"Can you please help me with those boxes?" Lana asked as Lars walked into the trainings area. "Sure, but are you getting into these boxes or putting them in storing?" he asked. "I don't think, you are here to cut me into pieces, so these come into storage. They need to be checked out and possibly replaced. I was using them for a show last weekend and they made an unhealty sound." she said, while directing Lars to the place the boxes should be stored.

The Owner of the Shop came out of his office as Lars put the last box away. "I thought i did hear you, Lars i am glad you are fine. Then again, i never doubted your Ability to escape a third rated Magician." the Magician joked. But he stopped Laughing, as soon as he saw Lars serious expression. "I know, some of your classmates got hurt in the process and you nearly had to blow your cover."

"Let alone the fact, that you had to attack someone with the intent to kill, in front of your friends. So if you need to talk about, me and Lana will always have an open ear. I promise." Lars looked at his Boss. "I do have a favour i need to ask. Can i borrow Lana and the Practice area on the weekend?"

"You wouldn't ask, if you weren't planning something i would be against, so what is it?" he asked. Lars looked on the ground. "I wanted to let Rei see, how the sawing in half trick is performed, if there is no intention of hurting the Assistant and think she has the capabilty to use Magic, so i would like to test her and reveal that secret to her."

the Owner turned around. "Ask Lana, you can do the non magical variation with her, to help your little friend and if Lana is trusting her. You can show her real Magic. Just be careful, i haven't met an assistant that was taking the news of Magic and an injury she got to cover itup, with a positve response. In the worst case, make sure that Lana is standing between you her and whatever she can throw in your direction."

Lana grabbed a prop sword and hit the old man over the head with it. "Hey, i am not just some set piece you can throw things at. Now, do you want me to dressed as an assistant or is casual better?" she asked, changing the flow of the conversation.

Claire and Rei waited in front of the Building. "i don't know about this." Rei said as she looked at the old sign of the Magic shop. Claire pushed her forward. "I am sure, Lars knows where he is sending you." With that the two entered the shop. Both girls walked sheepish towards the Woman standing at the register. "So, what kind of Magic are you two lovely Girls after. Let me guess, she is the Magician." she pointed at Claire. "And you are her lovely assistant. " she pointed at Rei.

Lana started to laugh. "I am just messing with you, Rei. Lars told me you would come, sadly he can't be here. But i guess thats why you came along Claire." Rei looked at the two. "You know each other?" Lana stepped around the Register. "Something along those lines. I know her Father. Now would you like to follow along or come back once he has time to hold your hand, the choice is yours Rei." Lana said with an evil grin.

"Where is he, anyway?" Rei asked. "Oh, you have to follow me before i can answer that. Its kind of connected to what i have to say to you. Now will you trust me my dear?" Lana reached out her hand. Rei thought about it, in that Moment she trusted Lars judgement.

"You really came all the way her, Boy." the Woman said looking out of her office window. "Yeah, there is no way your organisation wasn't aware of the things going on in that town."

She turned back to him. "Are you really willing to hold me accountable for any Magic user, that is breaking the Law. I am not their Mother. So, if you could just leave. I have other buisnesses to attend to."

"no, you can't do that. Please no, i can't. Please miss. I don't know what i did wrong. Please stop, i will be a good girl. Just don't" Rei screamed with a teary voice. Lars kicked the door open as Lana pushed the two blades in and pushed the two boxes appart. Leaving Rei crying as she had to look at the feet sticking out of the other box.

Lars ran up to her, only for Rei to start laughing. A Hand pushed to lid of the other box open and Claire emerged. "See, i told you he would fall for that." Lana said as she helped Rei out of the Box. "I am sorry Lars, but i couldn't resist." Rei said and hugged him. "Miss Lana is really great with explaining those kind of tricks. i feel a lot better now." she said as she stepped back.

"Did you?" Lars asked, into the direction of Lana and Claire. "No, this is something you should talk with her about." Lana reminded him. Rei looked again around the room. "Talk about what?" she asked with a bit of panic in her voice. "Its easier to show you." he said and guided the girl back to the box.

He pushed both boxes back together and  helped Rei inside. After placing the neck and Hand restraints, did he grab her feet and pulled them into the other box. As the other Restraints clicked in place, did she start to panic. "What are you doing? thats not how the trick works." did she remind him.

"I know. We are going to do a different variation of this trick." he said and grabbed the two blades. Pushing them in, before she could argue against it. "That felt weird. "Rei commented, still not sure what the right response should be. Lars grabbed the Box with her legs in it and rolled it into Reis field of view. "Hmm, those look like my feet." she said.

Only for Lars to tickle her feet. As quickly as she started to laugh, did any doubt in her mind vanish. "You actually sawed me in half." she said before blacking out. When she woke up did she lay on Lanas lap. "Hey sleepy head." the old Assistant said.  Lars came back with a hot schokolade.

"I had a wild dream" Rei started. "That i sawed you in half?" Lars asked. "Yeah, how do you know that?" she asked after drinking a bit from the Chocolate. "Because, thats what happened." With that she looked at her legs. "Good Joke." Lars pulled out his phone and showed her the pictures.

"I knew there wasn't a trap door. The floor really swallowed you and at the beach. You two." she started. "Yeah, you are right with both of them. But this has to be a secret. Can we trust you?" Lars asked. Rei started to smile. "Only if i get to be an assistant as well."
