This story started, as several of my Trust Machines stories have, from a prompt by <span class="username-with-symbol u"><a class="u core_plus username" href="https://www.deviantart.com/clancy688" target="_self">clancy688</a><span class="user-symbol core_plus" data-quicktip-text="Core Plus Member" data-show-tooltip="1" data-gruser-type="core_plus"></span></span>.&nbsp; Dolly Parton's "Jolene" worked its way into the mix, and then things got fun.&nbsp; I'd left it half-finished for some time, until <span class="username-with-symbol u"><a class="u regular username" href="https://www.deviantart.com/trismegistusshandy" target="_self">trismegistusshandy</a><span class="user-symbol regular" data-quicktip-text="" data-show-tooltip="" data-gruser-type="regular"></span></span> started asking around for submissions for another TG Mixed Tape.&nbsp; So I brushed the story off, and (unsurprisingly) ended up somewhat over the 4k word limit.&nbsp; With their help, I got it slimmed down to just under the wire, and in the process several scenes were distinctly improved.<br /><br />That version is on the TG Mixed Tape: <a class="external" href="https://www.deviantart.com/users/outgoing?https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/fiction/87416/i-cant-hide-from-my-mind-tg-mixed-tape">Big Closet</a> or <a class="external" href="https://www.deviantart.com/users/outgoing?https://www.tgstorytime.com/viewstory.php?sid=5996">TG Storytime</a><br /><br />This version is the result of me keeping and even expanding on the bits that had to be cut to fit, some of which set up a sequel...&nbsp; Which is now (partly) up:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.deviantart.com/dkfenger/art/Trust-Machines-Harem-bot-866607905">Trust Machines - Harem-bot</a>
