Moontouched 14

“You can’t be serious...”  Gwen’s voice trailed off as she saw Donna’s head stretch sideways then fission down the middle.

A moment later, there were two heads on Donna’s shoulders.  An extra breast formed on her chest, then another, and the division kept flowing down her body.  Moments later, two Donnas stood where one had been.

One twirled away, dancing out into the green room and giggling madly.  Gwen turned to the other ‘Donna’.  “Duncan, I presume?”  She got a nod in reply.  “So why are you still female?”

“I...”  Duncan spoke slowly, deliberately.  “I would stand out here.  I’d... rather not.”

Gwen looked around at the green room.  Breasts were hissing and inflating all over the room to giggles and squeals from the other dancers.  “I don’t think they’re going to be noticing much of anything about you right now.”

Duncan chuckled softly.  “I guess.  I just...  What should I turn into?”

“Anything you like, like always,” said Gwen with a grin.

“But...”  Duncan’s pretty face frowned.  “I have no idea what that is.”

“What?” exclaimed Gwen, loud enough to turn a few heads.  They quickly turned back to the more interesting things happening elsewhere in the green room.  “You always have ideas, wonderful, crazy naughty ideas.”

Duncan gestured over to where his alter ego was still dancing among the other girls in the club.  “She has all that.  And the dance, and the... sociability.”

Gwen watched as one of the dancers collapsed into a pile of tentacles.  “And none of the control, I bet.”

Duncan sighed regretfully.  “There really isn’t much ‘Donna’.  She’s me.  I’m her.  To split up... well, I gave her what I could, but she’s not really... all there.”

That’s when the screams started.  One dancer was turning into a giant spider, and unlike last time, this spider had nothing human about it.  Another was changing into something that looked like a cross between a lizard and lime jello.  Two others had become inflatable dolls, bobbing softly against the ceiling.  Gwen guessed the bright purple balloon next to them had also once been human.  The remaining mobile dancers were running around in confusion, calling on Donna to stop... but she didn’t.

Rowan strode into the mess.  “Donna!  Stop this, what’s gotten into you?”

Donna just giggled, and gestured at Rowan.  Then frowned when nothing about the older woman changed.

Gwen poked Duncan in the ribs.  “Looks like Rowan had the foresight to wear silver tonight.  I hope she’s not the only one...”

Donna growled, and Rowan’s clothes rose up against her.  Her blouse turned into a pretty straightjacket, and her nylons rose up against her.  One tied up her ankles, and the other became a tightly-knotted gag.  For the first time, Donna spoke.  “That’s enough from you!  I don’t have to obey anyone!”

Donna turned back to the cowering dancers.  “I just want to make your dreams real.”

“These aren’t dreams!” called out Jenna.  “More like nightmares.”

“Eh, same diff.”  Donna looked Jenna up and down.  “Somebody wants to be a serving tray.”

“No!” cried Jenna, though her expression was far from horrified.  Whatever else she might have said was lost as her face smoothed away to blankness and her body started to compress, shrinking downward until nothing but a simple flesh-toned round tray was lying where she had been standing.  It was edged with green the exact same colour as her eyes.

“There we go.”  Donna handed the tray to one of the remaining dancers that had only had her chest inflated.  “Make sure she gets well used.”

Duncan had had enough.  She marched over to Donna and waggled a finger at her.  “That is quite enough of that.  We shouldn’t change people without their permission.”

“Ah, don’t be such a stick in the mud.”  Donna’s eyes lit up and she pushed power at her twin.  A moment later, Duncan clattered to the ground as a foot-long wooden baton, tipped with a half-moon.

Donna scooped up the wand and grinned.  “Mmm, that’s so much better.  Now I have all our power!  You weren’t going to use it anyway.”

Gwen glared at her.  “That wasn’t the point.  You’re supposed to be...  I...  Oh, bother.”  Gwen sunk to the floor, her body thinning away to wisps of fabric.

Donna scooped up her new dancing silk and draped it around her body.  “Oooh, delicious.  Even more power to play with.  Thanks, sweetie.”

Donna swept her gaze around the room.  Rowan was still fighting with her clothes.  All the other girls were transformed, or had left when Jenna had been taken out to the floor of the club.  “Well, foo.  Time to find some new toys!”

As she emerged into the main room of the Blue Vixen, Donna smiled like a kid in a candy store.  So many desires, so many wishes to grant...  She was about to start randomly zapping when she realized that doing so would cause a mass panic.  She didn’t want that.

So instead, she prowled around the edges of the room, finding people who were away from their companions.  The best spot was by the lapdance booths.  More than a few guys ended up with growing breasts shortly after their lapdance was done.  Another ended up with a growing butt, as his eyes had been glued to Neysa’s the entire time.

Soon Donna bored of doing the same two changes, and looked around for inspiration.  She found it in the Christmas trees that had been placed on either end of the stage.  They looked a bit bare, she thought.  Just some lights, and a few dozen colorful spheres.  An amused thought changed the spheres to swaying pink breasts instead, then Donna turned to the crowd.

Toys.  The trees needed toys under them and on them.  Slowly, methodically, as people weren’t looking, one person or another would shrink away, then get carried to a tree and deposited under it as a toy soldier, or a nutcracker, or even a clockwork train.

After the trees had been well adorned, Donna turned her attention to other things, such as the fact that the DJ, Leo, had spotted what she was doing and  was whispering into an intercom.  He melted away, merging into his audio equipment.  Once he was gone, the tunes started spinning once more, this time a familiar Phil Collins tune.

It wasn’t until the chorus that Donna realized that Leo was using the music to communicate.  “I was there and I saw what you did, I saw it with my own two eyes...”

She’d been busy turning more of the drooling guys into dancers to improve the gender ratio, and a half dozen changes were in various stages of progression.  She looked up at the speakers, alarmed, then turned to Creepy Dave.  “Something special for you, I think.”

He just grinned back at her.  “Hit me.”  Scales sprouted along his neck, spreading up and down his slimming body.  Donna watched in amusement as her biggest fan became the snake that she’d been so many times for him.

When he was done, and slithering across the floor to her in his fifteen foot long python body, she grinned.  “How’s it feel to have the tables turned?”

He just grinned a snaky grin at her, and wrapped around her legs.  Donna struggled only half-heartedly, knowing she could free herself at any moment.

That’s when Rowan burst into the room, a silver genie bottle in hand.  She uncapped it, and glared at Donna.  “In, now.”

Donna twitched, her body turning halfway to smoke before she could halt the transformation.  “No.”

“You’ve forced my hand, then.  I wish you into this bottle.”

“No!” cried Donna as her form billowed away into clouds of pink smoke.  She rushed into the bottle, and felt the cap slam shut behind her.

Rowan sighed with relief.

A stick bounced off Creepy Dave’s scales, and a scarf fluttered down to land on his head.  He swiveled that great head back and forth comically under the scarf.

Rowan cracked the slightest of smiles at the the image, and strode up to him.  “I’d like my dancers back, please.”

The snake lifted its head until the scarf was within Rowan’s reach.  When she took it, he dipped his head to the floor and scooped up the wand in his lips.  His eyes sparkled with wonder as he carried it to Rowan.

“What was that?” he asked sibilantly after he’d given the wand over.  “It had... power.”

Rowan smiled.  “Ah, you felt that?  I wonder... no, best to keep the silver on.  Thank you.”

Back in the green room, she hissed at both of the inanimate objects in her hands.  “What are you waiting for?  Turn back, now!”

The wand remained stubbornly stick-like, but the scarf slowly expanded, becoming first an arm, then a chest, then finally growing up into Gwen, quite naked.  She blew a kiss at Rowan.  “Thanks.  Evil Donna had me tangled up on myself but good.”

“Can you fix good Donna?”  Rowan asked worriedly, holding out the wand.  “We have a lot of damage to undo.”

Gwen looked around at the balloon-girls floating at the ceiling and the spider building a web in the door of the Changing Room.  “Wow.  You’re not kidding.”

“This is nothing,” said Rowan curtly.  “She got loose on the floor, too.  Half our customers are gone, or turned into dancers themselves.”

“I’ll do what I can...  Come on, Duncan.  Come out...  Wakey, wakey.”  She shook the wand, but it wouldn’t change.  Even a kiss failed to bring it back.  Gwen then tucked the wand between her breasts and tried to tease it back to normal.

Rowan glowered.  “That’s not going to persuade her to change, you know.  I think she likes being exactly where she is.”

Gwen sighed.  “And what she is.  But that doesn’t mean she can’t help...  First, where is evil Donna?”

Rowan held up the genie bottle with a wicked grin.  “Contained.”

“OK.  Leave her in there until midnight, and we’ll see if the eclipse can’t sort this out.”

“What about the others?”

Gwen flicked the wand at the spider, and its legs started fattening and pinkening, merging in pairs to become human limbs once more.  Another flick started the body changing.  “Donna’s mind may not be with us, but her power is.  I’ll change back what I can.”

Soon the balloon-girls were back on the ground, and thanking Gwen for rescuing them.  Beth, who had been just a simple balloon had a speculative look on her face as her skin faded from purple to a more natural pink.

“Can you change me a little way back?  That felt nice.”

Gwen grinned and nodded, despite Rowan’s glare.  “Sure.  It looked pretty cool, too.”

A minute later, Beth’s skin was royal purple latex.  Silvie, the lime jello lizard made a similar request, and danced out of the room beside Beth with translucent green skin.

“I think Donna might have been onto something.  Some of the girls really liked what she did to them.  Do you think Jenna’s happy as a serving tray?”

Rowan shook her head.  “I can’t imagine.  We should go rescue her.”

On the main floor of the club, Gwen whistled softly.  “Wow.  She really did a number in here.  I like the trees.”

Rowan winced.  “I have no idea who any of those decorations were.”

Gwen shrugged.  “Then they’re going to be stuck until the eclipse.  That’s not too far off now.  Best to fix the ones we do know, or who can talk to us.”

To Gwen’s surprise, only about half of the obviously changed girls wanted to go back to being men, especially once they were told it would only last another hour or two anyway.  They were having too much fun dancing with the remaining men.

The giant snake didn’t want to change back, either.  And when they found Jenna to return her to human, her thanks were less than effusive.

“Seriously, Jenna?  You liked being a tray?”

Jenna bit her lip and blushed.  “I... yeah.  Being a thing, being used...  I wish I could feel that way again.”

Gwen sighed and the wand glowed without her doing anything.  “Granted, it seems.  Enjoy.”

Not much later, the wand dimmed and went out.  The eclipse had started.  Gwen and Rowan worked to try to return some sense of normalcy to the club, but after such a start it was difficult.  There were dozens of requests piling up for fantasies, so many that the bartender got tired of explaining that none could be honored until 2am and just made up a sign to that effect.

Gwen sighed with relief when she noticed the changes starting.  Toys under the trees were waking up, starting to move about.  She crouched down to talk to them, and the stunned looks she got from the foot-tall ‘men’ made her realize she’d probably started a wave of giantess fantasy requests.  One of the nutcrackers approached her and asked to be picked up.  He asked ever so politely if he could stay as a toy until Christmas.  He spent so much time working, and so little with his son, the idea of being a play-toy for a few days moved him to tears.

Gwen promised that when the Moon returned, she would make sure his wish was honored.  She didn’t dare offer him silver, as she suspected he might stay a toy for a very long time if given that option.

Shortly before midnight, the changes speeded up.  Gwen looked up, and could feel that something had shifted.  The Moon was completely dark.

By midnight, the crowd looked even stranger than before.  Everyone who had been changed was about halfway back to normal.  Creepy Dave was a half-snake, half-man.  The men-become-dancers were looking decidedly androgynous.  And the toys were between three and four feet tall.  The atmosphere was oddly festive.

As the clock struck twelve, the whole building shook, windows rattling from some distant explosion.  Sirens started to wail.
