Historians among you may notice a spelling mistake in this missive issued in Jamestown in 1620. The technical spelling at the time was Svvapyre, as seen in the 2015 movie The Svvapyre, directed by Robert Eggers.

A swapyre will soonyre become newt or duck than drown and may be caught and killed. Be they innocent and true, know the Lord taketh them into his bossome.
