 Pop challenge is a show game, where two teams each consisting of a woman and her inflatable boy compete for a prize and fame.

 Competing women inflate each other's boy till he bursts, to save your boyfriend - pump faster to pop the other guy first. 

 Of course this game is illegal yet quite popular.
