The WHO has launched an investigation into an unknown contagion spreading in the city of Antananarivo on the island of Madagascar.<br /><br />In scenes reminiscent of 7 years ago, emergency medical stations were established Wednesday to handle the influx of people overwhelming medical services.<br /><br />The cluster of 17 cases original reported around a local cat sanctuary has since grown to 142 confirmed cases.
