"The Persuasive Feet"
The abnormalities caused by these feet are yet to be explained. Several incidents caused by these feet have been documented and stored in our database.
The properties of these feet cannot be understood at this time. The objects appear to be two female, disembodied, Caucasian, size 9 feet, with red nail polish that are able to move and walk around despite not being attached to a human. The stumps of where the legs should be are covered with skin. The feet spend most of their time walking slowly back and forth in its containment chamber. No personnel are allowed near the chamber at any time to avoid future incidents.
When a human (whether male of female) views these feet in person for approximately five seconds, they will want to "nuzzle" them and play with them. The urge to do so is very strong, and attempts to restrain them proves to be unsuccessful. When the subject comes near the feet, the feet will jump onto his or her face and smother their mouths. During this period, subjects have reported hearing a female voice talking to them asking to be their friend. Most subjects have complied with the feet and the feet will then persuade and convince them to try to help them escape the facility. The subject will then try to convince personnel to allow the feet to leave. Of course, none of the personnel listens, except for Incident #4. Nearly all of the subjects who interact with these feet develop a foot fetish after the experiment. Subjects who already have foot fetishes remain indifferent.
Incidents (that weren't scheduled experiments) listed below:
Incident 1:
Taylor --------, the original owner of the feet, began nuzzling with her own feet and they tried to convince her to cut them off. Taylor denied their request, and they attacked her face, smothering her mouth and nose. She fell unconscious due to asphyxiation and her feet somehow managed to get her into her garage and start up her husband's chainsaw. The feet cut themselves off, waking up Taylor immediately and caused her to scream. Neighbors called police and paramedics when hearing her screams. It is still unknown how her feet became self-aware at that time.
Incident 2:
In the ambulance in front of Taylor's house, Micheal ---------- brought Taylor and her feet into the paramedic van and started bandaging her wounds immediately. The feet were placed in a emergency bag and the van took off for the hospital. While bandaging her legs, Micheal looked at the bagged feet and stopped what he was doing. He opened the bag and started rubbing the feet on his face, mumbling to them as the other paramedic, Anna ------- looked at him doing it, inadvertently causing her to join in.
Incident 3:
The feet were taken from them once the ambulance has arrived at the hospital, causing them to experience hysteria and begging for the feet to comfort them. They were restrained and later sent to therapy. It is unknown how the feet were taken from them without the person handling them to not be affected by them; we think he didn't look at them long enough for the anomalous effects to take place. The feet didn't stay in his possession long, and this was the first occurrence of them moving without a body. They jumped out of his hands and ran away, running down the street until encountering 20 year old Angela ----------. Angela befriended the feet and took them to her house, where they rewarded her for helping them escape by giving her sexual pleasure. Around 2 hours after Angela took the feet, our officials knew there was an anomaly happening in this area. They viewed CCTV footage and traced Angela back to her house, where she was apprehended and the feet were contained.
Incident 4:
Around a week after the feet were contained, we began testing and experimenting on them. Our first test subject -------- ------- befriended them and armed personnel around were monitoring him to make sure nothing went south. He demanded that they were to let the feet go, and if they didn't he'd hurt them. The personnel decided to end the experiment, but one of our personnel John --------- got a good glance at the feet and shot the other personnel in an attempt to aid the escape. The affected personnel and the test subject were executed and a cleanup crew was dispatched to the incident's location. The feet were recontained and no further experimentation is to be done at this moment.
