“Denise knows about the horn?” asked Lorrie.

Gina nodded.  “It’s not like it’s even hidden.  Dr. Wright keeps it in her sitting room.  We just need to sneak in when she’s not home and...”

“And what?  Just steal the horn and hope we can figure out how to end their reign of terror?” asked Pete.

“Then we run.  If we can avoid them for a couple weeks, it’s over.”

“That’s a terrible plan,” groused Pete.  “What if we can’t find Barry?”

Lorrie looked to Gina with a pained expression.  “Do you know what they did to him?”

“They have him.  Denise had a hard time dominating him, so she tied him up and one of the others drove off with him before she came here.  He’s probably at Dr. Wright’s, too.”

“Time for a frontal assault.  Charge in, wand blazing,” said Pete.

“That seems awfully aggressive,” fretted Lorrie.

Gina agreed with her, suggesting that they question Denise about Dr. Wright’s schedule and go when the house would be empty.  They were still arguing over plans and tactics when the phone rang.

Lorrie picked it up.  “Hello?”

“Ah.  Disappointing.  When Denise didn’t check in I assumed the worst.  What have you done to her?”

“Nothing irreversible,” said Lorrie.  “Doctor Wright, I presume?  What have you done to Barry?”

The voice on the other end of the line chuckled.  “Nothing he can’t recover from in time.  Yet.”

“I want him back.  I want to end this.”

“You have something I want.  Bring it to my house, and we’ll trade.  Be here within the hour.  And leave the hellspawn.”

“The what now?”

“Susan’s brat.  You can bring whoever else you like, but leave her.  One hour.”  The line went dead.

Lorrie stared at the phone as if she was holding a snake in her hand.  “You know where Dr. Wright lives, right?”

Gina nodded.  “Of course.”

“Why would she call you hellspawn, and want to be sure you were left behind?”

“I don’t know!” wailed Gina.  “She’s had it in for me ever since she changed Mom and learned that I could see through their disguises.”

“We’re walking into a trap, you know this, right?” said Pete.

Lorrie sighed.  “What else can I do?  It gets us into the sitting room.  Gina, do you think you could break out of another transformation?”

“If this situation was dire enough,” said Gina, confidently.

“Good.  I’ll wear you as a wristband, and drop you near the horn.  Grab it and run when the time is right.”

Gina spread her arms wide.  “Do it now.  It’ll be easier to break out when the change isn’t fresh.”

“Wristband,” said Lorrie, flicking the wand as delicately as she could.  Gina shrunk, and soon was a simple elastic wristband with her name stamped into the side.  Lorrie slipped her over her wrist, and tugged her sleeve down over the transformed girl.

“Now what?”

“Now you use her to interrogate Denise for ways to avoid becoming succubus chow,” said Pete.  “That gaze of theirs...”

“But I just...”  Lorrie sighed.  “Fine.”  She set the wristband down on the coffee table and flicked the wand at it once more.  “Tiny Denise.”

This time, the six inch tall teacher immediately collapsed in tears.  “It’s gone!” she wailed.

“What’s gone?”

“All my power!  She took it away...” wailed the the tiny woman.

“Focus!” barked Lorrie.  “We need to know how to avoid getting trapped by a succubus’ gaze.”

“Mirrored sunglasses,” said Denise, defeatedly.  “If we can’t see your eyes, it doesn’t work.”

“Restore.”

Gina sat up on the table, shaking her head.  “Why’d you change me back?”

“You’re the best at interrogations, and you’re the only one that knows where Dr. Wright lives,” said Lorrie with an embarrassed look.

“We suck at this,” Gina groused before rattling off the address.

“Should we change Denise back to check her story?” asked Lorrie once she’d written it down.  “You could tell if she was still a succubus, right?”

Gina nodded.  “Yeah.  Wouldn’t even need to change her back, just open the can.”

One look at the egg-sized diamond was all Gina needed.  “She was telling the truth.  She’s not a demon any more.  Is she really a diamond?  Think of how much this one would be worth...”

Lorrie shook her head.  “I’m not going to sell her.”

“Just get her mounted in a pretty setting, and she’d be stuck...  Oh come on, I was kidding about Denise.  My Mom, on the other hand...”  Gina opened the pressure cooker, and took out the stone.  “You know what?  This works for her.”

“Is she powerless, too?”

“Yeah.”  Gina handed the diamond and stone to Lorrie.  “Hit me, we’ve got to get going.”

Lorrie tucked the ex-demons into her purse, then pulled out the wand.  “But why would Dr. Wright do that?”

“To empower more succubi, of course.  These two failed her.”

Lorrie rolled her eyes.  “What a bitch.  Oops, sorry Gina.”  She pointed the wand at the dog sitting on the kitchen floor, and soon Gina was an elastic wristband again.

* * *

Dr. Wright’s house was an imposing edifice of stone, with carved lintels and what looked like two gargoyles peering down at them.  “This place doesn’t give me the creeps at all,” muttered Pete sarcastically as they walked up to the brass-bound double doors.

Lorrie lifted the knocker and let it fall.  “Nonsense.  It’s just...”

The door was opened by a cadaverous looking butler.  “Ah, you must be Ms. Dennison.  The Doctor is expecting you.  Walk this way.”

Lorrie felt her wristband squeeze tight around her wrist, and she patted it comfortingly.  “You can tell too?” she whispered.  The band gave another squeeze then relaxed.

The butler led Pete and Lorrie to a pair of double doors that opened onto a spacious room.  “Doctor Wright, Ms. Dennison is here.”

Lorrie spared a glance for the ornate furniture and the three women sitting in comfortable looking chairs at the far end of the room.  There were glass display cases on all the walls displaying numerous sculptures, many in bone or horn.  She had no idea where the specific horn in question would be among all of it, and her heart sank.

“Welcome.  I believe you have something for me?”

Lorrie returned her attention to the women facing her.  The one who’d spoken looked to be in her forties, though still glamorous.  The two flanking her were drop-dead gorgeous.  Lorrie took care not to meet their gazes, unsure if her mirrorshades really would protect her.  She took the stone and diamond out of her purse, then advanced toward the three, eyes on the rich carpet.

“That’s close enough.”

Lorrie set the two items on the carpet, ten feet from the delicately carved table the three women were sitting around.  Lorrie’s gaze lifted to the table, and she gasped softly as she noticed the glittering black horn lying there.  She murmured softly to her wristband, “I think I see it.”  It gave her a confirming squeeze.

“Where’s Barry?” Lorrie asked, voice as steady as she could manage.

“Show us that these aren’t just random stones,” said the woman.

Lorrie backed up a few paces and pulled out the wand.  She pointed it at the diamond, and whispered “Restore.”  Soon Denise was standing in the middle of the room, looking a decade older than Lorrie remembered.

Denise looked at the older woman and asked, “Why did you take it away?”

“Because you brought all of this on our heads, and because you failed.  I don’t want to see you again.”

Denise turned away and slowly walked over to Lorrie, eyes glittering.  “Can I...”  At the hard look in Lorrie’s eyes she sighed, and headed for the door.

As she left the butler grated, “I’ll fetch the boy.”

“Do that.”

Lorrie took Pete’s hand in her left, while the right clutched the wand.  “So you bring me Barry, I restore Susan, and that’s it?”

“Do you really think it’s that easy?  You started this, not us.”

“I... Denise has been harassing me ever since I met her!”

“Which does not justify kidnapping Susan.”

“She was a demon!” protested Lorrie.  “Susan tried to mind control me.”

The older woman chuckled knowingly.  “I had wondered why you needed the mirrored glasses.  Another failure on Denise’s account.  Pity, she seemed to enjoy my gifts.”

“Master Barry, as promised,” said the butler.  If Denise had looked ten years older, Barry looked at least twenty.  He moved slowly to Lorrie’s side, as if feeling frailer than his apparent years.

“Are you OK?” asked Lorrie tearfully as she pulled him into a hug.

“I am now,” he said, tugging the wand out of her hand.  “Doll.”

Lorrie stared at him in confusion as she started to shrink.  “What?”

“Sorry.  I don’t have a choice.”  He flicked the wand at the equally-stunned Pete.  “Pants.”

Lorrie felt her wristband fall away as her body shrank further and prayed that Gina could sort the mess out.  She watched hopelessly as Barry turned to the butler and said “Restore”.  The butler turned into a horned, red-skinned succubus whose features resembled the older woman sitting on the far side of the room.  The three women approached her, the middle one losing her old seeming and becoming yet another gorgeous woman like her companions.

Doctor Wright didn’t bother to raise her illusion, laughing resonantly.  “You didn’t have a chance, poor thing.  Give me the wand, Barry.”

Barry’s smitten look as he moved to Doctor Wright’s side told the tale, breaking Lorrie’s heart further.  Even if they’d come in wand blazing as Pete had wanted, she doubted it would have changed anything.

Nobody saw the little elastic rolling its way across the floor until it suddenly wasn’t a band and any more.  Gina stood up beside the horn.

“What?” screeched Doctor Wright.  “How did she get... NO!  DON’T TOUCH THAT!”

Gina picked up the horn, laughing maniacally.  She touched it to her temple, where it affixed itself.  A matching horn grew in on the other side, and as it did she grew two feet taller, with fine red scales cascading over her body.  A long tail tipped with black barbs grew out behind her.  Her feet became black cloven hooves, and her eyes went jet black like the horns.  “You had no clue what my horn could truly do.  Wasted on petty games, for shame.”

Doctor Wright was no longer a demon.  She looked eighty instead of forty, wrinkled, grey and barely even able to stand.  Her companions had also fared poorly, looking like women in their forties and fifties, equally unsure of themselves.  Doctor Wright clutched Barry for support and with her other hand, pointed the wand at Gina.  “Stone.”

Gina laughed uproariously.  “Evil can’t use the wand, it’s an artifact of good.”

Doctor Wright pressed the wand back into Barry’s hand.  “Save us!”

Barry tried to turn Gina to stone.  For a moment it worked, then she returned to demonic form.  “That toy is no match for the full power of...”  She went silent as she changed to stone once more.  This time it took longer to change back.  “Stop that!”

Gina froze as a demonic statue, and moved no more.  Barry sighed softly with relief.  He turned to Lorrie and whispered, “Restore.”

Lorrie took the wand, and restored Gina’s mother.  She shot the other women a poisonous look, then fled.

“So,” croaked Doctor Wright.  “You’ve made a right mess, and released a demon.  Now what are you going to do?”

Lorrie turned to the Gina statue.  “She seems to be under control for the moment.  Restore.”

“WHAT?” shouted everyone else in the room.

Gina flexed her arms, and turned to Lorrie.  “Thank you.  I’m not actually a demon.”  She shrunk and changed, looking like plain old Gina again, except a little less chubby.  “Barry, come here.”

Barry looked to Lorrie, who licked her lips then nodded.  He shuffled over to Gina.  “What?”

She laid a hand on his arm, and his body immediately began to change, becoming youthful once more.  “There.  All better.  Go to her.  Lorrie, could you be a dear and restore my sweetie?”

“Oh!  Right, of course.  Restore.”   Soon the pair of jeans where Pete had been standing were human once more and he darted to her side.

“Are you okay?” asked Pete urgently.

Gina grinned at him, showing a few more teeth than a human mouth should.  “I’m... perfect.  I had no idea how badly I wanted this until I saw the horn.”

“Don’t you see?” wailed Doctor Wright.  “This is why we kept you from it.  It’s too dangerous in your hands.”

“Or on my head?” chuckled Gina, letting the horns emerge once more but not otherwise changing.  “How could you have missed that, by the way?”

Doctor Wright sighed.  “The other way was all we knew about.  And... it felt amazing, so we just...”

“More fool you.  And worse for your pets.  You enjoyed lording it over them, threatening to take away your precious gift of youth.  They didn’t even know that fucking men wasn’t necessary.”

The other women in the room looked incensed.  “We demeaned ourselves for nothing?” asked one.

Doctor Wright tried to look brave, but instead she just looked weak.  “You enjoyed it.  Don’t pretend otherwise.”  She turned to face Lorrie.  “So did the men, we did no harm to anyone.”

“Tell that to the marriages Denise broke.  Or to Gina, who you nearly destroyed.”

Gina strolled up to the ancient woman.  “Oh, seeing her like this is vengeance enough.  But I can go one better.”  She reached toward Doctor Wright, who scrambled back in terror until she fetched up against Barry.  He held her up as Gina touched her arm.

To Doctor Wright’s surprise, she started getting younger, until she looked perhaps fifty.  “What?  Why?”

“My parting gift for you.  You are a respected member of the community, after all.  Doctor Wright can’t just up and vanish.  But know this... I can withdraw the gift at any time, too.  Behave.”

Doctor Wright bobbed her head rapidly.  “Yes!  I’ll leave you and your friends alone.”

“Not just that.  Be nice to people, or you’ll answer to me.”

“I...”  She sighed.  “I don’t know how.”

“Learn.”  Gina tugged on Pete’s hand.  “Let’s go.”

The other three women crowded around Gina at the door to the sitting room.  “Please,” one asked.  “Make us younger too.”

Gina chuckled.  “So eager to become a demon’s plaything once more?  Doctor Wright has a position in this community.  None of you do.  My touch could turn you into octogenarians, or babies.  I could make demands of you far more demeaning than she did.”

“Please,” said the one who’d spoken, and she held out her hand.  Gina brushed it with her own, and the woman became younger.  Not as young and certainly not as glamorous as before, perhaps thirty.  “There.  The rest is up to you.”

The other two eagerly reached for her.  One grew even younger and more beautiful, and she smiled and thanked Gina.  The other grew old and decrepit.  “I remember you,” said Gina.  “You administered the electroshock.  You of all of them knew what you were doing.”

She whimpered and apologized profusely, and slowly became younger once more.  She settled at a well preserved forty.  “I am done with you,” said Gina.  “But if I ever see you again, you’ll look like you belong in a retirement home.”

Gina turned away and stomped toward the door, Pete hurrying after her.  Lorrie and Barry followed close behind.  Once they were outside, Lorrie said, “That was kind of you.”

Gina chuckled softly.  “I suppose.  I could have done so much more to them.”  Her body shifted, becoming far sexier than she had been a moment before.  “What do you think, Pete.  Do I look better like this?”

Pete had trouble speaking, which made Gina giggle.  “C’mon.  Let’s go home.”

“Whose home?” asked Lorrie.  “You could go back to your Mom’s place instead of living in my shoebox of a house.”

“What if I’d like to be in a shoebox?  Or Pete’s dress?”

“You can’t do that yourself?” asked Lorrie.

Gina shook her head.  “I’ve got a lot more power than the others did, but I have to stay mostly human.”

“Mostly?” asked Pete.

Gina giggled giddily.  “Anything with arms and legs, more or less.”

“What about the people you touch?” he asked.  “Could you...”  He bit his lip.

Gina leaned in to kiss Pete on his nervous lips.  When she pulled away, Pete was a pretty girl.  “Yes.”

Pete squirmed in her now ill-fitting pants and shirt. “I need a dress so badly right now.”

Gina looked over at Lorrie.  “If you’d do the honours.”

Lorrie smiled.  “Sure.  But we’ll get her a proper dress later, so you two can be cute together.”

Gina grinned as she shrunk away into a bundle of fabric.  “We’ll be cute like this, too.”

Pete ducked behind one of the sculpted hedges they were walking past, and soon emerged wearing her pretty green dress.  “Thank you.  Both of you.”  She stroked a hand down the skirt of her dress, and it wriggled around her.  “Oooo, that feels...  Gina!  Behave!”  Pete’s cheeks went flaming red and she wrapped her arms around herself.  “Can we go home really really fast?”

Lorrie laughed and nodded.  “Sure thing.”  They jogged the rest of the way down Doctor Wright’s drive, and were soon at Lorrie’s car.  Denise was pacing next to it, and waved when they arrived.

“What are you doing here?” asked Lorrie.

“Please, I...  I know I screwed up everything.”

“Yep.  I’m tempted to turn you back into a doughnut and see how you fare with the birds.”

Denise gasped, and her eyes went bright.  Lorrie saw the look and sighed.  “Oh no.  Not you too.”

“I was so vulnerable like that.  So scared, and yet the only thing I wanted, wanted so badly, was to feel my sugary skin crunch and crackle.  Please?”

“Get in,” said Lorrie resignedly as she unlocked her car.  “We’ll talk about it at my place.”

As they drove, Denise asked what had happened to Doctor Wright and the others.  Lorrie explained how Gina had won the day, embellishing the girl’s bravery and making Pete’s dress squirm with embarrassment.  Explaining why the victor was now a dress, and why Pete was a pretty girl took most of the rest of the trip.

“Do you want to stay like that?” Lorrie asked Pete when they got to her house.  She unlocked the door, but Barry held it for the others as they filed inside.

Pete shook her head, giggling as her long wavy hair cascaded over her shoulders at the gesture.  “Not for always.  But I look so much better in a dress like this.”

“You looked good the other way, too.  But... yeah.  This looks better on you.  You and Gina will figure things out, don’t fret.”

Pete smirked.  “Oh, I...”  She squirmed as her dress wriggled over her body.  “SeeyoulaterI’llbeintheguestroombye!”  Pete dashed into the house, leaving Barry and Lorrie laughing.

“What just happened?” asked Denise, plaintively.

“Pete and his dress are about to have sex.  I suspect Gina will change herself back partway through.”  Barry headed into the kitchen.  “Anyone want something to drink?  I’m desperately parched.”

Denise and Lorrie followed him into the kitchen.  Lorrie pulled out the wand and looked Denise over speculatively.  “So.  A doughnut, you said?”

“I...”  Denise’s eyes went very wide.  “Maybe this was a bad idea.”

“Too late.”  Lorrie opened a cabinet and fetched out a plate, then turned back to the nervous looking Denise.  “Huh, you’re not running.  I guess you really do want to be a doughnut.”

Denise’s eyes went even wider as she felt the change start.  “Oooooohhh.”  Lorrie scooped her onto the plate before she was done changing, then put the plate in the middle of the kitchen counter.

“Are you going to just leave her there?” asked Barry.

“Yep,” said Lorrie as she pulled out a piece of note paper and a pen.  “I figure Pete and Gina will be starving once they’re done playing.  Maybe they’ll want a doughnut.”

Barry looked down at the note Lorrie was setting beside the transformed teacher and smiled.  The note read ‘This is Denise.  Don’t eat her.  Do tease her.’  “I’m tempted to eat it myself.  But I’d rather have you as the main course, if you know what I mean.”

Lorrie raced for the bedroom, Barry close on her heels.  She tumbled to the bed and had half her clothes off in a flash.  Barry shucked out of his pants and shirt then grinned down at Lorrie.  “Those are pretty leggings.”

“Oh my goodness!” exclaimed Lorrie.  “I forgot all about Lucy!”

She quickly stripped out of her leggings and a flick of the wand restored them to humanity.  Lucy laughed when Lorrie started to apologize to her, and scooped her into a hug.  “It’s OK!  Really, it’s fine.  It was an adventure to be your forgotten leggings.  Being worn by someone who doesn’t even know I’m there was kind of fun.  Not sure I’d want to do it again, mind you.”

“I’d rather not fight off demons again, either,” said Lorrie.

“Yeah, I heard all of that.  Are you sure Gina’s going to be okay?”

“I’d worry more about Pete,” said Barry.  “She can do anything she wants to him.  She even turned him into a girl!”

“And Pete’s still himself... er, herself?” asked Lucy, intently.

“She seemed... well, stunned, mostly,” chuckled Lorrie.  “But happy.  And... we should ask, because I see the way you’re looking at Barry.”

“If we ask them for anything right now Gina will probably turn us into geriatric cases,” chuckled Barry.

“Oooh, right.  OK, make do as it is.  I guess it’s your turn to get worn, Barry.  Sorry.”

He grinned at her.  “Nah, that’s good too.  Lucy, it’s your turn.  What do you want me to be?”

Lucy licked her lips.  “It’s a little weird.  And kind of something I want to try being... once you’re a girl.”

Barry grinned.  “This sounds promising.  Spill!”

“Bondage tape.”

Barry looked at her blankly.  “Like... duct tape?”

“Ugh!  No, not nearly so sticky.  It only sticks to itself.”

“Oh, like industrial packing wrap?  It’s like kitchen cling-wrap, but heavier duty.”

“Yeah!  That’d work too.  Not so wide as that, more like the width of your hand.”

“Bondage tape,” said Lorrie, wand already aimed at Barry.  “What?  I was getting tired of the talk and I want to see how this works.”

Lucy picked up the large spool of whatever Barry had imagined and felt around for the edge of the tape.  She pulled the end free, and examined it.  It was clear and glossy, and when she tugged at it, quite strong.  She started wrapping it around Lorrie’s ankles.  As she worked her way upward she tugged it tight, compressing Lorrie’s legs until they almost looked fused together.

Lorrie watched raptly as she was covered up to her hips, lifting her legs so Lucy could tuck the large roll underneath her with each pass.  But once they got to her hips, that got harder.

“Um, I should have asked this earlier,” said Lucy.  “Can we cut this?  Or will that hurt Barry?”

Lorrie blinked at the question.  “Cut?  Oh!  Right.  No, that’s fine.  As long as most of his bits are in the same place he’ll change back just fine.  Doesn’t matter if they’re cut up or burned or melted.”

“You’re really sure?  Because I want to cut the tape here, skip a bit, and continue.”

Lorrie looked down at where the tape stopped.  “Oooh.  I like how you think.  Yes, I’m sure.  Even if you shredded him and scattered the bits to the wind, even one shred is enough to restore him with the wand.”

“And you’re really, really sure?” asked Lucy.

“Yes!  Get on with it!”

“Um...”

“Now what?”

“This stuff is tough.  Do you have scissors in here somewhere?”

Lorrie told Lucy where to find her Great-Aunt’s sewing scissors, and soon the tape was trimmed.  “It didn’t scream.  Good.”

Lorrie snickered.  “Seriously, he’ll be fine.”

Lucy nodded, and got Lorrie to sit up with her arms at her sides for the next part.  More tight wrapping from hips to just under Lorrie’s breasts pinned her arms firmly to her sides and gave her a push-up corset effect to boot.  Lucy cut the tape, and nodded.  “This stuff looks amazing.  You’re so shiny!”

“Can I see?  There’s a hand mirror on my dressing table.”

Lucy found the mirror and used it to show Lorrie how glossy the tape had made her.  “I wish I could cover all of you in this, but that’d cause breathing issues.  And other access issues, if you know what I mean...”

“You could cut holes for that...” said Lorrie.

Lucy set the mirror aside.  “Screw that, this is easily good enough.  Feeling helpless?”

Lorrie nodded, kicking her feet what little she could.  “You can do anything you want with me.  At best I can squirm.”

Lucy grinned, and leaned down to kiss Lorrie, then nuzzle towards her breasts.  Just as things were about to get interesting, there was a pounding on the door.

“What?” growled Lucy and Lorrie in sync.

“I think I ate Denise,” wailed Gina from the other side of the door.
