Alright, I'll concede this one was a bad idea.

Satisfied that the local anesthetic had taken, the vacuum repairman made a incision beneath each of his client's nipples, feeding a rubber tube into the opening.
“Is this why you work out of a vacuum store?” Walter White asked, watching as the handyman, also known as 'the Disappearer' turned to set up the pump. It looked thrown together from spare parts.
The repairman, a man of few words, ignored the question. “Anaesthetic or no, this is going to sting,” he said, flicking the switch.
With the whir of a vacuum motor, silicone gel began to ooze along the two tubes. Walt gritted his teeth as a tightness grew across his pectorals, the weight of the silicone accumulating inside his chest.
“Don’t touch them or they’ll end up lopsided,” the man warned.
Walt grimmaced through the pain. “How long will this take?”
“Until you say stop. The more you can take, the more believable your cover.”
Walt had survived cancer - his pain tolerance was higher than most. He endured perhaps more than he should and it was only when the pressure popped the left tube free, splattering silicone goo over Walt’s new chest, that the repairman cut the pump. He poked at Walt’s chest, cupping and squeezing as he inspected his handiwork, either oblivious or uncaring to the flush on the face of his client.
“I’ll get you a bra,” the man said at last. “And a razor.”
