As you all know; crime rates have been spiraling upward for years now. And from the looks of things, they don’t seem to be coming down any time soon, even after all we’ve done as law abiding citizens of the state to bring in and ‘cure’ these malevolent individuals of their crude behavior. With the introduction of new technology on the market in tandem with physical augmentations to the human body however, I stand before you today with an alternative, one that will save taxpayer dollars and manpower!
The Criminal Reformation Program, CRP for short, is a cutting edge medical procedure made possible through a joint venture with our esteemed partners over at FemCorp, who I'm sure you’re all more than aware of. With their achievements in the medical field, contracts with the military and on a lesser note; beauty care products, we hope you welcome their contributions to our efforts in maintaining a crime-free nation!
Directing your attention to the screen, you’ll see we have ourselves a familiar guest. Rodriguez Bellome, or as some of you know him; The Crusher. Repeat offender and drug abuser with a veritable list of degeneracy to his name. An Augmented criminal, he’s been set loose many times now only to return to crime once more, but after today? I’m pleased to let you know he won’t ever be a problem for you or your men ever again. Observe;
With FemCorp’s patented radiation weaponry tweaked to inverse the patient’s gender and a little bit of under-the-table secrecy, you can see how effective the resultant beam is in subverting the mind of anyone caught in its light. You remember how the Crusher needed an entire squad emptying tranq darts into him just to make him feel tired? Well, a simple flick of a switch, and this baby has the beast calmed and ready for transport. But that’s not what he’s here for.
After just a few seconds of continued exposure, the target will begin to undergo a change at the genetic level based on whatever the overseer desires. And judging by the rapid loss in muscle mass and height, it’s safe to say we all know what the end product will be…just look at that hair; long, lustrous, well maintained…and chestnut brown straight down to the roots. Rest assured everything you see beneath that jacket is a hundred percent natural; those firm milkers of hers, that slappable ass, and not to forget that gorgeous face. All of it based on theoretical data on what could be if dear old Laeticia had been born instead of Rodriguez. Isn’t she lovely? A mature flower free of chems and augs that's pleasing to the eyes unlike that burly old ball of angry muscle, good riddance.
Moving on to the next step of the process after ensuring the patient’s mind is sufficiently neutered and the replacement persona is installed, a certified doctor will be ushered into the subject holding chamber. Where, as you can see, they’ll begin ‘testing’ out their physical capabilities and vocal ranges. I’d turn on the volume if I could, but something tells me Laeticia’s lovely voice would distract you all more than she already has…just look at her go…
And once that’s all done with, the end product is as you can see here; Laeticia will be the first of many Public Social Workers that will be put into service wherever their needed; repairing damaged power lines, cleaning up the park or even working alongside the force in apprehending their former accomplices without refusal. But for Laeticia however, she’ll be working a lifetime service contract under the CEO of FemCorp, I hear she likes her maids submissive and breedable, so I guess Laeticia can rest well in knowing she’s got herself a loving hand to care for her.
With that, the demonstration for the CRP comes to an end. I hope you all look forward to the near future when the program rolls out effective immediately with the installation of the chambers in every single station on this side of the country!
