Genevieve Pierce slowly awoke. She groaned as she looked around at her surroundings, wondering what she had had to drink to dream of the strange meeting with the clown and the woman who had shrunk her. Perhaps she should call off the interview with the supposed transformed police chief, she thought, but then reality snapped into place, and she saw a very colorful apartment that she did not recognize and across from her sat a very beautiful woman who was dressed as a very sexualized clown. Tight dress showing off all her curves, her creamy white breasts spilling out of the top. Her red hair was worn up in a classy bun with chopsticks holding it in place. Her red lips were plump and stretched inhumanly wide in a grin that was not very reassuring to the groggy reporter.
“Well, how about that, Sleeping Beauty awakes. You must have been so scared after I reduced your size that you passed right out. Been out for hours, slept through your return to normal too, which is a shame, I’ve heard it’s very pleasurable to grow back to human size from being shrunk.” the clown said.
“You were quite talkative to Mr. Bobo yesterday, but I guess that spirit has worn out now that you see how deep in this you really are. It’s a shame, I don’t normally like interfering with human matters, but when you took an interest in the former Mr. Crump, well, we knew we had to act.” she mused.
“We?” Genevieve asked with a look of pure confusion that didn’t seem to fit her personality at all.
“My boyfriend is named Chuckles T. Clown, and he is the owner of the portal between your world and ours. Mr. Crump’s condition is because of us, although unintentionally so. You see, a private investigator was doing the same kind of digging you were attempting and stumbled upon our little portal which moonlights as a joke and gag shop. The portal implanted some strange magic upon her, and in her contact with Mr. Crump, something began to change. He had already been in contact with a customer of ours who had started things along, but his interaction with the investigator pushed him over the edge. We don’t want that to happen again, so we are trying to avoid anyone else in your sleepy little town discovering our secrets. Once again, I said I was sorry, but you won’t be going home any time soon.”
“Are you planning on killing me? Like some sort of Stephen King novel or some shit?!” she said. She rarely swore, but her anger and confusion were getting the best of her at that moment.
“Kill you? Oh come now, have I ever given you the impression that I am murderous or evil? We clowns may seem scary to some, a fear I’ve never quite understood, but I promise you, you won’t be killed anytime soon. No, we don’t kill those who come here, we simply make them like us!” she proudly barked with a delighted giggle afterword.
“No!” Genevieve said as she scrambled to her feet. “I won’t let you do that to me!”
It was at this moment that she realized she had no clothes on. She attempted to cover herself, which made the clown laugh.
“Sit down, let’s chat, let’s get to know each other.” she instructed. Genevieve did as she was told, but still kept an arm wrapped around her breasts, scowling at the clown.
“So, I suppose I should explain who I am. I am Jen Jen. I am a clown, and I was human, like yourself once, but I don’t miss it. No ma’am. See, I fell in love with Chuckles, and he loves me, so he gave me some of my old memories back, a generous fella if anything, and even with them I see how boring and dull I was prior to finding this wonderful place.”
“It’s lovely.” Genevieve said sarcastically as she looked at the clown.
“It really is, and you should give it a chance. Here.” she said as she snapped her fingers and a pile of clothes appeared on the table. They were colorful, but not the typical outfit she expected of a clown.
“Put those on and we’ll go for a walk through the town.” Jen-Jen said. “It’s not a request. You really aren’t in a position to refuse my orders, my dear, so just play along.”
She grimaced at the pile of clothes then began to dig through them discovering what was provided to her. Colorful panties and bra, a matching set with matching pink polka dots were just the start. She took them, and glowered at the clown as she pointed to the bathroom.
“Change in there. I’ll be waiting.”
She walked into the colorful bathroom and smelled the scents of lavender and what she suspected was cotton candy, not out of the ordinary for a clown, she supposed. She grabbed the panties, looking down at the pink dots that were scattered along the fabric, different sizes of dots dancing in no particular order. She gave a great sigh and slid them on, the cotton like fabric caressing her legs, causing a tingle to spread through them. Her eyes flew open, more magic was not what she wanted, but she was unable to lower the panties, in fact, she felt her arms moving against her will, compelled to finish dragging the underwear upwards.
It reached her butt and the tingles intensified and she felt her ass begin to swell, the panties growing with them. She felt her cheeks getting larger, grabbing at them as if to try and stop the dastardly magic that was occurring.
“What are you doing to me, you clown bitch?!” she shouted through the door.
“Oh hush, it’s just a little magic clothing, and I imagine it’s enhancing your figure in quite a seductive way!” she said. “Now if you don’t put on the next piece of clothing whatever is changing now will continue to do so, so unless you want a gigantic ass or monster tits, I’d suggest you continue dressing, dearie.” Jen-Jen said. Her tone was one of annoyance and very little amusement.
Genevieve muttered several curse words under her breath and took the matching bra and slid the straps over her shoulder and tightened the clasp at the back. At first, it was a bit loose, but she knew that wouldn’t last as she felt her breasts begin to throb like they were swollen and achey. She looked down and let out a groan when she saw the flesh of her mammaries growing larger, surging forward like rising bread dough. She shook her head. She had to find a way out of this insane mess, but the clown was not as dumb as she would have expected her to be based on appearances.
Her waist felt tingling and began to pull in, giving her a shape that reminded her of a porn star, not the respected journalist that she was. She wanted to scream, but composed herself as her chest stopped its growth somewhere around a DDD range. She had been jealous of some of her more endowed classmates in high school, but now she was just bitter about the whole thing. She poked at one and felt it move, and she knew that it was no illusion. “I have big tits.” she muttered.
“Now you should be dressed enough for me to take a gander, why don’t you come out of the room.” Jen-Jen said, delighted
The door creaked open and and she slowly stepped out to a smiling Jen-Jen, but the clown’s smile started to fade back to it’s normal grin rather than an actual smile. She seemed disturbed.
“Wait a second. You are supposed to be turning into a clown.” she said, exasperated.
“Am I not?” Genevieve asked with a stern look on her face.
“Not even close. I enchanted those undergarments myself!” she shouted. Then she stopped, her mouth dropping into an O shape, and she let out a low groan. “No, I haven’t run across this in...ages.”
“What? A pissed off reporter in her skivvies?” Genevieve stated with daggers coming out of her eyes.
“Put on the rest of the outfit. It’s not enchanted. I’ll explain things when we go out for a walk.” Jen-Jen said as she hurried to her room, huffing as she went, her jovial nature now dissipating into what seemed to be a cute form of rage.
Genevieve picked up the shirt, which was a pink shirt with white stripes and slid it on, and it stretched over her new bosoms. She glanced down and watched the shirt hug the breasts, wobbling with each move. It kind of felt nice, she noted, but then she shook her head. No, she wouldn’t enjoy a second of this strange torture.
She grabbed the pants, which were basically pajama pants, purple with white polka dots, and she slid them on, and they were perhaps the comfiest pants she had ever felt. She shivered a bit, and then noticed that it was a bit of a tight fit at the butt, showing off her new curves. “Holy crap, it’s gigantic” she said as she patted her behind.
“Having fun?” Jen-Jen said as she entered. She held out a pair of red socks and a pair of shoes that weren’t the typical clown shoes, just pink sneakers basically. Genevieve put them on, expecting magic, but instead she just had new shoes. Nothing special seemed to happen.
“Let’s go walk and talk. I’ll explain things.” Jen-Jen sighed, sounding extremely unamused.
“I assume you may try to run, but there is no where to go. Getting lost in this city is not recommended.” she said. “And the portal to go to your world is currently closed and won’t be open for many days, so you are stuck here anyway.” she stated as she led the girl out of the apartment and out into the city. It was quite the place with buildings towering over but looking like a cartoon, shapes that wouldn’t work in normal buildings in the human world. One nearby skyscraper had bowed out in the middle and the windows formed a smiling face that would wink every once in awhile.
“Now then, you might be wondering why I reacted so strongly to your change or lack thereof.” Jen-Jen said.
“Lack thereof? I have a stripper’s body now.” Genevieve shouted.
“Yes, but you aren’t a clown, and that was the intention.” Jen-Jen pointed out. “And there is only one explanation for that”
“What is that?” she asked, both angry and curious.
“You have no inner clown.” Jen-Jen said, her anger turning to sadness. “Come, I’ll explain more over coffee.”
She brought Genevieve over to a small cafe on the side of the city’s main thoroughfare. She nodded at the clown barista who welcomed them in. “Something special for your guest?” he asked.
“No, Foamy. I don’t think so. It wouldn’t work. She’ll have whatever coffee she likes, untouched by your special charms, and I’ll have my usual.”
He looked at Genevieve and she shrugged and ordered a simple coffee with cream and two sugars. He motioned for them to sit down. “I’ll bring it out to you ladies.”
Taking a seat, Jen-Jen had a somber look. Genevieve sat down across from her and felt a wave of confusion. Why was the clown sad now. This was getting to be a headache. Literally. She rubbed at her temples.
“So Clowntopia has been around for a very long time, and it’s a place that you humans call an alternate dimension where everything is much sillier, better. A long time ago, a portal to your world discovered by a great clown who ventured forth to discover what he could. He in turn inspired what you humans think of clowns, the ones who dress up like us, but are boring underneath the grease paint and puffy clothes. Well, he passed the portal down to his son, and he to his, and so on and so forth until it came into the possession of my boyfriend, Chuckles. His father perfected the trick of bringing humans into our world to transform them. We love it. We like to bring happiness and joy to the boring world you live in.
“Without permission or anyone asking you to do it.” Genevieve noted as their coffee arrived.
“Thank you, Foamy. Usually, you are correct, but we have had requests. Not unheard of. Anyway, most clowns possess a little bit of what you humans call magic. Just a part of being a real clown. It allows for many uses, but it’s perfect for taking simple humans and making them into something wonderful.”
She sipped at her coffee, and Genevieve did the, relieved to taste the standard flavor of coffee rather than something sugary sweet and potentially damaging to her already altered body.
“What makes that possible is what we call the Inner Clown. A tiny bit of silliness and joy that lives inside most boring normals.” she said. “But for some reason that we can not figure out, some just don’t have it. I think that is the case with you.”
Genevieve thought for a moment, an echo of a voice pouring through her mind, the voice of the clown she had interviewed that started this whole mess. “You give me no sense whatsoever. I have no idea if you have a clown waiting to be freed, or if you are just boring”
Her lip twitched a bit. She was...mad about it, it seemed. She was mad that she didn’t seem to give these freaks the impression that she had a sense of humor.
“I can be plenty fun when I want.” she blurted out.
“You think that, but you are so rigid and cold to most people in your life that I imagine most would consider you a drag, even if they wouldn’t say it to your face.” Jen-Jen added with a smirk. “Having said that, it is impossible to transform those without this inner clown, because it’s like a seed, planted inside these people, waiting to be watered so it can grow into something beautiful. All you are is a pile of dirt without a seed.”
“Shut up.” she said. Her headache worsened. She wanted to cry. To go home. To do something, but she felt trapped, and her mind ached.
“Are you sad that I can’t transform you into a silly looking clown? An hour ago you were whining to me about me doing just that.”
“I am not mad about that. I am just mad. You kidnapped me!” she shouted. The cafe went quiet, the few clowns inside turning their heads towards the table.
“To protect my world. What you were planning to do with Mr. Bobo, well that would cause a heap of problems for me and my Chuckles and I can’t have that. I had to stop you. Once I got wind of your report, I knew what had to be done.”
Genevieve shook her head. “Wait a second. If I don’t have a seed, as you say, then how do you explain the shrinking, or these tits, or my butt. You transformed me!”
“Yes, and that’s about all I can do. Your body is still moldable by my magic, but only to certain degrees. I can make your boobs swell as big as your head, or shrink you the size of a dust mite, or make you a fat cow of a woman, but...no silliness will emerge from within you. None whatsoever.’
“So you’ll let me go.”
“What? I already explained why I can’t do that. You go home, and you’ll write your little piece and all of my work will be for nothing. No.”
“Then what? You are just going to keep me here against my will?”
“No. I have other plans, but for now, drink your coffee. We’ll discuss the plans later.”
---
Bobo was still in his comfortable cage at Springsdale University. He smiled as the workers brought him his dinner. Meatloaf. He smiled at the tray that was slid into his chamber by a long metal rod. They were afraid of him, but he never meant them any harm.
He smiled as he took the food and munched on it. It wasn’t very good, and it lacked inventive flavors like he longed for. He longed to go to Clowntopia, a place he thought of as home despite having never been there. He sighed and kicked his large feet up on his bed and looked at the ceiling.
That’s when the lights went out.
When they came back on, a figure was standing in the corner of the small little cell. The figure wore all black and had a white face with black markings, similar to a clown, but more sinister, more devilish.
“Hello, Bobo.” the figure said. A deep, authoritative voice. It made Bobo sit up and pay attention.
“Hello, new friend. Who might you be?”
“My friends call me many things. Mr. Nero, Night, The Colorless Clown, but I prefer Nightshade.” He said with a grin that stretched literally from ear to ear. “Anywho, I am here to offer you something quite unique. How’d you like to blow this popsicle stand and have some fun in the process.”
“What? You want me to leave?”
“I want you to serve your purpose. Spread your gift to the world, Mr. Bobo. You are talented and you haven’t been a clown for more than a month. I want to give that talent a chance to shine.”
Bobo stopped and thought for a moment, then returned Nightshade’s grin.
“Well, Nightshade, my new pal, I am all ears.” he added with a deep guffaw that echoed through the cell.
