I've never wanted to do "nonconsensual" stuff, but I do really like pushing the boundaries on something like a character's helplessness or loss of control.&nbsp;<br /><br />And I *really* like the idea of someone taunting someone after taking away their head.&nbsp;<br /><br />So this is what came out of that.&nbsp;
