A state of emergency has been declared for Gumption County, Wisconsin after an explosion tore through a gynite ore processing facility this morning, blasting plumes of gynite dust high into the atmosphere.
A ten-mile exclusion zone is in place around the area for all men, who are ordered to evacuate urgently, while women are instructed to remain calm, shelter-in-place and seal all doors and windows.
