The plan had always been to save themselves for marriage. Or it had been Amy's plan anyway, and Daniel had learned there was no debating it. But in the last four months, it appeared her plan had changed - along with her. His sweet-but-sexless fiance had changed from timid and traditional to someone needy and passionate. She'd become almost obsessive, showering him with gifts, mailing his workplace with chocolates and flowers until the entire office stank of rose petals. Romantic boat cruises cuddling beneath the stars, candlelit dinners. Daniel was flattered, even a little intimidated. Where was she even getting the money for all this? Just recently she'd been fretting about the mounting wedding costs.
A vineyard wine tasting sealed the deal. They kissed on the horse-drawn carriage ride home, and fell into bed, screwing like rabbits long into the morning. "I love you, baby," he murmured, pulling her close.
"Finally!" Amy groaned with relief. She paused on top of him, the frenzied love-making coming to an abrupt halt. "Good grief! You know you're a very hard nut to crack, young man? Four months I've been working on you. A hard nut indeed! But it makes the meat within all the juicier," she chuckled deeply. Still straddling him, she reached across for her phone on the bedside table and dialled someone. "I got what I came for. I'll transfer the funds now, and you're welcome to come back," she said.
Daniel barely registered the sound of the front door opening before the bedroom door swung wide and... Amy stepped into the room.
"Amy!" he spluttered. "Amy?!" he squeaked again, staring at the woman still mounted on him.
"Four months to say three simple words! It shouldn't be that hard!" the Amy in the doorway huffed. "You know you blew right on past Valentine's Day?!"
"What the hell is going on?!" Daniel shouted.
With a satisfied sigh, the first Amy slid off him. Her voice dropped several octaves into a deep Texan drawl. "Arthur Stagwell. Nice to meet you. You may have heard of me - I own a mining concern down South. It's been a pleasure working with you."
'She' extended a hand to shake. Daniel stared at it dumbstruck.
"I'm so sorry," the real Amy pleaded. "We needed the money for the wedding."
Arthur Stagwell grinned.
"I'm afraid I made your fiance something of an indecent proposal. You see, I'm something of a collector. When you're a man of my years and, frankly, wealth, you already own anything physical you could need. So I collect outpouring of love. There really is nothing so sweet and pure as young love. Makes me feel all warm and gooey inside," he said with a delighted shiver, patting his abdomen. "There's really nothing so valuable as other people's precious moments. I've been inserting myself into other people's relationships and, well, wives for some years now. But occasionally I like to mix it up and hear a man confess his undying love to me. I must say, yours was very heartfelt."
"The contract was only until you said 'I love you'. It should have been over in days," Amy said.
Arthur guffawed and stooped to collect his discarded panties, drawing them leisurely up his feminized thighs. "Like me, she's not quite as innocent as she seems. 'Saving yourself for marriage'? Hah. She made sure to keep you virginal into I got my grubby mitts on you. She knows I pay more for first-timers!" With a deep belly laugh, he headed for the door. "I'll see myself out. My surgeon's gonna be wondering where the hell I am, haha! "Oh, and Amy - if this wedding doesn’t work out, do send your next fiancé my way, won’t you? I'll make it worth your wiles.”
