The patient, Donald Peterson, a 70-year-old male, attended following a hip replacement and synthflesh replacement surgery 4 weeks prior. The aim of today was to assess the healing of his prosthetic hips and the overall graft viability of his new flesh.
Donald was kindly wheeled to my office by a nurse and appeared in excellent spirits on arrival. ID was confirmed via his wristband since there is so little left visible of the geriatric patient I remember. Upon arrival, I noted that Donald was still seated in his usual wheelchair, with the soft flesh of his buttocks bulging over the armrests. Donald stated he 'loves the feel of it being squeezed', however, may I request Donald's chair be exchanged for a wider one appropriate to his greatly enlarged posterior?
He reported no signs of discomfort or abnormal sensation associated with the skin graft. His only complaint was of 'an itch back there I can't scratch'. Upon assisting Mr Peterson to relieve the itch, I discovered that a television remote wedged between his buttocks. A delighted Mr. Peterson stated he had 'been looking for that for days'.
I assisted Donald from his wheelchair onto the examination bed, noting in doing so that his grafts appeared well-integrated. No signs of erythema or swelling (save for the engorgement of the nipples typical of the hormone supplementation he is now prescribed), or other indications of rejection or infection. Grafts demonstrated appropriate pliability and were warm throughout, reassuring me of adequate blood flow. His supple body showed no sign of hardening fatty deposits, regardless of how deeply my fingers sank into his soft ass, which is excellent considering how close the batch was to the end of its shelf life. I commend the surgeon for his generosity in crafting his new buttocks, which, based on their prodigious volume, must surely have required half of the remaining vat of graft tissue.
Donald is over the moon with his new exterior, feeling as if he is 'wrapped in a cloud'. He was very proud of what he calls his 'cushions', which provide him with a well-padded seat at a moment's notice. Already he is more confident on his feet, knowing he is protected in the event of a fall, and is beginning to take short supervised walks around the retirement home grounds.
Donald briefly lamented the removal of his penis. Even into his old age, Mr. Peterson remained a virile, active man, and expressed sadness for the passing of his 'old friend'. Overall however his mental state is adequate. The operation necessitated lifestyle changes to which he is adjusting as well as can be expected of a man of his years. He is tending to his activities of daily living, grooming and washing his female body appropriately, and begun wearing modest, feminine attire over the top of the compression garment he is wearing to maintain the shape of his body while it heals.
One complaint he expressed was that three male orderlies are required to dress him each morning, alone in his room. He feels they treat him like 'their dang doll' and, whereas previously they treated him with indifference, now they are 'too nice to me'. This concerns me a little, since Mr Peterson still resides on a male ward, surrounded by male patients and staff. Considering his abundantly feminine appearance and vulnerable state, it would not be difficult for any man to take advantage of him, let alone three. I would ask that a female staff member chaperone Mr Peterson during these 'dress-up sessions', simply for the sake of safety. We may want to move him to female housing or, since this may upset the old dears there previously considered him their paramour, might I suggest housing him in one of the private side-rooms adjacent to my office.
Upon seating my patient comfortably on the bed, I began a manual examination of the flexibility of his female-style hip-and-pelvis replacements. The range of motion of his hip joints is within normal limits for a young woman, and I was able to spread his thighs without any sign of discomfort. "I'll have to take up ballet!" exclaimed Mr Peterson delightedly. No signs of joint stiffness or instability reported. Manual palpation was commenced to assess the structure of his body. I can happily confirm that his new additions show no sign of sag or malformation. Patient experienced no pain or discomfort from the palpation. Manual palpation of his breasts was noted to elicit an involuntary spasm and groan from the patient, though a rather flustered Mr. Peterson insists that it was 'nothing'.
By all outward appearances, he is a young, very flexible woman. Patient was then requested to remove his outer, compressive garment to allow the examination to progress more thoroughly.
