It started out as a fun little dream (the first two scenes) then started to grow on me. The title's a nod to an older OrdosTsceri piece called "Merchandising".
I've been poking at it for months now, and it's up around 4 chapters-ish. I have ideas that'll carry on for some time yet, but I don't know how they'll shake out, or when. Still, I should have a couple more chapters for you soon.
(I'm calling this a Technicon story because it feels about right, though that's subject to change.)
