“Where’s Marissa? I don’t see her” 4 year old Breanna Taylor said to her Dad as they walked through the parking lot of Ohio State Stadium. The Horseshoe was going to be filled to capacity like always, but this was Breanna’s first game and the crowd and scene were a bit overwhelming for her.

“No…not yet” Mark Taylor told his daughter with a chuckle. Breanna held her Mom’s hand tightly as they navigated the dense crowd. “But we’ll see your sister soon…she got us passes just so you could see what grown up cheerleaders do on game day”

Breanna smiled broadly, she was wearing a cheerleader outfit in scarlet and gray to match her sister’s and her bright blonde hair was pulled up into a tight bun on top of her head. She had been to her first cheer camp and since her Mom was a teacher at their local high school, Bree often dressed up and hung out with high school squad. They had adopted her as their junior mascot.

Marissa Taylor finished tying up her white sneakers and checked the clock on the wall; her Dad, Stepmom and Stepsister should be here any minute so she headed out into the hallway to wait for them. She fussed with her ponytail and the white bow that was holding it up as she walked down the hall. Marissa was 22; a compact 5’2” and 105lbs...The perfect size for the top of the pyramid and for being tossed into the air. Her long curly brown hair swayed and bounced as she adjusted her kit and skirt, smoothing them out and scratching an itch on the top of her firm thigh.

Marissa knew her half-sister Bree looked up to her but she really didn’t know the girl that well. She had been born half way through Marissa’s senior year of high school and since Marissa lived with her Mom and had left for college a few months later, she hadn’t spent much time with Bree outside of a few holiday get-togethers.

Marissa half smiled to herself as she thought “Hell, I barely know my Dad that well” Marissa’s parents had divorced when she was only 3 and her Dad had been upset over not getting custody. He had moved out of state and remarried a few years later “Wish I could know him better than I do” she thought.

Marissa could make out three silhouettes at the top of the tunnel talking with a security guard so she rushed up to make sure it was her family. “Hi guys!” she yelled out.

Bree jumped and ran to Marissa almost tackling her as she wrapped her arms around her hips and hugged her “Hi Marissa! Oh my Gosh you look so pretty in your uniform!”

“Thank You” Marissa replied. She bent down and hugged Breanna back and got down on her right knee to talk to her “You look like you’re ready for game time Bree…if I’m not careful, you might take my place out there today!”

Bree laughed and covered her face “Nuh-Uh Marissa…you’re just teasing me”

“Nope…I’m serious...you look like you’re ready for the squad if you ask me. Besides, all the guys would love to have you as their partner; they could throw you waaaaaay up there” Marissa told her.
By this time, Mark and Marissa’s stepmom Jennifer had joined them. “Hi Dad…Good to see you again Jennifer” Marissa said as she gave them both quick hugs.

Mark bent down “You excited to see your sister honey?” he asked Bree.

Bree nodded furiously “Uh-huh…she looks so pretty. I wish I could be on the squad”

“Someday soon enough sweetheart” Mark answered her.  He stood up “Thanks for letting us get back here” he told Marissa. “This means the world to her”

“Sure, no problem” Marissa told her Dad who was already bending back down and talking and fussing over Breanna.

“Would you like to go see our locker room?” Marissa asked.

“Yeah!” Bree yelled and ran ahead. Marissa jogged to down to keep up with her but stopped at the double doors “Would you two mind staying out?” she asked Mark and Jennifer.

“Oh sure…no problem” Mark responded.

Marissa gave them a half smile “I’m just not sure if anyone else is still getting ready in there or not”

Mark held his hand up “I understand”

Marissa smiled wider as Bree grabbed her hand. She pushed open the doors and they stepped through.
The locker room was emptying out; a few girls were filling up water bottles and checking out their make-up when Marissa and Bree came in. The remaining girls all made a big deal out of Bree’s clothes and made her feel special and important with each of them making her promise that she’d be on the team someday when she was old enough.

After they had the place to themselves, Bree said “I wish I was old enough now…I really want to be able to go out a cheer today. I can hear the crowd from down here already”

“It’s gets super loud out there so I want you to cover your ears if it gets to be too much okay” Marissa told her.

“You are so lucky Marissa” Bree said looking up into Marissa’s eyes.

“I think you’re pretty lucky yourself” Marissa told Bree thinking to the way her Dad treated her and spent time with her. Marissa went to her locker and got a pin out with the Ohio State O logo and brought it over to Bree. She got down on her knees right in front of her to pin it on her shirt.

“I want you to promise me that you’ll wear this pin for the whole game okay” Marissa said.

“Oh a pin…I have a pin in my pocket; do you want to wear it for me today?” Bree asked as she dug into her skirt pocket. She pulled out a small gold bird.

“Okay…I’d love to wear your pin Bree” Marissa told her.

“It’ll be like a part of me will be out on the field today then too; we’ll be pin buddies” Bree exclaimed.

Marissa tilted her head and stuck her left shoulder out toward her little sister. Breanna fumbled with the pin backing so Marissa took it and put it on herself “There we go; we’re connected now”
Bree put her hand out and touched the bird pin as Marissa put her hand out and touch the O pin on Bree.

Marissa facial expression changed from a pleasant smile to surprise as she felt a shock run through her. Bree shook and put her arms out “Look goosebumps” she said.

“That was weird” Marissa said standing up “I’d better get you back to your Mom and Dad; I need to be out on the field in a few minutes and I…” She cut herself off as she felt a tug at her hair.

Marissa’s hands went up and patted her hair curiously “What the…” she said “I didn’t put my hair up into a bun”

Marissa’s hair was tightly woven into a bun on the top of her head now. She felt her thick curly brown hair tentatively and cocked her head at what she saw before her. Marissa looked down and noticed that Bree’s blonde hair was in a ponytail held together by a big white bow. “Bree” she said and reached down to touch her sister’s hair “You weren’t wearing a ponytail when you came in were you?”

“No silly it wasn’t” Bree said. She put her hands up and touched the bow “What’s in my hair? How did that get there?”

“I…don’t…know” Marissa said. She took a step backwards and looked around. A sudden sensation of panic gripped her and held her chest tight. “I…” she took another step back and repeatedly clenched and splayed out her hands.

“Are you okay?” Bree asked Marissa.

“Yeah, I think so, I…um…no” Marissa said. She exhaled and tried to laugh but all she noticed was that her shell top felt loose, like she no longer fit into it. Marissa looked down and where usually she saw just a sliver of skin between her top and her skirt, now the bottom of her shell top came down over her skirt loosely.

“Um” she stammered and bit her bottom lip as she felt her briefs shift and slide around her ass and legs as if they too were a size or two too large now.

Bree took a step forward and looked down. She wiggled her toes inside her shoe and said “my shoes feel so tight”

When Bree looked up she realized something was wrong, or different at least. Marissa no longer looked as tall as she had before and Bree thought it looked like she was still getting smaller.
“What’s wrong with you Marissa?”

Marissa looked down and saw Bree didn’t look as far away. She thought she only came up to just above her hips but now, Bree was almost at her chin “Ah! Bree! How’d you get so…tall?” she asked.

“I’m not tall” Bree said. She looked down and saw her skirt riding up her legs and getting tighter along with her shirt. Her legs were getting longer and skinnier, losing the pudgy baby fat look and gaining the thin colt like legs of an older girl.

“Yes you are! You’re taller than you were Bree” Marissa said.

“Nuh-uh…you’re shorter!” Breanna replied.

“I am not shorter!” Marissa declared but the thought was no firmly in her head. She looked around and thought “The room looks different…it does look bigger! Everything looks bigger to me now!”

Marissa looked down and saw her skirt dipping lower on her thighs. It felt loose around her hips and waist and her shirt looked huge on her “What’s happening to me? I am getting shorter!”

“My clothes feel tight Marissa” Bree said. She hunched her shoulders forward as her shirt rode up exposing her belly.

It was then that Bree’s clothes went from super tight, to super loose. All of a sudden, her clothes grew larger and changed from a cheap imitation of an Ohio State Cheerleader outfit to an authentic Ohio State Cheerleader outfit, all the way down to socks and shoes that had the OSU logo on them. “My clothes” Bree exclaimed as she slapped at her chest. “My…uh oh…what happened to us?” she said as she looked to her sister for an answer.

Marissa was looking down in shock at what had happened to her own clothes when she heard her sister say “uh oh”. Marissa nodded at the sentiment of “uh oh”

Her clothes had gone from loose and loosening to super tight in a heartbeat. Her body felt stuffed into a cheap little girl’s costume of what she had been wearing. Her feet were crammed into sneakers that were several sizes too small but yet with every passing second, the clothes fit better.

“Bree!” Marissa yelled putting her hands up to her face “You’re as big as I am!”

Breanna looked directly across from her and saw her sister’s panicked face there, but it wasn’t really the face of her sister. The girl before her was just that; a girl…a young girl no more than 13.

Bree looked Marissa up and down and saw her legs slimming down, her small breasts pulling inward and her face becoming younger looking all the time.

Marissa scanned her little sister up and down and realized she wasn’t so little anymore. Her legs were developing curves and definition, small buds were beginning to push out her top and her face was growing mature and developing adult features.

Marissa let out a quick yelp as she shrank shorter than Bree.

“Marissa! We’re switching places!” Breanna said. “I’m getting older and you’re getting younger!”

“No! I don’t want to be a little kid again!” Marissa said as her feet stopped aching inside her shoes even if they remained tight on her.

“We’re swapping ages!” Breanna said looking down at her growing and expanding body. She put her arms out as they grew long, lean, and muscular.

“I don’t wanna be 4” Marissa protested as her voice cracked and rose up to a high childish pitch. Her legs shrank down and her rear flattened. Her chest was flat and her arms pudgy and weak.

Breanna cupped her breasts as they grew larger; she bounced them up and down and giggled. She felt her ass expanding and rounding; it grew firm and muscular. Her thighs bulged and her hips flared, her core strengthened with nearly two decades of cheerleading now hers.

Marissa continued to shrink, her legs grew soft, short and chubby and all her muscle core and strength was sapped away. Her face rounded and her cheeks puffed out. Her brown eyes narrowed and her nose shrank down tiny as her lips thinned and her chin and jawline pulled back.

Marissa saw that she was barely above Bree’s waist now. Breanna towered over her peering down with a smile on her full, plump lips. Her chin and jaw strengthened and her blue eyes glowed with radiance and joy at her new standing and situation. She put her hands on her hips and looked down at the small girl before her.

“How did you get so big?” Marissa lisped out in a very childish sounding voice “How’d I get so small?”

Breanna got down on her knees and put her hands on Marissa’s tiny shoulders “We switched! I’m big now and you’re little…isn’t that great?”

Marissa stomped her tiny foot and crossed her arms “No it’s not great! I’m an adult” she swung her arms out “Not some little kid in a…in a…” she got distracted by the fact she had on her O logo pin “I put this on you…” she looked over and saw the bird pin now rested on Bree’s top.

Marissa put her hand out and touched the bird pin as Breanna put her hand out and touched the O.

Marissa shimmied her shoulders and put her arms out “You made me break out in goosebumps Bree”

Breanna blinked and stood up to her full 5’3” inch height “Me too” she said as she rubbed her arms.

The door opened and a girl with red hair stuck her head in “Come on Bree; you’ve got to get out here”

Bree’s mouth dropped as the girl disappeared.

“But…but…” Marissa stammered “She knew you as the cheerleader and not me”

“We must have not only swapped ages but lives” Breanna said softly. “I’m the college senior now and you’re just in preschool”

The door swung open again and Jennifer was standing there “Come on honey…we’ve got to get to our seats; you’ve bugged your sister long enough and I just heard she has to get out to the field” she said as she walked over to them.

Bree stood motionless as her Mom walked right past her and took Marissa by the hand “Thanks for being so nice with her” she said turning to face Bree.

“Um…sure? No problem” Bree answered.

“Good luck out there; we’ll be watching and cheering with you” Jennifer said taking Marissa’s chubby little hand in her own. “Come on Honey…Daddy will carry you to our seats”

“But…” Marissa started to say in protest but at the offer of being carried by her Father she smiled and said “Okay”

Bree watched them go out before her mind caught up and she rushed out the doors behind them. She saw Marissa smiling as she lay her head on her Dad’s shoulder, bouncing with each step he took as they went up and out of the tunnel.

“Come on!” the red head named Jamie said as she grabbed Bree by the shoulder. They sprinted the opposite direction to make it to the field on time “Where’s your head girl?” Jamie scolded her as they took their positions.

Breanna could only smile and shrug her shoulders “I don’t know…sometimes I still get overwhelmed by the crowd” Bree knew which section her family was sitting in but couldn’t make them out in the sea of people. She didn’t dwell on it for long as cheers and her routines filled her mind.

From high up in the stands, Bree looked awfully small and far away to Marissa. Marissa clapped and yelled much more for the cheerleaders than for the football players. She sat in her Daddy’s lap for most of the game; the only times she sat by herself was when he was running out to the concessions stand to get her something. The cotton candy never tasted so sweet.
