The Amsterdam Police Department urgently seeks information on the whereabouts of Ethan Carter (20) and Brandon Miller (21), two American tourists last seen in the city center near Leidseplein.

Human traffickers operate in the area. There is concern that the men may been abducted and forced to undergo surgical feminisation. They could be working in the area or may be being moved out of the EU for resale in the Middle East.
