After spending a couple weeks trying and trying to edit this where it wouldn't get automatically taken by DA, I think I've finally figured it out. It was the pink pyjamas. The giant boobs were fine, but putting a middle-aged woman in pink pajamas flags it as inappropriate. Lesson learned.
