It was a bright sunny day at your local Beach, and you were not going to miss it. You emerge from the change stall all ready for the water when the voice calls out in the nearby drink Shack.
“ Hey there!” a female voice reached out to you. Turning your head you quickly spot out the source of the noise as you see a head peeking out from behind the shop with long blond hair streaming down.
“Yeah sure!” you call back as you make your way over to the back of the store. There was no foot traffic in this area of the beach, making it relatively quiet as you round the corner of the building. There, the distressed woman was, staring at you as you approached. “So what’s up?” you ask hesitantly as you glance around. But try as you might you could not spot anything out of place.
“Well I sort of forgot something and I could really, really use your help” she responded, her tone turning into a light beg towards the end to emphasize her need. Whatever it was, it must be very important to her.
“Yeah, sure” you respond casually. A warmth fills your body as her face lights up in joy from your response.
“Perfect! Thank you!” she exclaims as her eyes suddenly light up in a bright shade of purple. Concern fills you as an aura of purplish light starts to form around the woman’s body as well. You step back, hands raised in defense.
“Uh… I...” you try to stutter out as your tongue fails to form a response. But your reaction seems to have no effect on the other woman, who just stares at you with a look of mock confusion.
“You agreed to this!” she reminds you in an almost mocking tone. Her hands reached towards you as the purple aura shot out at you. It’s electrical tendrils grab at you, quickly engulfing your form. You try to struggle, but the numbing touch of the magical energy makes you stiff and numb under its touch. Try as you might there was not a single muscle you could move, as if they were locked into place by the magical aura. Even though you couldn’t move on your own, that did not mean your body couldn’t be moved.
It really only took a moment. The aurora around your captor flashed pink for a brief moment and suddenly every inch of your body exploded outwards, barely contained by your skin which stretched taut under the force. A hollow ‘bomp’ echoed out from your new form and you suddenly found your perspective shift, making everything seem smaller than it actually was. The woman approached, placing one warm hand gently against your taunt exterior. “You look great” she commented casually “but a little too big for my liking” the words worried you. You had already lost your human form, what more could she do to you.
But waiting you would not have to do as the woman’s body began to glow once more. This time a teal color. The aura seemed from her fingers and danced over your rounded form. Unlike before, the magic was cool to the touch, almost soothing as it caressed your body. The change was subtle at first, but soon the woman and the world started to tower over you as you were shrunken down in size. The glow slowly started to fade as the woman looked satisfied with your new size.

She slammed her hands around you, stopping shoulder length apart. “There, much better” the woman stated aloud as she gave you a deft spin around. “Just one, more, thing” she accented each pause with a tap of her finger. But on the last tap something strange happened. Suddenly your view of the world shifted, filled with a variety of bright colors. “Now this is a beach ball. By the way, I’m Jane, in case you were wondering”” Jane comments as she made her way out from behind the store and made her way to the beach where her friends awaited her new toy.
