in front of him. As his recovered did he notice a small book floating in front of him. It opened itself to an empty Page. While looking at it, did words appear, he couldn't read them. He could however recognize them as part of the Language of Mages. In a last attempt did he pour all the Energy he had left into the book. Hoping that whatever the spell was, it would protect Alice.

 Alice wanted to just curl up, but there was no Body for her to control. Then a spark appeared before her eyes and a hand reached out. Feeling Sams grip did she let herself be pulled away. Meanwhile did Sam feel, how Alice started to changed. He couldn't fully understand it, but from one second to the other, did he went from holding his Girlfriend to holding a sword. Three Zombies crossed into his territory and he cut them down, before he even noticed that he was moving.

After taking out a dozen Zombies, did he start to feel the strain this had on his Body. He turned to the Wall behind him and ramped his Sword into the Wall above his head and then used it to climb up the Wall. As he tried to pull the sword out, did Alice return to her normal form. Sam managed to grab her hand and pull her up just seconds before a Zombie could take a bit.

Both knew that this wasn't the time to talk about it and so they just ran. Following the wall till they reached the Entrance. The Moment Nina noticed them, did she hug Alice. "Thank god, i was so worried, when the others told me you got seperated." Sam seperated the two. "We don't have time for this." And with that they left the School behind. The Group quickly reached the sports shop. Nina grabbed a waterbottle and some protein powder and mixed a drink and handed it to Sam.

He looked at her. "You have been using a lot of Magic. Your Body doesn't recognize it yet, but you are so close to just dying on the spot. So drink and sit down." she commanded and watched him, trink it all in one go. "So, whats the next step?" Amy asked after everyone looked around and put on a bit more defensive gear.

"Thats where we will split up." Sam said and looked at the group. "Amy, you will lead them to the Mall. Nina, Alice and i will go and search for the entrance of the City of Mages. Because if there is a place where we can find answers, its there." Dan turned to him. "Sure, you don't need our help?" Sam kneeled down and drew a line on the floor and stepped back. "Cross over that line and you can come with us." he dared. Dan looked at the Line and made a step towards it.

Once he was past it, did he jump back. For that one second, did he sense the Danger coming from Sams Magical energy. "And i want to remind you, that i just started to learn magic. What ever is happening on our way, we will cross paths with those that had years to learn this craft." Afterwards a few others of the group tried to cross the Line, just to see what happens. But none of them even made it close to stepping over it.

After a last goodbye, did the two groups split up. Nina guided Sam and Alice around the city and stopped, the moment she was sure, that no one had followed them. "Okay, what is that in your Pocket?" she asked and stared at Sam. He slowly pulled out the book. "It kind of just appeared in front of me." he said and handed it to Nina.

"Thats a spellbook. A brand new Spellbook. That is the highest from of Magic, a Mage can achive. Those usually get past down from a Master to their most promising student. is there something you don't plan to speedrun." she asked as she looked at the one spell, written inside. "What the hell is that in the first place? thats not a kind of magic i have seen before. What does that spell even do?" she asked and handed the book back.

Alice and Sam looked at each other. "It turned me into a Weapon." Alice said after a few seconds." Nina just looked at her friend before she just turned around and started to walk again. "I am going to question that later." was all she had to say.
