Heather stared at the dress that used to be her best friend. “I have to complete the deal, but I can’t complete the deal if she can’t feel it when I kiss her.” Heather started to hyperventilate.
Her bra squeezed her tight, making her wince. “What was that for?”
“Think, Heather. There has to be some way. Start simple. Can you unmute her?”
Heather focussed her attention on the dress then growled. “Not while there’s an incomplete contract. She’s completely inanimate, and I can’t do anything to her.”
“Maybe I could,” offered Flint. “I mean, I’m not as strong as you, but I should be able to wake her up at least. Right?”
“Can you do that while you’re a possession?”
Heather’s bra twitched uncomfortably. “Not as such, no. You’d have to leave me alone for a whole day, and you’d be powerless for most of it. There has to be a better way. Check your book? There must be something there.”
Heather searched fruitlessly, and in the end resorted to posting a tearful video describing the situation with Moira.
“So that’s the story, friends. Moira might be more stuck than Flint was, and worst of all, she can’t even feel this.” She gathered the dress in her hands and kissed it softly. “Oh, if only she could feel.”
Heather hit post, then slumped in her chair. “Did you know the camera was running for everything we did last night?”
“Oooooh. Can I see the recording?”
“Perv. And yes.”
“Woohoo!”
They watched avidly as Moira and Flint conspired to give Heather her first orgasm, freeing Flint from the dress. Heather paused it there. “Just think, only a few hours later and you’re back to the same fate.”
Flint wriggled his straps. “Except you can turn me into anything you like. That bit is a big improvement.”
“Become human again.”
Heather’s bra slithered off of her, and reformed into a pretty girl. Heather blinked at Flint in confusion. “Um... why?”
Flint smirked. “You just said human, and I was a girl before I was your bra. Also I thought you’d like it.”
“I do. But it’s the Flint I met that I want to see.”
“Why? Is he a better kisser?”
“I don’t know. Yet.”
Flint darted forward and kissed Heather soundly. After her surprise wore off, Heather returned the kiss with interest.
“Okay,” panted Heather once they’d finally tumbled apart. “You can stay like that if you like.”
“Awesome.”
Heather raised an eyebrow. “Is that the possession speaking, or an honest reaction?”
Flint leaned in to kiss her on the nose. “Enthusiastic support from both sides.”
“Yay.” Heather glanced at her clock and shook her head. “Damn.”
“What’s wrong?”
“Running out of time. Thanks for the distraction, but I have to fix this. Soon.”
“Maybe your video got a reply?”
Heather checked the responses to her plea, winnowing through hundreds of sympathetic but unhelpful messages. Flint chuckled at how many offers there were to take Moira’s place in her wardrobe. Technicon’s support department said they’d “look into the issue”, which didn’t sound especially promising.
One response simply claimed to know about power exchange and asked for a private reply. Heather glanced at Flint, who shrugged. “Can’t hurt, right?”
She typed up a noncommittal reply, and got a response back with a WitchyWays ID. BlackAsNight offered to take her on as a familiar to fix the issue. “With you as my familiar, I could empower Moira for you.”
Flint chewed her lip cutely. “You have so much power. And we don’t know anything about this person, at all.”
Heather nodded. She replied to BlackAsNight, “How does that kind of power transfer work? I’d rather do this myself.”
“It’s tricky,” was the reply. “Much easier to facilitate the rite of transference between other people than operate on yourself.”
Flint glanced over at Heather. “Did you see a rite of transference in the book?”
Heather searched and nodded. “Here it is. Looks simple enough. Except... bother.”
“What?”
“The donor has to participate of their own free will. Your will isn’t exactly free right now. Should still work between me and Moira.”
“Didn’t Night say that was a bad idea?”
“Yeah, but I’m out of time and options. You can’t run the ritual either, right?”
Flint sighed mournfully. “Sorry. Too eager to be your possession.”
“Fine. Let’s do this.” Heather moved to the carpet in the middle of the room, and laid the Moira-dress in the center of it. As she knelt before it, scribed a complex glyph in the air between. “There. Now to... Oh!”
“What?”
“I can feel it. Tugging my power away.” Heather shuddered. “Bleh. Please, Moira, can you feel it? Please wake up. Wake up!”
Flint peered at the dress. “Did it move?”
Heather pulled her hand away from the dress. “Might have been me. Crap, it’s still drawing power. How do I stop this thing?” Heather swore and batted frantically at the glyph, but nothing worked until it finally blinked out on its own.
“Did you stop it?”
Heather shook her head mournfully. “All gone. I hope...” Her eyes widened as she looked to the dress once more. It was glowing brightly, and rising into the air. “Moira?”
The light grew so bright it forced Heather to cover her eyes, and then flared even brighter before fading away. When Heather peeked between her fingers, she saw her friend’s smiling face. “Moira!”
Moira smiled at her uncertainly. The glow of magic hung around her like a soft halo, and her eyes shone brightly with it. “This is so much power. How did you handle it?”
Heather shrugged. “I guess I got used to it.”
“You owe me a kiss, maybe that will help?”
Heather leapt to her feet and into Moira’s arms. She kissed her with fervor, pouring all her love and all her worry into it. She gloried in the halo of power surrounding her, and sighed bitterly when Moira stepped away from the kiss and took all that power with her.
Moira grinned. “Now that was a kiss. What are you doing?”
Heather pulled her hands back from the glow around Moira. “I just... you have all of it, and I feel cold and weak without it.”
“You’ve had this power for three days, and already you can’t live without it? What is it doing to you, Heather?” asked Moira.
“Good things, I think,” said Flint. “You said she was more assertive.”
Moira nodded slowly and took a step back from Heather, putting herself out of reach. “Can you find that in you, Heather? Or was it the magic talking?”
Heather stared down at her feet for a time. “I don’t know.”
“Try.”
Heather’s head snapped up and she met Moira’s gaze. “Give me my power back, damn it!”
Moira smiled. “There we go. Think you can take it from me if I say no?”
Heather’s confident look faltered, and she shrugged as her gaze lowered to Moira’s chest. “I’ve got nothing to take it with.”
“Sure you do. Bargain.”
Heather glanced up again, her face a mask of confusion. “Bargain?”
“Make me an offer. Make it good enough, and...”
“Oh! Okay... Um. Familiar doesn’t really offer you anything, since I don’t have any power. MagiGift doesn’t feel like enough...” Heather glanced over at Flint. “You might not like this.”
Flint shrugged. “Whatever it takes.”
Heather nodded sharply, then turned to Moira. “I offer myself as your possession.”
Moira made a noncommittal noise, then strolled around Heather studying her from all angles. “Mmm. It’s a nice offer. Is that it?”
“What more do you want?” asked Heather, eyes flashing with frustration.
“That’s more like it. I accept.”
Heather wobbled, then dropped to her knees. “Woah.” She glanced over at Flint. “How do you handle this?”
“Being owned by you is the easiest thing in the world,” said Flint with a kind smile. “You love her, right? Don’t fight it, lean in.”
Heather smiled at Flint. “Oh! I see, now.” She bowed low before Moira. “I am yours to do with as you please.”
Moira grinned down at her. “Oooh, that’s much more like it. But no fire?”
Heather tilted her head up at Moira and smirked. “I’m not that cowed.” She bounced to her feet and kissed her friend soundly on the lips, trying to outdo the previous kiss in terms of conveying her devotion. Moira gave as good as she got, and before long they were panting for breath.
“Woo. Okay, you’re hired. Now what should I do with you?”
“Dress!” called Flint, grinning.
“Okay. Heather, turn into a dress.”
Heather got a look of fierce concentration on her face, then shook her head. “Nope. Can’t do it without magic. Give over, or do it yourself.”
“Probably for the best,” mused Flint. “Wouldn’t want to get stuck like Moira did when time runs out.”
“Oh, right. When’s your next schedule entry, Heather?”
Heather glanced at the clock. “Ten minutes. Breakfast. Then after that, time to work on today’s video.”
“What?” cried Moira. “That’s not fair. You knew you wouldn’t be mine for long.”
Heather shrugged. “As soon as I figured out how the schedule worked in Witchy Ways, I filled mine with everything I could think of.”
Moira muttered and grumbled, then started to grin. “Still. I better make good use of the next ten minutes. I can’t do justice to a dress in that time. You’ll have to be my panties.”
Heather grinned as she dwindled. “Cheeky.”
Once a frilly pair of pink panties lay where Heather had been, Moira crooked her finger at Flint. “Your turn.”
“Hm?”
“I own her, she owns you, so...”
Flint shrugged. “If you get her to tell me to change, I will.”
“Don’t you think she’d want you to be part of the matching set?” asked Moira.
“Yeah. Oh!” Flint’s transformation was faster, and a lacy bra fluttered to the floor beside the panties.
“There we go. Two lovelies for me to wear.”
Moira slipped on her new lingerie, and soon was posing in Heather’s mirror. She pouted when she felt Heather changing back, and took a step away from the other woman. “Already?”
“Here I figured you were going to do something rude with me,” chuckled Heather. She stood and stretched, then frowned. “Wait. I’m still powerless?”
“Yeah, well. You didn’t make that part of the deal.”
Heather tried to look angry, but a moment later she started giggling. “I guess neither of us got what we expected. OK, for serious this time. I’ll be your possession, but at the end of it, I get my power back.”
Moira shook her head. “Nope. Starting to like all this juice. I’m getting used to it. Look, I’ve even stopped glowing!”
“Moira! That’s mine!”
“Not any more it isn’t.” Moira’s stern look soon broke into giggles. “Oh, girl, the look on your face. You really are stuck on this stuff. It’d be good for you to go a while without it.”
“How long?”
Moira raised an eyebrow curiously. “How long what?”
“I’ll be your possession as long as it takes, as long as I get my power back when you set me free.”
“Well, now,” purred Moira with a smirk. “That’s a very open-ended offer. Or it would be, if your schedule wasn’t full of events. Clear it.”
Heather shook her head. “Can’t clear everything. There’s a New Year’s event that can’t be deleted.”
“Then I guess you’ll just have to make an offer like Flint did. Forever, until I let you go.”
That got Heather’s attention, and her breath caught in her throat. Eyes wide, she asked, “Are you serious? You could keep my power forever.”
“Do you truly think so little of me?” asked Moira softly.
“No. It’s just scary.” Heather licked her lips. “Flint’s probably yelling at me not to do it, but he’s a bra, so...”
“Oh my God. You will?” Moira clapped her hands gleefully. “I promise I’ll make it amazing for you. If I don’t, it ends and you get all the power. Deal?”
“Deal,” whispered Heather. A glowing contract appeared before them, edged in gilt and crimson. “Permanent Possession contract,” read Heather, before her breath caught and she had to stop. They both reviewed it, though the wording was simple. Heather had no obligations, but Moira was required to do ‘something amazing’ with Heather every day or the contract ended. She could also break it by formally freeing Heather.
“Two more acceptances required from each of us,” said Moira. “I accept. I accept. There. My side’s done.”
Heather hesitated. “Flint, become human again.” Before she was even fully formed, Heather asked. “Is this a terrible idea?”
“Yes. But you’re going to do it anyway. Because you love her.”
Heather smiled. “I accept the contract. I accept.” She shuddered happily. “Ooooh. What was that?”
“Down payment on amazingness.” Moira breathed at Heather, and she shuddered again. “Hypersensitization. Even the slightest touch brings you pleasure.”
Heather glanced over at Flint with a broad smile on her face. “Best mistake ever.”
