More clear but less succinct title: "The Two Sisters, One of Whom Had Two *Other* Sisters, a Golden Bird (That Isn't a Goose), Nearly a Dozen (Talking) Animals, Plus a Prince and a Dragon and a Witch".
More-to-the-point title: "Compelling Evidence That the Brothers Grimm Desperately Needed Both Ritalin and an Editor" (yes, I know they didn't actually author the stories per se, but still)
For BeccaJS' epic writing-jam: The Gender Transformed Fairy Tales Challenge
Original story I was randomly assigned: The Two Brothers (obviously, contains spoilers for Part II and onward!)
Today I learned that StashWriter actually has a size-limit beyond which it won't save...who knew? Since I had to split it anyway, I decided I'd post this now. Hopefully I can fit the rest into just Part II without needing a Part III, but only time will tell!
Edit: Part II now here: The Two Sisters (Part II). I saw from the writing on the wallpage that I wasn't going to fit it into another 10k, so I stopped at a natural break. Maaaaaybe I can finish part III with a full 10k...
Edit 2: Of course I couldn't!
The Two Sisters (Part III), The Two Sisters (Part IV - conclusion)
