Technical Review

A dozen men and women in high class suits filed into the room after a brief snack ready for the presentation. it was held in an air-conditioned immaculate room deep inside a medical research institution. The man who stepped out to the front of the room age a gracious nod to his guests as they sipped there drinks and awaited the main event.

He stood up on a podium,

“My Dear committee members, welcome to our presentation. Please take a seat, thanks to our team for all their hard work and contributions”. A picture appeared on the wall showing a group of about two dozen people in white coats and scrubs standing awkwardly together. There were a mixture of people, from those who looked like they didn't want to be recognised to those who were up for the limelight. Those seeking the centre of stage were there those who didn't or barely registered interest sat on the margins.

The announcer made a small hand gesture and the lights slowly dipped.

“So, let's begin the review of prototype 417-34b and the test run with our 'volunteer'. My predecessor who actually started this research program. You will of course know her as that bitch that lost the company and all of you so much money a few months ago”.

A series of spreadsheets and formulas inhabited the wall behind the podium with a dazzling parade of numbers and complex symbols.

“Up on the main screen is the technical data. The product is designed to be both suitable for long term extended wear and for incredible durability. It is made of a Kevlar Alkex Twaron hexagonal weave. It a very strong but very light fabric. Creating a material that is heat and puncture resistant. It’s very difficult to stretch twist or break. It is highly resistant to cuts tears abrasions friction etc, no matter what you do to it the material is going to endure”.

The view on the screen changed to a close up of a very dense fabric.

“It is designed to have a five millimetre mesh as the standard fabrication. That is to allow airflow and make it breathable so that a garment doesn't have to be removed.  However, we have a more flexible weave for joints, the flexi-weave. We also have a much thicker sturdy compact-weave for areas that are meant to remain immobile with no gaps in the fibres. We have a thinner weave for more sensitive areas that has a one cm mesh but it is still very sturdy, they are calling it the fish net weave”. Up on the screen four different fabric profiles could be seen.

The screen showed a test of two pieces of material being pulled by a set of mechanical arms the two bits of material stretched but remained firmly joined tightly together.

“For the joints we overlap sections of material we have found that three rows of stitching four millimetres apart with a smart fibre 0.5 millimetre thread delivers a joint that should resist approximately 800% of the maximum anticipated strain that could be brought to bear against the joint by the test subject under any remotely probable conditions”.

The screen showed a set of plans that looked like something you would hand over to a tailor to get a jacket made up.

“Let me bring up the prototype design. As you can see it functions similarly to a standard straight jacket. All be it with a few extra reinforcement points to make it extremely reliable. The arms torso back yoke and waist are made from the standard mesh. The joints are made from the flexible weave around the waist armpits elbows up to the neck etc. you should note while it is indeed flexible it still significantly limits the test subjects movement”.

The animation in the background slowly showed each piece of material rolled up and came together to form the garment as the announcer continued his presentation.

“The crotch strap, sleeve ends or mittens wrists as well as the collar are made from a double layer of the sturdy weave. The area over the breasts are made from panels of the thinner fish net weave. The waist was tailored to be a good few inches smaller than the test subjects measurements to begin with. But with the option for a great deal of adjustment to make it very tight, which was achieved fairly rapidly with a few rounds of tightening over the first week of trials. The test subject objected to this line of experimentation however the garment was quite successful at containing her consternation”.

The presentation started to show actual pictures of the restraint which was now wrapped around the test subject you could see how tight the restraints were from the pictures.

“The ankle cuffs the hobbles the calf cuffs knee cuffs thigh bands as well as the ancillary crotch straps are all also made from the same sturdy weave converted into a strap. The straps are formed by a sturdy weave fabric rolled three times on itself with four reinforcement stitches. The front and side loops, the strap retaining loops at the back as well as the strap from the sleeves ends are also built from the thicker weave. We made the front and side loops particularly wide to reduce any possible movement from the test subject. We also added the strap retaining loops at the rear to guarantee no movement of the arms”.

A serious of pictures of what looked like a very sturdy lock appeared on the screen.

“As for the locking mechanism we have a pin and grommet system with a small high security padlock fed through a hole in the pin. Now we are using very high tensile strength tool steel grade stainless steel which is compression welded in place. The little padlocks are built from an outer casing of titanium the inner mechanism is made from stainless steel a few of the most sensitive internal parts are made from ordinary steel. But they are encapsulated in grease forming a water tight seal around them. All the padlocks are fastened at the back or on the sides so the subject can't reach them”.

There were a series of close ups from the various padlocks.

“We went with an oval shackle bolt design to help reduce the chance of anything catching. There is a little movement which means that the patient does rattle quite a bit when they move and does make the garment a little heavy, when all the locks are taken into consideration. That probably reduced the test subjects level of comfort, but she can’t complain about it”.

A video played on the screen running down the back of the jacket.

“We went with a double wide double deep layer of grommets. So that each strap is effectively held in place with four padlocks at the very minimum. They are all keyed to the same master key. The posture collar is the most extreme example with seven rows of two padlocks security holding it in place at the back. Ensuring that the subject has no movement whatsoever in there neck. Exerting a constant disconcerting pressure on their throat and airway”.

A number of pictures of the restraint flashed up.

“The six straps along the back all have four locks in a two by two lock grid. The arms are held with eight padlocks in a two by four horizontal formation behind the back, they are a little higher up that a regular model. But that means that there is less movement in the arms, even if it reduces the test subjects comfort. When the strap retention loops are properly used there is almost no discernible movement despite the applied stimulus”.

A new video started playing involving the test subjects legs.

“The thigh bands have a six block of padlocks in a two by three vertically orientated lock block on the outer side of the legs. They are joined to the waist belt and lock on the sides with the straps framing the buttocks making escape very difficult”.

A technical diagram of the leg restraints popped up.

“Each of the two outer crotch straps have a four by two block of locks that attach at the back. As do all the leg and ankle cuffs. Note every strap has been tightened to its maximum. Please note to make things neat the ends of the straps are folded back on themselves so that there are no lose ends to catch on anything”.

A diagram popped up with some close up pictures.

“Now I will go on to describe the feeding gag. A medical grade silicone ball with sound absorbing properties with a pipe going down the centre. It has a force feeding port and a one way valve integrated into it. There is a cheek strap that is attached to the collar and a pre-sized chin strap. The main strap locks tight behind the subjects head once tightly adjusted the gag will remain in place”.

A audio file played in the background as if someone was trying to object through a gag.

“We started off with an inch and half sphere then rapidly moved up to two and a half inches then three inches and finally three and a quarter inch the current size. Which finally seems to fulfil the noise reduction criteria after a lot of testing. There is an integrated bite guard to accommodate the subjects teeth. If the subject becomes more disagreeable we will increase the size to a three and a half inch ball. Who am I kidding we are going to do it regardless of what the test subject does. It's for science after all”.

A number of intimate pictures of a distressed test subject appeared on the wall.

“We decided to remove all hair from the test subject and treat her with a long lasting depilatory so that there wouldn't be any hair to get in the way. We used both a depilatory cream and a hair removal laser to guarantee that there would be no regrowth for a very long time. We didn't just get the hair on her head but legs armpits pubic hair eyelashes eyebrows, everything”.

A video played illustrating the next step and the heavily gagged test subjects reluctance.

“We have determined that a three layer rubber hood will have the best results for the intended specification for the project. The first layer of the hood connects at the back of the collar and pulls forward over the subjects head, it does require quite a bit of effort to stretch it but its manageable. The rubber is very strong and tight moulding to the subjects features. There is a hole to go over the feeding port. Now you can see the two tubes hear at the nose go deep into the sinuses they have an integrated nasal hook that latches onto the sternum that can be tightened with this tab which can then be locked in place putting immense coercive pressure on the test subject. The hood is built with an integrated strap fused to the first layer.

The test subject obviously didn't like the process but had no effective way to object.

“The second layer of the hood is sized a little smaller, so it's tighter. You might need two people to stretch it into place. Well ok we guarantee you will need two people to fit it. It goes front to back with holes lining up with the breathing tubes and feeding port. The final layer of rubber is sized even smaller still. See the rings in the edge you will need a mechanical frame to stretch it out. It goes back to front locks onto the collar at the front and side it's a little rigid and has pads over the ears to dampen any sound. It really helps to pacify the test subject. We have put ear plugs broadcasting white noise 24/7 under the hood after the first week. For the picture you can see that there is a little battery pack on the side of the poster collar”.

The screen showed a range of plugs that went from the modest to the punitive.

“Now for the anal plug we started with a fairly modest six inch long model. It was one and a half inch wide at the largest point with a mild constant vibration. This proved to be insufficient in many areas including but not limited to battery life. So, we upgraded it to an eighth inch long ribbed model two and a half inches wide at the largest point with a more aggressive vibration. This did produce better results under a number of criteria but it was not the perfect solution”.

A video showing the application of the latest model played in the background.

“The nine inch model with the three and a half inch diameter at the widest point did get very good battery life. It also has the ridges, there are also these blunt crown of thorns blunt rubber circles of spikes every two inches. However certain other criteria were not met. We switched to a twelve inch long model with a very flexible tip. The largest point was now four and three quarter inches in diameter. It not only vibrates in pulses but slowly wriggles around with a number of compact cam motors. It has the ridges the crown of spikes as well as a rubber bristle collar near the bottom to tickle her insides”.

There was a view of a padded cell with the test subject squirming around on the floor unable to get comfortable.

“The test subject was unable to sleep with the constant stimulation and was equally unable to achieve any form of sexual release with the low level stimulation. The battery needs to be recharged every two days but that is quite acceptable. There is a fourteen inch model on the drawing board that should give at least a 96 hour battery life. That is with the inclusion of a little electrical stimulation function through contact points throughout. Which could also be used to enforce disciplinary procedures”.

The video switched to an early part of the experiment two nurses wrangling the patient.

“In terms of the force feeding apparatus the nurses would initially do this by hand. One nurse would put the subject in a tight headlock to pacify them while the second would use a manual syringe to inject a porridge with vitamin supplements into the gag and down the subjects throat. To help the subject we started to add fibre to their diet. That had some effect so we started to add diuretics and laxatives to help them along. We started adding aphrodisiacs that dramatically boosted the test subjects libido”.

There was a video of the test subject shaking the syringe lose and spilling her food on the floor.

“The test subject resisted so we modified a large syringe to have a nozzle that can latch onto the front of the feeding port. To prevent any disruption to the feeding program. The test subject could give the staff a little bit of a run around to try and avoid the feeding. She was getting a little bit tetchy when we added the fast acting laxatives and diuretics”.

The technical drawing for what looked like a trolley popped up on the screen.

“Anyway, back to the main discussion we had this apparatus added. As a different regime, now a feeding station was trialled. One nurse could wheel it into place. The kneeling test subjects head is put in a stock with a few other straps. The machine is set to automatically dispense there food, the test subject doesn't like it very much but can't resist. It was deemed to be more effective, we have tinkered with the formula to slowly make it more efficient. The trolley had been made more secure, it is weighted to prevent any interference from the patient trying to tip it over. No matter how much she tries to thrash about she can’t get away”.

A video played of the entire test cell and patient being sprayed with a green foamy liquid from several nozzles on the ceiling.

“Now we turn to the hygiene regime, the entire set of restraints and cell are designed to be washable. To deal with urine we began with a catheter stoppered, the subject was allowed to empty there bladder every 8 hours. To deal with other issues the nurses use a nice deep cleansing enema. We were initially taking out the plug but with the latest model we don't really have to. We found that the test subject took it as an opportunity to act up. The current plug has a tube that you can attach a pump valve integrated into it. We have a comprehensive punitive enema regime to ensure hygiene”.

The video now played the test subject reacting rather negatively to something being pumped into her body.

“To discipline the test subject, we used a low volume Zulu death pepper chilli oil enema. Retention for three hours and you have a model patient, we only have to do that once every two weeks. For the regular daily regime, we have a three stage cleaning cycle starting with a concentrated soapy Luke warm enema. Its two pints that are only hold for ten minutes. That is followed by a far more diluted four pint enema with a slightly warmer temperature. She hold that for about twenty minutes. Then its followed with a six pint enema low soap solution held for 30 minutes”.

A video played of a desperately struggling woman with an inflated belly as two nurses rubbed and massaged her she pulled against her restraints.

“Then for the purpose of the massage therapy we refill the subject with six pints of clean sterilised warm water to be retained for the duration of the abdominal massage session. Of course, this does cause a little bit of discomfort in the test subject. However, this is quite an effective test, no matter how desperate the test subject has been for escape or release she has not been able to make the slightest bit of inroads into gaining any relief against her therapy. We do have to strap her down tightly to stop her interfering with her therapy, but that is fine quite acceptable”.

The video footage now showed the test subject trying to get away as a nurse held a rubber sheet over her gagged face, the nurse pulled it tight ensuring that there was no way to suck in the smallest bit of air.

“Reviewing the test subjects daily schedule, we can see the benefits of the restraint. In the morning we begin with a force feeding session and the regular enema. Straight after that she gets two hours of abdominal massage. Her care givers like to strap her down to a table then two nurses attend. It’s usually a mix of deep tissue massage rolling massage, they are really thorough with their patient.  Then one hour of breath training it’s a mix of smothering and breath restriction. We encourage the nurses to be creative. They like to use their hands breasts thighs as well as rubber sheets rebreathers etc. Subject can now hold her breath for nearly three and a half minutes before blacking out”.

The video switched to the test subject stumbling around her room in a circle a turning bar attached to a collar on her neck.

“typically, she gets one hour of forced exercise in the morning running or more hobbling with corporal encouragement to really keep her going. then a force feeding, a two hour session of tease and denial. She has not been allowed to climax once during the entire testing process. The nurses use a variety of implements Warburton wheel feathers vibrators etc. they like to get hands on kissing licking etc. You can see from the video clip how she desperately squirms about in frustration”.

“At least twice a week she gets a two hour session of forced exercise. It consists of sit ups running and cycling strapped to a machine with electric motivation. She is given a chilli oil enema if she really fails her assigned exercise target. Finally, just before bed an hour session of tickling. She seems to rather dislike that the most. The test subject is very ticklish. We have threatened to extend her tickling therapy if she misbehaving or failing to achieve her assigned targets”.

A video played of the test subject hysterically thrashing about as her toes were tickled.

“We would like to extend this trial for two more months with the possibility of making it four months. I believe that we can really tailor some exceptional programs and products to serve the managed care portion of society”. Two nurses started to drag the test subject into the room she was fully gagged restrained and hooded. They wheeled in several trays of accessories. The announcer grinned,

“Now I invite you to watch a live treatment session, of course audience participation is encouraged”.

The End.
