This is a bit of a jumble of DnD and Pathfinder, I think, and I don't think half of those are actual divine domains, rule as written 😊

Vaguely related to the priest in the last upload, although I mostly just wanted to worldbuild a bunch of femboy priests going around getting people pregnant for their own good.

A god of male fertility and fatherhood, Ehoran is worshipped alike by kings desperate for heirs and commonfolk in need of healthy children to work the farm.

One of the elder gods, his rites are considered archaic and patriarchal even by medieval standards and, while he does provide powerful healing prayers through his followers, he grants these blessings only to women, insisting that men simply need to tighten their belts and stop whining and bleeding everywhere. That being said, the gods do not see the mortal realm with any great clarity (least of all old One-Eye) and this restriction can sometimes be bamboozled by dressing either the injured or the cleric in female-presenting attire. Alternatively, a philter of sex change is always sufficient to render a wounded or dying man eligible for healing.

Ehoran notably lacks the divine servitors, such as the angels, typically employed by other gods, instead acting upon the world through his many, many aasimar offspring, the Sons of Ehoran. When conception occurs through invoking Ehoran’s blessing, there is a small chance for the child to be born with wings or rabbit-like features, marking them as Ehoran’s personal offspring. This is usually considered an acceptable tithe for his services, and the child may be sent away to a convent to train in the priesthood. The Sons are known for their fecundity, being able to grant healthy offspring even to women of venerable age. The most talented among them are rumored to be capable of impregnating rocks, trees, the wind itself, or even unaltered men.

Ehoran’s Reprieve is a divine ward bestowed automatically upon any woman who conceives via one of these aasimar Sons. For the duration of the pregnancy, these women are considered part of Ehoran’s household and thus fall under his personal protection. They are rendered immune to any harmful prayer cast by an Ehoranian cleric, even fireball. Additionally, they are blessed with health: the effects of most poisons and diseases are postponed, and they become resistant to injury, as if under a permanent Spare the Dying effect. These conditions may resume following childbirth, though the Reprieve can usually buy enough time for them to heal naturally.
