1800s: During the Napoleonic Wars Britain builds the Cape Colony in what is now Dracon. Dutch Boers who were already there eventually migrate farther inland, setting up the Boer Republics.
1830s: Diamonds and other minerals are discovered earlier than in real life, due to this Britain allows the Cape Colony to be the only colony exempt from their abolition of slavery.
1860s: Following the end of the US Civil War many Southeners sought to flee to Brazil and more commonly the Cape Colony. The Cape Colony, lifting their noses at the former Americans, largely did not want to accept them. However a deal was struck, no American slave could be imported, but wealthy southern aristocrats could pay their way into Cape Colony society, and they were often put to work as overseers, and many of the families still make up the backbone of the overseer ranks today.
Later 1800s: With the expansion of the colony, threats of violence, and exploitation of resources, the society of the Colony becomes very patriarchal in nature. Women are expected to be seen as second class even moreso than other areas of the world, and daughters in particular are expected to be 'seen not heard' by society. The Colony's attire is also almost seen as scandalous in the rest of the world, due to the heat, many female members of soceity wear clothes that leave their legs and midsections bare. This however becomes very common place in the Colony's society, and even more-so for female slaves, as an industry of creating slaves trained for pleasure arises in the Colony's culture
1880s: Two Boer Wars breakout this decade due to tensions between the Dutch and English settlers, autonomy, and the Boer Republics wanting permission to expand northwards into other British colonies. During the war many dutch civilians are put into internment camps, and some of the younger maidens during this time are treated as little more than slaves by their British captors.
1880s: In response to reports of this, Boer squads often raid remote British estates, seizing the daughters of these estates and taking them back to Boer territory wearing slave collars.
1890: The final Boer War comes to an end. The Dutch settlers agree to terms with the British to agree to submit to british rule, in return for some autonomy and respect for their culture. Interestingly the leaders of the two sides when negotiating, come to an agreement. In order to solidify the good natured treaty, both parties would be allowed to keep the young Maidens that they had unofficially 'enslaved', and have their official status adjusted to 'slaves'.
1891: "The Bargain"; Some families are upset about not getting their daughters back. Both sides come to an agreement where each family who lost a daughter to slavery during the war can peition, and if this is shown to be true, the other side will talk to the various estates of their culture and have a free-daughter submit to slavery to be sent to that estate in exchange for the daughter lost.
1892: "The Reasoning": With this occurence the colony decides to make a change. To justify these enslavements and in an attempt to seem better to the world, slavery based just on race is banned, and instead slavery is expanded to be able to include people of any race. Not surprisingly thee Aristocracy and actual society of the colony is dominated by people of British and Dutch descent, however, offers are made to leaders of various tribes in the area still fighting the colony and some tribes are brought into the fold by offers of being ontop of this slavocrat society. The United Kingdom is shocked by this when it is passed on the self-ruling chambers, but can do little to stop it as the colony's wealth is rivaled only by all of their holdings in India combined
The Entire Second Half of the 1800s: During all this time to add labor for the colonies for their exploitation of the land, thousands of prisoners are shipped in from the Indian Subcontinent and deemed property of the various estates in the Colony. The estates later request female Indian subjects to enslave as well, and the various Rajs and colonies send tribute in the form of young Indian slaves that grow to be 3 times the amount of the male prisoners originally sent.
1896: The colony is given a charter after heavy negotiations between the Colony and the Crown. The Colony is allowed to have its slavery left in place untouched, in return for continued materials sent to the crown. Due to the colony being known for strict laws, and its slavery, the colony had become known in British Newspapers and Parliament as "The Most Draconian of Subjects" and "The Draconian Colony". The colony decided to embrace this, becoming the Crown Colony of Dracon
Early 1900s: During WWI Dracon sent few troops, citing the need to keep security due to fears of a slave revolt. Did send a lot of minerals and supplies, as well as sent troops to help the British campaign in Africa and made up the majority of forces that served in trying to hold German Tanzania. After the war Dracon was rewarded by having their Lake Tanganyika colony be given to Dracon. However they refused to hand over the recently annexed colony of Tanzania, causing anger in Dracon.
1920/30s: Dracon started to pull away from the UK. They also started buying female slaves from the newly created Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as made agreements to purchase prisoners and female captives in areas of the world facing civil war such as Russia, China, Turkey, and Spain
1936: During the great depression Dracon decided to arrange a referendum on whether or not to declare independence from the UK. The vote was overwhelmingly in favor. The UK was against this, but as no one wanted war, agreements were made where Dracon "purchased" their independence by agreeing to favorable trade deals with the UK over their precious minerals.
1938: Portugal, hit hard by the depression sells their Mozambique colony to Dracon with guarantees of protections for the people there, in return for large payments. Portugal refuses to sell Angola however.
1939: Dracon lives up to its agreement, though it does put forward large offers to families in the newly acquired land if they are to sell one female member of their family into slavery, and if a family sells two into slavery they are given Draconian Citizenship.
1940s: During WWII Dracon was officially neutral, though was largely hostile against the Empire of Japan. Mostly the stayed on the sideline and after the war gained a massive boost in their economy due to sustaining very little damage themselves and able to help sell materials to rebuilding nations
1950s: Draconian school codes are formerly formed. Punishment Class changed from informal to formal doctrine. Segregation of male and female students into separate schools also established. The first official chain of Pain Brothels are established in Dracon. Discoveries in BDSM are noted and Dracon.
1960s: In Dracon the very popular book "The Duties of the Draconian Mother and Draconian Madam" is published. Analyzing the traditions of mothers in Dracon and almost codifying it, the book is so influencial that during this decade the laws of the '10 Percent' for female schools was passed. Allowing up to ten percent of daughters can be enslaved from a class. While mothers would deny it, while it was always tough to be a Free-Daughter in Dracon, a more sadistic streak emerged after the publishing of this book that called upon strict and even cruel mothers in order to curtain weakness and create proper Draconian Ladies.
Late 1960s: Dracon takes advantage of Cold War politics, playing both sides against each other and is active in Asia and South America. For the next 3-4 decades Dracon is borderline open in its Slaver Operations in these area of the world, working with governmental despots to enslave entire villages in enemy territory.
1970s: Dracon starts a slow and subtle nuclear program, over the next two decades a small arsenal of roughly two dozen bombs are created, with a yield a bit below that of the bombs that ended WWII. During this decade the system of 'Kindslaves' are codified into Draconian Law. Portugal also finally sells Angola to Dracon at this time. A similar process occurs.
1980s: Female Draconians are finally allowed to vote in the Lower Chamber of the Dracon Legislature once they pass the point where they're no longer considered 'Maidens' but at least 'Ladies', though to modern times females in Dracon can still not vote in the upper chamber
Late 1980s: With the fall of the USSR, Dracon became a safe haven for KGB and other Eastern Bloc intelligence agents who were offered Draconian Citizenship in exchange for their services to Dracon. These agents help build up a slaver system built around smaller and covert teams that work to enslave either small groups of girls at a time or arrange larger purchases in trouble spots around the globe.
1990s: This was seen in the 90s. In Africa and the Balkans Draconian agents worked to have slaves imported to Dracon. Larger scale operations also continued in latin America, with thousands of primarily latinas being imported to Dracon as demand for slave girls by this time far surpasses the need for manual labor.
Also during the 1990s experiments are started to have slave mothers give birth to daughters at a higher rate than natural.
2000s: First decade had Dracon move more towards covert operations as the global community started to try to crack down on Draconian slave operations. In response the black market started paying heavily for girls brought in from America and Europe as 'punishment' for these decisions. Large scale slaver operations mostly wound down in Latin America except for Venezuela, where Draconian Slavers worked as enforcers, enslaving many women in any areas that showed any resistance. Continued experiments into BDSM technology and birth rates continue during this decade.
2015: Archon Romerus passes away, leader of the Pragmatic Party Casear Einnaar is elected new Archon after much debate.
2016: As a reward to finally getting the Nationalist "Hardliners" party on board for the vote Augustus Rhonan is designated as the new "Overseer of the Internal Trade and Dominance Committee", at 27 years old he is the youngest Overseer of this committee in Dracon history.
2017: Kindslave Raquel moves to Paris with the permission of her Owner/father to pursue college.
Early 2018: Kindslave Raquel earns fame and rewards at the 'Miss France' compeition
2019: Chane Sade, who's know Raquel since they were younger, blackmails into requesting her father sell her to him as his own slave to own and torment
Summer 2020: Latina business woman visits Dracon with her daughter on a business trip. Is granted Draconian citizenship along with her husband. Her daughter Marisa does not return with her to America.
Late Summer 2020: The entire student body and faculty of the Daphne Alba Academy except for one student goes missing. It is a national event with many believing it the work of Dracon slavers after the only student who was hiding by the greenhouses states in multiple interviews that she overheard the word 'Dracon' multiple times
Late Summer 2020: Mere weeks after the Daphne Alba raid American Latina named Arianna walks in on a robber in her home as she comes home early from school. Is kidnapped and sold to Draconian slavers.
Late 2020: The Daphne Alba Crisis becomes the first major test for President-Elect Wrightman as many Americans want war with Dracon, a nation believed to have a limited nuclear arsenal. US Gov seeks more confirmation that Dracon committed the raid.
Late: 2020, Arianna is bought at a blackmarket Draconian Auction by Augustus Rhonan
Late 2020: Wrightman's predecessor launches his final act as commander in chief, a raid on a brand new Draconian nuclear facility that is currently unstaffed and doesnt have any nuclear material but is due to receive it. Strike is a success, two US aircraft are shot down, 2 of the 3 pilots are rescued, the 3rd, a woman with codename Phoenix remains missing. In reality captured and enslaved by Draconians.
Early 2021: Wrightman becomes President, vows to demand action against Dracon. Missiles are launched at Draconian rocket facility under construction, no deaths reported but Draconian rocket program pushed back years.
Summer 2021: President Wrightman and Archon Einnaar agree to meet in Washington D.C; Archon's son joins and meets the President's recently graduated daughter Natalie.
Summer 2021: Talks between American and Dracon make mild progress, though Dracon refuses to take responsibility for the raid, angering many in America. However Dracon makes very mild reforms and promises to crack down on the black market in return for trying to ease tensions between the countries and a promise of no more US military strikes.
