Button 15 - Honeymoon
Yana pranced around the honeymoon suite in her new red satin slip, giggling like mad. One might even call it cackling. She teased and touched her slip, rubbing it over her breasts and elsewhere. “Having fun honey? I know I am.”
The slip didn’t answer, of course.
Yana pouted. “Fine. Let’s talk about this.” She shimmied out of the slip as sensually as she could, putting on a show for the mirror. Then she gently set the slip on the bed, and cut the knot of magic that was holding it in that shape.
The slip inflated and grew into the naked body of her husband, Darryl. He grinned up at Yana. “Aunt Bea changed her mind?”
Yana’s grin was huge. “Nope. She still has the button.”
“Then...” Darryl sat up, frowning in confusion.
Yana grabbed a pillow off the bed. Darryl felt a familiar tug as Yana pulled a thread of magic from him, and suddenly the pillow changed into a red silken teddy. Yana slithered into it in front of her husband.
“You... don’t need the button? Oh that’s what Aunt Bea meant!”
“Yep! I can change anything at any time. All I need is a bit of magic, and you’ve got masses to spare.”
Darryl touched the slip reverently, then closed his eyes. “Wow. I think you’ve gotten even better at this. This is going to hold for a week, at least.”
Yana grinned. “I can make even more dresses for KK! Oh, she’ll be so pleased. And robot girls!”
“Robot girls?” asked Darryl incredulously. “Is that really a good idea? If you do that for her, won’t she realize it’s magic?”
“I kind of let it slip already,” admitted Yana ruefully. “Never play poker with KK. She read me like a book.”
“She knows? Oh, great. Will she keep it a secret?” Darryl asked eagerly.
“Um... probably not. The actresses will find out too, when I turn them into robot girls or whatever else KK comes up with. Secret’s out.”
Darryl stood up and started pacing. “Nobody even thinks magic exists. If they find out you can...”
“Then I’ll end up with a very full wardrobe,” said Yana firmly.
“Yana!” Darryl admonished.
“Lighten up, sweetie. It’ll be fine. You’ll see. Nobody believes in magic any more, so who’ll believe weird stories coming out of a porn studio? Now come on, we have magic to play with, we haven’t had any sex in over two weeks, and we have the whole night to ourselves.”
Darryl started to smile, and stopped when his pacing brought him in front of Yana. “We do have a week to play.”
“I don’t think I can wait that long to tell Heather.”
Darryl chuckled. “Figures. Going to invite her up to the cabin to play?”
“Maybe,” said Yana, searching his eyes. “Would that be so bad?”
Darryl pulled her into a fierce hug. “Let’s play. Sort that out another day.”
The kiss that followed went on so long that Yana felt herself get lightheaded. Instead of breaking for air, she pulled magic around herself and stopped her need to breathe.
Darryl broke the kiss, panting for air. He stared at Yana’s glassy eyes. “What did you do?”
Yana’s doll lips curved into a smile. She fell back onto the bed, light as a feather. Or as an inflated doll.
“Yana! Change back this instant.” Darryl’s voice brooked no dissent, and Yana was suddenly human again.
“Aww. Don’t you want to fuck your dolly? Pleeeease?” Despite her pleas, Yana stayed human.
“I want to make love to my wife,” Darryl declared. At Yana’s pout, he grinned. “And when I’m done, I want to fuck my dolly. And after that...” He crawled onto the bed and prowled his way over Yana’s prone body.
“Yes?” she asked softly.
“After that, I’ll be too tired for anything else. So you should turn me into a toy and have your fun.”
Yana’s grin lit up the room. “Yes!”
And that was what they did.

In the morning, Yana woke to sun streaming through lace curtains. She stretched and looked around. No Darryl. She slid out of bed, assisted by the slippery satin nightie she was wearing. A sexy red number that she didn’t remember owning. Or making, for that matter. Still, the bright glow of magic she sensed from it made it clear who it was.
A quick snip of magic later and Darryl was flowing into Yana’s arms. He hugged her tight. “Good morning, my wife.”
Yana grinned at him happily. “Good morning my husband. I didn’t dream last night, did I? That I can...”
Darryl looked around, making a show of it. “I don’t see any buttons. Do you?”
“I... I can really...”
“It seems so.” Darryl’s grin widened. “But maybe you should test it again, just to be sure.”
Yana nodded eagerly. “Let’s see... Ooh! I know.” She drew a strand of magic from her husband then spun it around him, grinning as he shrank a few inches and took on a golden hue.
Darryl looked surprised that he was still able to move. He turned to the mirror and stared at the golden fem-bot reflected back at him. “I remember this...” he said in a high, fluting voice. Darryl touched his throat. “My voice! I sound like a girl!”
Yana grinned ferally. “You are a girl. Well, a robot girl. How does it feel?”
Darryl turned toward his wife. “Strange. I look like a robot version of you. Are you going to turn yourself into me?”
Yana grinned. “What a wonderful idea...” She focussed on the magic for some time, then frowned. “I can’t.”
“Why not? Mass issues, like the button had?”
Yana brightened. “Oh! Of course.” She touched the mattress of the bed and a moment later she was taller, silver, and looking very male. Especially at the waist.
Darryl laughed like a tinkling bell. “This is how you see me?”
Yana’s new deep voice replied. “Intimidated?”
“A little.” Darryl grinned, and a liquid metal tongue emerged to lick golden lips. “But I’m game. Just one question.”
“Shoot.”
“Why a robot? Why not human me?”
“I...” A frown creased Yana’s silver forehead. “This is what came to me, but I could... couldn’t I?” Yana spun another thread off of Darryl, contemplated it, then let it shatter into a sparkle of magic. “I have no idea how.”
“What do you mean?” asked the golden robot-girl, her voice curious.
“I... I only ever made inanimate things with the button,” Yana said slowly, working through the thoughts. “And it’s like there’s this... library of fabric, wood, metal and rubber in my head. Mostly fabric. Anything I imagine, it fills in the detals... but only from that.”
“Maybe you could study the anatomy and structure of living things, and practice changing them?” offered Darryl.
“Bah. Sounds too much like work. I can make robot girls or dolls so realistic you couldn’t tell them from the real thing.”
“Let’s see it,” challenged Darryl.
Yana spun more magic around the golden robot girl, and her skin took on the colour and sheen of humanity. Her exposed metal joints were still golden, and her eyes still glowed. Darryl stared at herself in the mirror. “So hot...”
Yana growled and pounced. The bed proved uncomfortable without its mattress, so she rolled both of them to the floor. Darryl’s padded backside and the thick pile of the carpet made a lovely bed.
Robot bodies do not tire, nor do they need breath. They did not stop until the room darkened with the setting sun.
Once they were normal again, Darryl started laughing.
“What?” asked Yana as she started digging out clean clothes.
“Did we really just make love all day?”
Yana pulled on clean panties and started on her bra. “Looks like it. Come on, get dressed, I’m starving!”
Darryl pulled on some underwear. “It’s just... that’s about the only stereotypical thing we did this wedding. And I bet most newlyweds don’t actually make love all day.”
Yana giggled, and her stomach growled fiercely. “Most of them aren’t able to turn into robots. Which is what I’m going to do if you don’t hurry it up already!”
* * *
As they were walking back from dinner Darryl hissed at Yana, “I can’t believe you did that!”
“What?” asked Yana innocently. “He was being loud and annoying.”
“You can’t just turn people who annoy you into things!”
Yana grumbled quietly until they were well past reception. “What’s the point in being able to curse people if you don’t use it?”
Darryl sighed, and opened the door to their suite. “It’s not very nice, for one.”
Yana just snorted derisively.
As the door closed behind them, Darryl checked to make sure nobody else was in the room, then continued. “And you could get noticed.”
“Bah. I just turned him into a doll of himself. I’m sure nobody realized why he’d gone quiet. They were all too thankful.”
“I bet he noticed. I’m surprised he didn’t say anything when you changed him back.” Darryl turned to stare at Yana, grabbing her arm. “You did turn him all the way back, right? Right?”
Yana laughed, and shook her arm out of Darryl’s grip. “You should see your face! Yes, he’s fine. No, he doesn’t remember.”
“You can do that?” asked Darryl, incredulously. “Crap, that’s...”
“Awesome?” interjected Yana.
“Scary! You can just make people go away? Poof, just a thing in mind as well as body?”
“Yep. Getting inclined to try it again,” she said, a familiar fire flashing behind her eyes.
“You wouldn’t dare.”
Yana sighed at the pile of fabric pooling where Darryl had been standing. “Wrong answer.”
* * *
“Hey Yana,” greeted Heather, then she peered around the room. “Wow, nice digs. You staying here all week?”
“Nah. Aunt Bea got it for us for two nights. We’re borrowing KK’s cabin for the rest.”
“Have fun up there. It’s very well equipped,” Heather said with a knowing grin. “So where’s the hubby? I figured you’d be going at it like bunnies, not calling your friends before the honeymoon is over.”
Yana looked away, staring at the puddle of black silk on the floor. “We had an argument. He lost.”
Heather followed Yana’s gaze, then turned back to her gape-mouthed. “You... what? Did you keep the button?”
Yana shook her head. “I don’t need it any more.”
Heather stepped forward and picked up the silky dress. “So... you can do magic? As in, whenever you like?”
Yana studied Heather intently. “Yes.”
“That’s,” Heather hesitated at the intensity in Yana’s gaze.
“Yes?”
“Awesome! We can make more dresses?” She held Darryl up against Yana. “Oooh, he’s pretty. Will he mind if you keep him like this long enough to model it for me?”
“He... He doesn’t know.”
Heather looked puzzled. “That you can do magic?”
“Hah! No, he was there for that. He doesn’t know that he is currently a dress. I figured out how to turn parts of people off when I change them. Figured it out a long time ago, actually. It’s easy. Too easy. He...” Yana hiccuped, on the verge of tears. “He’s just a thing now.”
“Forever?” gasped Heather.
Yana’s shook her head vehemently. “Of course not! I can change him back any time. I used the good stuff, though, he won’t change back on his own.”
“Oh wow. So why’s he a dress, then?”
“He got upset when I changed someone in the restaurant.”
Heather gasped. “In public? Did anyone see?”
“I don’t think so. I turned this jerk into a mute doll of himself to shut him up. Darryl got upset, nearly made a scene. He felt it was irresponsible, and might blow our secret.”
“He wasn’t wrong, you know.”
Yana pulled the black dress out of Heather’s hands, sat down, and started to knead it. “I... I just couldn’t admit...” she said, hanging her head over the dress.
“Admit what?”
“I didn’t do it deliberately,” said Yana in a whisper. “I was annoyed at him, and it just sort of... happened.”
Heather sat beside her. She patted the dress, and Yana’s knee under it. “Like this sort of happened?”
“No. I threatened to do it to him, the mind-blanking thing. Saying ‘Don’t you dare’ is practically like waving a red flag at me. I couldn’t stop myself.”
Heather’s lips quirked into a wry grin. “So if I dared you not to turn me into sexy underwear before you change him back?”
Yana started to giggle, then leaned against Heather. “Just ask. I’d totally do it.”
Heather put an arm around Yana’s shoulders. “Promise you’ll change him back? And that you’ll turn me back in time for work tomorrow? KK will have my hide if I’m not there to wrangle all those new dresses.”
“I promise.”
Heather grinned. “Do it.”
Yana draped her new cougar-fur stole around her shoulders, then set the dress aside and stood up. “Wakey wakey sleepyhead.”
Darryl sat up, blinking his eyes. “Yana? Oh my god, you actually did it.”
“Please don’t be mad. Heather made me promise to change you back, but not to keep you human.”
Darryl took a deep, calming breath, and stayed on the couch so his wouldn’t inadvertently loom. “Right. Not mad. You did the mind-blank thing on me?”
Yana nodded. “It worked?”
“Yeah. Didn’t notice anything. I was standing one moment, then lying here the next. What was I?”
“A pretty black dress. Heather wanted me to model it for her.”
Darryl nodded slowly. “And the cougar-fur stole is Heather?”
Yana nodded. “And before you ask, yes, she’s aware.”
“Good. The whole idea is...”
“Still scary?” asked Yana with a sigh.
“Yeah.”
“It gets worse.” Yana closed her eyes, and imagined Heather cheering her on. “I didn’t mean to change that guy in the restaurant. It just... slipped.”
“Oh! Well, why didn’t you say so? That puts it in a totally different light.”
“I thought you’d find that even scarier!” protested Yana.
“It’s certainly something we should work on. Good thing we’re going to be at a remote cabin for the next week.”
Yana’s legs stopped supporting her, and she sat heavily beside Darryl. “You’re OK with all this?”
“I’m still a bit put out about being turned off. We’ll get through this, sweetie.” He took her hands, and gently kissed her cheek. “Together.”
“Thank you.” Yana leaned against her husband. “I’ll probably change you by mistake more than a few times, you know.”
Darryl chuckled. “I know. Want to know a secret?”
Yana tilted her head curiously.
Darryl leaned in, and in a conspiratorial voice he admitted, “I’m kind of looking forward to it.”
Yana carried her brand new dildo to the bed, and made good use of it. Once her hand started to get tired, she changed Darryl back, and he kept right on going.
* * *
Darryl woke and stretched. The stole was nowhere to be seen, which he hoped meant Heather had been sent on her way. Yana was also nowhere to be seen. Pulling back the covers of the bed revealed a half-deflated lovedoll. He petted it softly. “Good morning, Yana. We have to pack up and get out of here...”
Nothing. He could feel the power holding her in her form, it was weak and fading, but wouldn’t completely fail for hours yet. “Minx. You did this to get out of packing up, didn’t you?”
Darryl made short work of packing their belongings. They hadn’t brought much to the hotel, the rest was at home ready for the trip to the cabin. When he was done with their clothes, he returned to the bed and the doll within. “Wakey, wakey, Yana. It’s time to go.” Still no reaction.
“Determined, are we?”
Darryl set to deflating the doll the rest of the way, and folded it up neatly. He tucked the remarkably small package that resulted into the top of his overnight bag, and carried the lot down to the car. He pulled the doll out again, arranged it face up, and set it on the passenger seat. He brushed the doll’s face tenderly. “You can wake up any time now, we’re on our way...”
Still nothing. Darryl shrugged, and buckled the doll in just to be safe.
At the cabin, Darryl carried their bags inside then turned up the heat. He inflated the doll, then set her up on the couch. It made the place feel a little more cozy to have Yana there. He even went so far as to put one of her favourite robes on her, though no underwear. “Mmm. Much more decorative like this.” He checked the knot of magic once more, and figured he had just long enough to make dinner.
As he was setting the table, Yana yawned and stretched on the couch. She padded over to the table and gave Darryl a hug. “Mmm. Thanks, sweetie.”
Darryl laughed. “For packing up?”
“That, and dinner. Smells wonderful. Did you use me while I was out?”
Darryl stared at her in surprise. “You couldn’t tell?”
Yana shook her head, grinning impishly. “It was Heather’s idea. I wanted to make up to you for turning you off.”
Darryl’s expression grew even more amazed. “You... were just a doll? Damn. And no, I didn’t use you. Explains why you didn’t change back when I talked to you.” He started to laugh. “I was talking to an inanimate object.”
Yana giggled along with him. She snuggled up against him as he turned back to the stove, her silk robe falling open so she could press her naked chest against her husband. Darryl kissed her softly, but quickly returned to getting dinner on the table.
They ate by candle light. Yana set her pretty robe aside so that it wouldn’t get dirty, and transformed Darryl’s clothes into ribbons so he matched her nudity.
“So,” mused Yana after dinner. “Heather said something about this place being well stocked?”
Darryl snickered. “With every kind of sex toy imaginable. The bed is a sight to see, too. Buckles and D-rings and all kinds of stuff.”
Yana laughed. “Bondage? Bah, we can do so much better.”
Darryl nodded. “Lose your arms.” His voice was playful, but there was enough steel behind it that Yana’s arms melted away in moments, leaving only two patches of pink silicone where they’d been.
Yana’s eyes went wide. “I didn’t...”
Darryl grinned. “Your training starts now. I’m going to have such fun. Doll.”
Yana’s eyes went glassy, and the rest of her body became silicone.
“Mmm. Definitely going to have fun,” said Darryl as he scooped up his lovedoll wife and carried her into the bedroom.
* * *
In the morning. Yana woke and stretched. She got her first good look at the bed she was lying in, and started to laugh. “What the heck is this place, a dungeon?” The bed was huge, bigger than king-sized. And all along the posts and headboard were a series of closely spaced, sturdy rings suitable for threading leather straps through. They looked well-used.
Darryl’s voice carried in through the door, as did the smell of coffee and bacon. “Apparently so. But it’s nice and isolated, so we have a week to train you not to change things by accident.”
Yana’s eyes widened as she saw the tray Darryl was carrying. “Breakfast in bed! Oh, you sweetie.” Once he set it down, she grabbed for the coffee and slurped it down greedily. “Aaaaah. So much better.”
Darryl sat beside her in the bed, and they both ate heartily.
Once they were done, Darryl got out of bed and set the tray on a side table. He clapped his hands sharply. “Change the bed.” It wasn’t an order. Not quite. But in Yana’s mind’s eye an image of a fantasy four-poster draped in silks appeared, and soon became manifest. The bondage rings were the only constant, and made for quite a contrast against the rest.
“Wow. I wish you’d pulled thicker thread, this is way nicer than the dungeon bed.”
Yana grinned. “Gimme the good stuff and I’ll do it. Carefully this time.” She drew a heavy thread of magic off of Darryl, and reinforced the change. “There. How long will it last?”
Darryl studied it. “Mmm. All week, and then some. I hope KK doesn’t have plans for it soon.”
“She might not. But I do.” Darryl felt himself falling, and then Yana was looming over him. A hand wrapped around his rubbery shaft. He could hear her clearly as she gloated, but had at least as much fun in the using as he’d had with her the night before.
Once Yana had had her fun, she changed Darryl back. She grinned at him. “Lucky for you, I got hungry. Lunchtime!”
* * *
Darryl and Yana spent much of the week exploring the woods around KK’s cabin, exploring Yana’s abilities, and exploring each other. Separately, and in all possible combinations.
Darryl’s favourite trick was to wait for a moment when Yana’s mind was elsewhere, then whisper ‘doll’ in her ear. It never failed to get a response. However, since Yana was pretty much eager to be his lovedoll whenever and wherever he asked, it was a poor test of her control. It was, however, great fun for both of them.
Darryl made a point of regularly suggesting fun changes to things around them. New colours for Yana’s dress, different uses for the many throw pillows around the cabin, or even turning wild animals into plush versions of themselves. In the first few days, they built up quite a collection of plush squirrels and birds. Darryl didn’t want to drag the deer back to the cabin, so Yana changed it back to normal. As soon as it was released, it went bounding off with its tail flagging.
The birds and squirrels lasted longer. In the early days, Yana’s reflexive changes pulled heavy thread from Darryl, enough to make inanimate objects change for a few days. Animals had enough energy to add another day or so. Changing that was the first project Darryl and Yana worked on intensely, and by the third day Yana was using light threads for all the magic she did. On Darryl the changes would still last most of a day, but inanimate objects, animals or Yana herself would only stay changed for two to three hours. When one of Darryl’s prompts created a particularly pretty dress or a fun looking toy, Yana would deliberately draw a heavier thread to reinforce the spell.
They discovered along the way that some of the button’s quirks were important. Without the ‘lost bits vanish’ aspect, tearing a changed object would break the spell and damage whatever was changed. Yana learned to keep that aspect active at all times, and before the honeymoon was even half over it was an ingrained reflex.
Yana’s reflexes got tested on their walks in the woods. Darryl would pick up a pinecone and toss it into the air, calling out a change as it flew. On the first day, Yana usually finished the change just as it hit the ground.
By the second day, she could change it mid-flight, and a colourful pair of panties or a ribbon would flutter to the ground.
On the third day, Darryl could throw three pinecones at the same time, and Yana could get them all. The next day she managed five different coloured pairs of panties in a single toss, though the last one was nearly on the ground. Darryl hugged her tight to congratulate her. Then he murmured ‘coat’ in her ear and got turned into a thick fur coat for his troubles. Yana giggled all the way back to the cabin, and laid atop her cozy husband while she pleasured herself with a few of the toys she’d made. (Yana had decided early on not to use any of the trunk-full of KK’s toys. First because most of them looked scary, but also because she didn’t want to touch anything KK and who knows who all else had already used.)
Darryl had no complaint at all.
Later that night they tested Yana’s willpower against the silver egg vibrator. Ride of the Valkyries was no match for Yana’s honed reflexes, she could change herself multiple times in the duration of a single note. Ending the spell even in the midst of the most energetic passage was trivial.
Yana sighed softly as Darryl set the egg aside. “I was hoping...”
Darryl laughed. “The way you’ve improved, I knew the egg didn’t stand a chance. Control is good.”
Yana slumped against him. “But I want to be stuck!” She gestured needlessly at the frame of the bed, and all the buckles and rings disappeared. “Even ropes can’t bind me, I can erase them just as easily. It’s not fair.”
“Life isn’t always fair. And look at the bright side. You can still turn into a doll whenever you like.” Darryl grinned as he saw Yana’s transformation flicker over her body. “There we go.”
He kissed her inflatable form soundly, then made good use of her. But the moment he was done, Yana was human once more, and snuggling up against his side. “Thank you. That was fun.”
“I hear a ‘but’,” said Darryl exhaustedly.
“But I could have changed back at any time.”
Darryl rolled so he could look Yana in the eye. “Why didn’t you?”
“What we were doing was more fun. I miss the struggle, D. How can I struggle?”
Darryl summoned his second wind. Actually, by this point in the day more like his seventh. He rolled onto Yana and pinned her arms. “Then struggle.”
A moment later Yana’s breasts had doubled in size and Darryl was nowhere to be seen. She giggled, and gave them a grope. “See, sweetie? Mmm, maybe I’ll keep you like this tonight. You feel wonderful.”
The next morning Yana let Darryl out of her breasts to make breakfast. Once they’d done eating he brought up something they’d agreed not to talk about. “You turned your mind off once. Could you do the same thing, but only... part of it?”
Yana’s guilty look at the mention of shutting off minds slowly changed to one of curiosity. “I guess it could be done.” She shuddered. “It’s a scary thought, doing that to myself.”
Darryl flashed her a wicked grin. “Take the thinnest of threads and try.”
“But...” Yana’s gaze sought answers in his, but Darryl could feel the extra-thin thread she pulled. It was sitting there between them, waiting.
Darryl hadn’t used his bedroom command voice since the first day of the trip. He hadn’t wanted to confuse the issue while Yana was learning control of her impulses. Now he mustered up his best dominant tone and barked, “Do it!”
Yana squeaked then her eyes went distant. She started to drool. Darryl snapped his fingers in front of Yana’s eyes, and got no reaction. He moved around to her side and checked that she was still breathing. To his relief, she was. Next he checked the spell, and saw it only had at best a minute left before it collapsed. Darryl gave her a little shove, ready to catch her if she fell, but Yana’s sense of balance was still intact. “Curious,” he mused, watching for a reaction.
A few seconds later, Yana sucked in a huge gasp of shock. “DARRYL! What the hell?”
“Do you remember anything?”
Yana frowned. “I... Not much. Did you try to push me over?”
Darryl nodded. “Yup. Your body knew how to stay upright. It knew how to breathe, too, thankfully. Next time try keeping that bit, but leaving more of the rest.”
“No. That was fucked up, Darryl. I don’t want to do this any more.”
“But you could learn to trap yourself.”
Yana leaned closer to Darryl, putting her nose right up against his. “That wasn’t me. If I tear myself in half, it’s not me. I don’t like it. I don’t want it.”
“But...”
“NO!” Yana punctuated her denial with magic. The dildo that fell to the floor beside her was lifeless and mindless. It was also dark with her anger, and covered in spines. She left it where it lay, and went back to bed.
Yana’s hunger eventually drew her back to the kitchen. She sighed softly, and the dildo became human once more. She glared at Darryl. “No.”
“Point taken. What was I, anyway?”
“Spiky thing. Like the last time I got really pissed at you. Please don’t make me do that again.” Yana flung herself against Darryl, hugging him tight. “I hate it when you make me like that.”
Darryl sighed softly, brushing his hand through Yana’s hair. “I’ll try. Can I still nudge you into changing things?” Yana nodded against his shoulder. “This hair of yours is a mess, give me a brush hand and I’ll sort it out.”
Yana did that, and used a little more magic to settle her hunger until Darryl had finished brushing out her hair completely. “Mmm. A girl could get used to that.”
“You feel a lot calmer. If brushing your hair will do that, I’ll gladly brush it every day for the rest of our lives.”
Yana giggled. “I get to give you brush hands every day?”
“If it makes you happy, I’d gladly be your brush ev...” Darryl was cut off by his transformation into a thick-handled hairbrush.
Yana scooped him up. “Oops. I guess my reflexes aren’t completely under control yet. Mmm, the things I could do with this handle...” They missed lunch that day. Darryl made up for it by cooking an extra hearty dinner.
Yana snuggled against her husband sleepily in front of the fire. “Gonna miss this.”
“What, the remote cabin? Getting stuffed full of food?”
Yana poked him playfully. “You’re going to make me fat if you keep that up.”
“Bah. You can just magic it away. Or magic half your stomach away for a few days, whatever works.”
“Huh. I hadn’t thought of that. So I can let you feed me like that and still stay sexy? Yet another reason to love magic.” Yana turned back to the fire, and snuggled against Darryl. After a long contented silence she said, “We still have to go home tomorrow.”
“Yeah. I’m off work for the next week too, though. So we can still spend lots of time together.”
“How? I have to work on Monday.” Yana tilted her head as she considered that. “Actually, I’m looking forward to it. We’re going to make robot girls. And more costumes. So many dresses to change!”
Darryl chuckled. “I figured I could just sort of... hang around.” He traced a finger around Yana’s neck and down in between her breasts. “Or be supportive.”
Yana grinned. “Oh! Well, then. That does sound fun.” She tugged Darryl’s hands over her breasts, then touched them with magic to turn them into padded bra-cups. She left the rest of his body the same. Darryl wriggled the cups against her breasts, and soon they were making love on a fur rug that used to be a loveseat, right in front of the fire.
In the morning, Darryl asked for his hands back so he could pack up. “Unless you’re volunteering.”
Yana looked around the room, and grinned. “You know what? I think I am.” Thread after thread of magic flitted out to objects in the room, shrinking them and drawing them to a growing butterfly pendant in Yana’s hand. Darryl followed after her as she went into the main room and did the same to all their other possessions, including empty bottles and two bags of garbage. “Done!”
Darryl laughed as Yana draped the butterfly necklace around her neck. “That’s cheating. And... I still need hands to drive home. Not to mention clothes.”
A few threads of magic unspooled from the butterfly, draping themselves around Darryl and Yana before flowing back into ordinary clothes. She kissed each hand, restoring it to normal as she did so. “There. Ready to go?”
“Ready. Time for one last walk in the woods?”
Yana grinned. “Sure.”
Darryl scooped together dozens of pinecones, and launched them all at once without naming an object. They turned into dozens of brightly coloured paper airplanes, flitting this way and that through the forest. “Awesome.”
Yana curtseyed modestly. “Thank you.”
Darryl picked up a few more pinecones. “New game. Whatever I hit, changes.”
“Into?”
“Hm... how about sex toys.”
Yana giggled. “We’re going to leave toys scattered around by KK’s cabin? Oooh, I should use the good thread.”
A stump became an oversized pocket pussy. Two shrubs became matching latex spheres. Darryl looked at Yana with an arched eyebrow, and she grinned. “Something new to try. Later.” A dead tree turned into a ten foot tall purple dildo, still rooted in the ground. Darryl laughed, and suggested Yana put extra thread on it so it would last until KK’s next guests arrived.
Then he tossed one pinecone lightly at Yana. Her eyes had only just started to register surprise before she was replaced by a 5’ tall fleshlight. Darryl scooped it up and carried it to the car. “Okay sweetie, that’s enough.”
He sighed. Still a toy. “Fine, I’ll buckle you in. But if you change back on the highway it might not be safe.
Yana flowed back to human form as the car started. “Spoilsport. I wanted you to use me.”
“How? You were huge!”
Yana grinned wickedly. “Think about it.”
Darryl snickered. “Don’t start. Transforming me while we’re driving is a very bad idea.”
“Fine. Don’t put our song on the stereo, then.”
Darryl chuckled, and started the long drive home.

Heather met them at their townhouse shortly after they arrived. “You’re back! Oh, did you have fun at the cabin?”
Yana looked at Darryl, and grinned. “Way too much fun. We even left a big present for the next visitor.”
Heather of course had to have at least that tale, even if Yana clammed up about the rest. “A ten foot tall dildo? Holy crap, how big a change can you make?”
Yana shrugged, and looked over at Darryl. “The tree was the biggest, but... I could have done much more. I could change this whole townhouse if I wanted, and everything that’s in it. That might be pushing things a little.”
“So you could redo an entire soundstage at work?” asked Heather excitedly. “Oooh, the stuff we could do!”
Yana started to grin. “And if I was there as you shoot, you could even do a fantasy scene.”
Heather grinned back. “Sure! Could you do a genie out of a bottle?”
“Let’s see...” Yana touched her butterfly pendant, and spun a thread out of it. An empty wine bottle appeared in her hands. A moment later, it had become an ornately decorated bottle. She angled it toward Heather. “Hop in.”
“You can’t be... WOAH!” Heather’s body turned to mist, and shrunk down as it streamed into the bottle.
Yana put her hand over the top and grinned. Inside the bottle, Heather materialized as a tiny doll-like figure dressed in red and pink harem gear. She looked up at Yana’s giant face and promptly fell on her rump. Yana giggled, and uncovered the top once more. Pink smoke streamed out, and soon Heather was standing in front of them once more. Her clothes were still right out of I Dream of Jeannie.
“That was trippy,” said Heather. “Um, am I supposed to offer you a wish, now?”
“That’s the usual deal, yes,” said Yana with a grin. “I wish you were wearing normal clothes.”
A moment later, Heather was once again dressed as she had been when she arrived. She didn’t so much sit on the couch as crash down onto it like a sack of potatoes. She shook her head dizzily. “You’ve gotten way better at this.”
Yana made a gesture to Darryl, who bowed.
“The studio’s not going to know what hit them. This is going to rock!” declared Heather.
