Mia and Caroline had come back down and found Vicki waiting for them at the bottom of the stairs.

“Hey Vicki” Mia said “What’s up?”

“Um…I was just wondering…” Vicki began.

“What?” Caroline said.

“I was just wondering what it felt like to be 17 now?” she asked.

“Uh…honestly, it feels great” Caroline said.

“Yeah” Mia agreed with a smile and a look around to make sure they were alone. “It feels awesome Vicki. I’ve never felt better in my life” she admitted. “I kind of feel bad that my sister had to become 9 so I could become 17, but feeling how my body moves and reacts now; it’s just the best”

“Yeah, my brother is a shrimp now but I love how I look” Caroline whispered.

“I hope I get to get older tonight” Vicki admitted to her friends.

“You were the oldest of us and I was a bit jealous when you told us that you had gotten your bra a few months ago, but now…” Mia said looking down at her ample chest.

“You know my sister right” Vicki said. She had a half-sister who was twenty three. “If I’m built like she is, I’ll be so happy”

“Who knows if you or anybody else will switch tonight” Caroline said. “It might be over for all we know”

“Don’t say that…I don’t want to get left behind. You two and Lizzy can’t be older than me; that’s not fair. I was the oldest and I should still be”

Mia and Caroline stifled laughs as Vicki tried to stand up taller but her even 5’ couldn’t compare any longer to the 5’9” Mia and 5’7” Caroline.

Athena came around the corner and into the middle of their conversation “What are you talking about?” she asked.

“Oh nothing” Mia said as they broke off and began to scatter.

Athena Myers was the youngest of the older group at 15. Tall and skinny at 5’8” and only 120 pounds she ran her tongue over her braces as she watched the three of them leave the scene.  She was only a sophomore but was already a starter on the high school soccer team for her pure speed and determination. She fit in though with the older girls as she always had a mature demeanor that made her seem wiser and older than she actually was.

Athena had a wide smile that came out when she was in the mood, but she was generally a serious girl. She also hated her braces and tried not to show them off, especially when she was with this group; she felt that it made it obvious that she was the youngest.

Athena had long brown hair that she kept tied back in a braid. She was wearing denim capris and a white top with a blue tank top over the top of it. She was becoming paranoid about being the next one to swap; she was sure it would be her. She was already self-conscious about being the youngest one and now it would happen all over again.

The house had fallen mostly quiet for the time being. It was just past 3 AM and Vicki headed for the kitchen for something to drink. She brushed past Athena on her way to the fridge, giving her a sideways glance as she went by.

Athena looked at the fifth grader, the oldest of the younger group and thought “If I have to swap, make it with her so at least I’d be older than the others…”

Vicki had shot a glance to Athena as she passed by her. Vicki was the oldest of her group and never let any of them forget it. She was on the same soccer team as the rest of the girls, but she was about to turn 11 in a week and she was a grade ahead of them in school. She tugged at her cut-off denim shorts and adjusted her small bra beneath her red tank top as she went into the kitchen. She flipped her long, straight blond hair off her shoulders as she grabbed another Coke from the fridge.

“When is this storm going to pass?” she asked herself as thunder began again in the distance.

At the sound of the thunder, Mia and Caroline exchanged a look.

Katherine had gained two new members of her herd; Aubrey and Stella were now sitting with Maddie and Allie and Katherine on the floor. Aubrey jumped with the flash of lightening through the windows.

“It’s okay Aubrey” Katherine reassured her small friend and put her hand on her knee.
Aubrey smiled but shrank back as thunder rolled overhead.

Vicki came back out and stopped next to Athena. Athena smiled at the skinny girl next to her; it reminded her of her a few years ago.

Their eyes met and as lightening crashed close by; they both jumped and faced the other as they came back down on their feet. Athena clutched at her chest, her eyes wide open as she took in several quick breaths.

Vicki laughed nervously “Did that scare you Athena?” she asked.

“Yeah…it did” Athena admitted, her heart racing.

“Uh…do you feel something?” Vicki asked with trepidation.

Athena nodded; her heart was racing and pounding in her chest. She felt nervous and on edge all of a sudden “Are we…” she began “Are we going to swap now?”

Vicki’s eyes shot from side to side “Uh…maybe; I don’t know but I don’t feel right anymore” she said.

Athena began to shrink. She felt herself getting smaller; the room seemed to be moving on her, getting bigger with the floor getting closer “Wait: how old are you anyway?” she asked Vicki.

“Um…I’m eleven” Vicki responded as she began to grow. She felt taller and was secretly enjoying the sensation of growing but it seemed to stop too soon for Vicki. She looked around and saw that Athena still seemed to be shrinking in front of her, getting younger in her face and body.

Vicki looked down and saw her chest begin to swell and push against her small training bra. Her shorts tightened against her hips and ass as she began to develop curves. Her thighs filled out fuller and the denim shorts pulled tighter across them.

Vicki’s hands came up and began to touch her cheeks and nose and all over her face as it tingled as it changed. She felt a deep urge to know what she looked like now, she wanted to see herself but for the moment, she focused on Athena.

Athena had shrunk down, but it wasn’t as far as she was afraid of. She was still the same height as Vicki in front of her. Athena had always been tall for her age, one of the tallest in her class. She remembered that at 11, she had already been 5’3” and she guessed that was where she had just stopped on her voyage down.

She felt a distinct tug inside her mouth. She ran her tongue along her teeth and discovered that her braces had disappeared and her teeth were drifting back to their original crooked state.

She felt her braid working itself out as her hair came loose, then she felt it pulling to the sides and lifting up again as her hair reworked itself into a pair of pigtails. She brought her hands up and she flipped the bottoms of her dangling hair.

Athena pulled out the neck of her white shirt in time to see her small breasts begin to retreat. They grew small but didn’t totally disappear for her as her arms and hands shrank back as well. Her shirts were loose and hung down some, but not dramatically like in Aubrey’s case.

The crowd had begun to from around the two as they continued to swap ages with the other. “Another two down” Elizabeth said as she surveyed the scene.

Athena’s brown eyes seemed larger on her smaller face along with her smaller nose and higher cheeks. She flinched at Elizabeth’s words confirming her regression. Her legs got skinnier as they got shorter and it made her feet look big in comparison.

Vicki was waiting to burst out of her clothes, but it simply wasn’t happening. Her development was noticeable but far from dramatic as she gained four years in age. Her face was more mature; her blonde hair was longer and silkier and she had more curve to her body than she had previously had, but she was nowhere near Mia, Caroline, or Elizabeth when it came to her size.

Vicki was now 15 and simply was not as developed as the other girls now. She had gone from being the oldest of her friends to the youngest despite gaining 4 years: The others had all gained more than she had.

Vicki was now 5’3” compared to Elizabeth’s 5’5”, Caroline’s 5’7” and Mia’s 5’9”. Vicki was the same height as Katherine and would have been an inch taller than Stella but she was also the same height as the shrunken Athena.

Athena looked gangly, with long coltish legs compared to the more compactly built Victoria.

“Am I done…is this all the bigger I’m going to get?” Victoria asked as she took in her body. Her clothes were tight but she was far from ripping them apart.

“Shit” Athena said in a higher voice “It happened to me too. I’m a kid too now”

Aubrey and Stella came forward while Charlie hung back. Athena was older and bigger than all of them though.

“You’re still tall” Stella said as she came up.

Athena looked down at them “Well if I swapped with her, then I’m at least still 11”

“And I only got to go up to 15” Victoria said. “What a rip off…I can’t even drive yet in this body”

“You went from being the oldest to the youngest in the group Vicki” Caroline said.

Victoria shrugged her shoulders “Call me Victoria now…I feel like I outgrew Vicki”

“That’s about all you outgrew” Elizabeth said sizing her up. “Bet I can outrun you now”

Victoria shook her head “I don’t care”. She looked at Athena “Can we switch clothes too?”

“Um…I guess so” Athena replied patting herself down.

Skyler rushed toward Charlie. She covered his eyes and walked him from the room “It’s okay now girls, you can change clothes…I’ll make sure little Charlie here doesn’t sneak a peek”

“Hey come on Sky” Charlie said as she pushed him easily from the room.

“This sucks” Athena complained as she stripped down hastily. “I can’t believe it happened to me too…getting turned back into a pre-teen…four years to do over…” she grumbled taking in the sight of her flatter chest.

Stella giggled a child’s laugh.

“Hey, laugh it up…at least it’s something; got a head start on all of you” Athena responded.

Victoria had taken off her shorts and top and eagerly awaited Athena’s clothes. She put on her panties and made sure her hair was out of the way as she put on her bra. It fit pretty well for being a 32B as she hoped that the coming year would bring a reason to buy new bras in bigger sizes.

The denim Capri pants were long on her legs. They fit fine in the waist but came down to her mid-calf instead of just below her knees like Athena wore them. The white top was a bit tight in the upper arms, but if there was an article of clothing that she wanted to be tight, it sure wasn’t her sleeves.

Mia scanned the room; four swaps had occurred already tonight. She looked at her sister who seemed to be shying away from everything and everybody now. Stella who still seemed to be sick to her stomach from her escapade in the office; poor little Charlie smaller than not only his sister but also his girlfriend who wouldn’t let a moment pass without her rubbing in how small he was and Athena, now the biggest of the group. She seemed to still be in shock at her regression but was adjusting quicker than the others.

Katherine had herded the two remaining original kids along with the four regressed ones back into the living room. Maddie was flat out scared and Allie looked a bit resentful. Her mouth was pulled tight and she kept looking out from the tops of her eyes with her chin pulled down.

“Hey” Katherine said to Allie and Maddie “How are you two holding up?”

“Um…not too good” Maddie said nervously.

“I don’t know…I just…whatever happens, I just want it to happen you know” Allie said.

“I know how you feel; waiting to see if I get turned into a kid again…the suspense of tonight is killing me” Katherine admitted.

“I don’t want to grow up tonight” Maddie admitted.

“But it might happen anyway” Katherine replied.

“I know…I just…” Maddie shrugged.

“It’ll be alright Maddie” Katherine hugged her and reassured her.

“I guess I’m worried that if I get bigger tonight, my little brother won’t even recognize me” Maddie said.

“Oh” Katherine replied. She had babysat Maddie and her three year old brother Wyatt just last week, “I’m sure he would get used to it as long as you still play Spider-Man with him”

Maddie smiled weakly but was still weary of what might be coming for her.

Katherine was more than a bit worried herself, but was putting on a brave front while Skyler seemed blissfully unaware.

Skyler was convinced that she couldn’t swap with anyone and she had decided in her mind that it wasn’t going to happen at all. The only thing she wondered was which one of the younger ones wouldn’t get to swap tonight. “Katherine is doomed” she thought to herself as she eyed the crowd. “There is absolutely no way that I will regress back to being a child tonight” she reassured herself as she continued to find herself drawn to Charlie’s smallness and helplessness.

“I can’t go back to being younger…my parents are never home; what would they think and what would they do if I suddenly had to be watched again” she thought.

She also was chilled to the bone to think that if she regressed, she would be younger; much younger than her brother and sister. The twins were 12 and Skyler teased them on a very regular basis. She could not face them if she suddenly turned into a nine year old.
They would never let up on her.

Skyler looked out the window and played with her long brown hair. She had some blonde highlights in it and it came down over her shoulders and her yellow top. She was 5’6” and most of it was in her long legs that were set off by her very short blue shorts.

Thunder began to build once again and by now, everyone had realized that it would signal the next swap.

Maddie stood up, eyes wide with terror and began to slowly back away from Katherine and the crowd on the floor. “Stay away from me! Everybody just don’t come near me!” she yelled. She kept her arms tight at her sides, her fists balled and her head on a swivel.

“Take it easy Maddie” Mia said her hand out in front of her in a calming gesture.

“No! Don’t touch me…this all started with you. I don’t want to grow up right now. It shouldn’t be like this, don’t you all see it?”

“It’s okay Maddie, honestly” Caroline said trying to be reassuring.

“No! It’s gonna hurt, I know it will” Maddie said.

“Oh just shut it you little brat” Skyler called out from across the room. “Shut your hole you little…”

<Crash> lightning hit close by and shook the house with a deep rumble. Maddie started to scream, her hands at the sides of her face.

Maddie looked around; everyone had stopped dead in their tracks except Skyler who was heading towards her. “She can’t be that dumb to come over here by me” Maddie thought as she came closer.

Maddie was tiny, the smallest and youngest of everyone there. She had her long blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail: She wore black tights and a purple top with a white stripe on it. As Skyler stalked closer to her, Maddie shook her head and put her hand out in a stop gesture.

“Oh, I’m not stopping; you need to quit your screaming and yelling” Skyler said as she came up in front of Maddie.

“No! What did you just do?!” Maddie yelled at Skyler.

“What are you talking about; I didn’t do anything you little…” Skyler’s words simply petered out as she looked down at the tiny girl before her. “…little…”

Maddie felt a tingling in her shoulders and back that then spread down her legs “AAAAHHHHH!!!” She began to scream in fear.

Mia and Caroline jumped next to Maddie. Caroline put her hand on Maddie’s shoulder and closed her eyes as she felt her hand begin to raise up “Don’t worry Maddie, we’re right here with you” she said.

Maddie’s eyes were shut tight and she began to shake as she began to grow. Tears leaked from the corners of her eyes and her breathing was fast and shallow. She shook her head back and forth methodically chanting “No, no, no, no” but there was no denying and no stopping what had already begun.

Skyler’s eyes widened in terror as her stomach just dropped. She too began to chant “No, no, no, no…not me…this wasn’t supposed to happen to me! I can’t be a kid…I can’t!” she panicked.

Skyler looked around and saw the look of satisfaction on Elizabeth’s face and the look of curiosity on Charlie’s. “Help me Baby…please help me…don’t let me shrink down as small as you” she said to her boyfriend.

“I can’t help you now Sky” Charlie said with a shrug. “It’s started…there’s nothing you can do now”

Skyler took a step back from Maddie and already felt her tight shorts loosening around her hips and thighs. She was shrinking and getting smaller all over as years began to drain away. Skyler clutched at her clothes as her sleeves loosened around her upper arms her waist started to come in.

Skyler could feel her hair retreating upwards as it brushed against her cheeks and ears.
Her ears were also getting smaller and her cheeks were getting rounder and rising up making her face appear more youthful already. Her lips thinned and her brown eyes became rounder as well. Her nose shrank smaller and her chin came in bringing her jawline in with it. Her brown hair lost its blonde highlights as bangs grew down over her forehead.

Skyler’s breasts reduced in size slowly but steadily as she grew younger and smaller. Her body frame was shrinking down dramatically and her curves were evaporating. Her torso became straight and small as her hips and back lost their maturity.

Skyler could feel her top slip down off her shoulders and her bra straps hung uselessly to the sides as she lost all signs of her breasts beneath her clothing. Her legs were thinning and getting shorter. She had been 5’6” but now she already south of 5’ and showing no signs of stopping as she would become the youngest girl in the house; the position that Maddie had previously held.

Stella had come over and watched in awe as Skyler got closer and closer to her in size. Her hips and thighs lost all their mass and her shorts fell down around her skinny ankles and covered her now tiny feet.

As Skyler’s regression began to slow down as she got closer and closer to her new age and size, Stella smiled. Skyler had stopped slightly smaller than her making Stella quite happy.

Maddie popped her right eye open as she felt the room closing in on her. It seemed like everything in the room was shifting around her but in reality, it was her growing taller and taller. She had always been a small slight wisp of a girl. Now, her tights strained against her growth. Her feet doubled in size as her legs grew long and full and shapely.

Tears began to form in the waistline of her tights as the elastic couldn’t keep up. The seams along her inner thighs strained and began to pop, exposing creamy white skin as they tore open. Maddie’s ass and hips grew out atop her long legs and her stomach and waist changed as well.

Her purple top began to strain and lift up as well. Maddie’s arms grew larger and stronger and her hands popped outward in a rapid growth spurt; her fingers splayed out as far as they could go.

Maddie squirmed against the tightness in her chest as her breasts began to develop and grow as she got older. Her shoulders strained the top of her shirt and she finally felt some relief as her shirt ripped down the center as her breasts grew out large and full.

Maddie’s ponytail stayed put as her hair grew thicker and her shade of blonde darkened a few shades but still stayed generally blonde in color.

Maddie’s green eyes set deeper as her nose grew longer and wider and her cheeks rose up in definition. Her mouth and teeth expanded along with her chin and jaw in maturity.

Maddie was astonished to find herself taller than Elizabeth, taller than Caroline and then equal to Mia in height. She finally stopped growing at 5’10”.

Mia had been whispering “It’s okay…it’s going to be okay” throughout Maddie’s growth, trying to keep her calm. Maddie’s breathing had settled down but tears had also continued to flow the entire time.

“Is it over? Am I done?” she asked quietly.

Caroline had kept her hand on Maddie’s shoulder the whole time. She nodded and said “It looks to be over Maddie and I think you’re going to be happy when you see yourself”

“I don’t want to see myself…I’m scared” Maddie admitted but slowly, she opened her eyes and started to look down at herself.

Maddie’s eyes and attention though were brought to a few feet away from her when Skyler finally screamed a high pitched little girl sounding scream “AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!”

Skyler spun around, jumping out of her downed shorts and seeing that everyone was bigger than her now, even Stella…even Charlie.

“What? What!” she said in her high pitched voice. “No, this can’t be happening…not to me. I can’t be little…I can’t be the smallest. My little brother and sister and gonna kill me…they’ll never let me live this down, I…I just…no…” she said as she began to cry.

Katherine now came over to the smallest member of their group and engulfed her in a hug.
She slowly shuffled her out of the room with Athena tagging along. Athena assured Skyler “Everything will be okay; we’re going to go get you some clothes that fit and we still have time to figure this out. Maybe we’ll all just switch back to our original ages when the sun comes up”

Skyler kept sobbing as Katherine and Athena led her to the stairs.

Maddie’s clothes were ruined and useless and Mia began to guide her up the stairs as well.

“This is all your fault” Skyler said to Maddie.

“No way…it’s yours. You deserved this. First you’ve been nothing but mean to everybody and then when the lightning hit you came to me…not the other way around. I told everybody to stay away from me, but no, you had to charge me and now you’re the one who just turned nine…not me” Maddie said as she felt her clothes continuing to tear as she walked up the steps.

The rips along her thighs continued to spread as she reached Aubrey’s room. Mia led her in and nodded as Athena went into Mia’s room with Skyler. Katherine backed off as she was afraid that Skyler might lash out at her since she was the only one who hadn’t changed.

Caroline made her way up as well and crept quietly into Aubrey’s room with Mia and Maddie. Once inside, Mia and Caroline backed off as Maddie crept slowly towards the mirror taking in her reflection and new body.

“I can’t believe it” Maddie said softly “I’m huge” She turned back and forth in front of the mirror taking in her sides and rear. Without looking down, she took her pants down and off. Still staring into the mirror she started to take her shirt off causing it to rip even further.

She finally managed to get it off and she stood in awe of her new large chest and full curvy legs. “Even my feet are huge” she said as her hands patted around her soft skin. She reached up and undid her ponytail, allowing her hair to cascade down.

“How do you even deal with this?” she asked.

Mia laughed and approached her from behind. She came up and put her hand on Maddie’s shoulder. “Told you it felt awesome” she said with a giggle.

“And it’s even better because it came at Skyler’s expense” Caroline chimed in. “Serves her right; only I get to pick on my brother now”

Mia brought out a cream colored bra and matching panties that Maddie put on before she found a pair of red basketball shorts and a large gray t-shirt that Maddie could wear. “Thanks” Maddie replied simply as she got dressed. She leaned into the mirror to get a closer look at her older face.

Maddie turned her cheeks back and forth taking in the angles. She reached up and pulled the skin down below her eyes, widening them so she could take in the darker green that they had become. “Wow” was all she could say.

Skyler shivered with cold and fear inside Mia’s room. Her loose panties irritated her legs as they moved too much with every step and her yellow top hung down covering her thighs, long and loose like a nightshirt.

She removed her old clothes in a hurry and scrambled for new ones. Athena tried to help; Skyler pushed her out of the way as she scoured Mia’s drawers. She found panties and gray shorts and a pink shirt and hastily got dressed.

Athena played with her pigtails and stayed back as Skyler flew around the room getting dressed. She bounded around in a state of panic and shock.  “I’m not leaving this room” she stated stomping a tiny foot against the carpet and folding her arms.

“You can’t hide in her forever Skyler” Athena said.

“Why not? You can’t make me go back out there…I won’t face Charlie looking like this” Skyler protested.

“Maybe I can’t make you but Caroline sure could if she wanted to” Athena said. “I’m sure her and Mia will be here any second to check on you”

Skyler’s eyes widened in renewed fear as she heard voices out in the hall’ “Come on Skyler” Mia called out. “We need to get back downstairs”

“I don’t want to” Skyler called out in reply.

“Look, don’t think that you’re so special that you can’t get your butt out here and join everybody else: You’re not alone in this…everybody’s in the same boat as you tonight sweetheart” Caroline said sarcastically.

Athena opened the door a crack, peeked out, then swung it open all the way “She’s just nervous about facing Charlie” Athena explained.

“She should be” Caroline replied as she looked Skyler up and down. “Come on” she said with a half laugh.

Skyler stared down at the floor refusing to look up at Mia and Caroline. She passed by their chests with her head hung low.
