[DARK] The good Doctor absconds with his patient.
----------------------------
Nobody will ever find you. Nobody will ever recognise you. I’ve made sure of that.
There was such an outcry when I published my study of you. So many of my peers questioning why you couldn't have been cured months ago. It’s true, a little hormone therapy is all it would have taken. But that is the joy of it. Knowing how easily I return you to the man you were, and how much delight it gives me keeping you as my beautiful, bulbous, bimbo breeder. The sight of you waddling down the aisle, hefting your massive belly and swollen tits within that virginal-white wedding dress, and knowing it is by my hand that you're trapped inside that body, trapped inside your delusion, delights me. It’s all I can manage not to ravish you here at the altar.
But they threatened to take you away from me. Remove you from my care. And that just wouldn’t do.
I had to move us, but there’s always work for doctors abroad, and you went willingly with your ‘husband’. I changed our names, and had to change your face too, but a surgeon friend of mine owed me a favour. So nice of him to finally fix that thing between your legs too, and replace it with an organ for my pleasure. That last part of your manhood stripped away, though it had all but withered anyway.
Tonight I will take it for the first time, truly as your husband. Even if your wife finds us one day, it will be too late. I will already have won.
What amuses me is the truth is beneath your nose, and you don’t even see it. I’ve taken your body and mind, and yet you still give yourself willingly to me again as the Imam ‘renews’ our vows. My hands stroke your belly as I lean in to seal our marriage with a kiss. You cradle it too, your face aglow as you dream of the child we’ll soon have together. In body and soul, you're trapped in that moment, an image of femininity, forever frozen on the cusp of motherhood. The perfect wife.
That night, as I slide between your thighs, you lift your belly to unveil your perfectly crafted womanhood.
“Be gentle with me. We don’t want to hurt the baby,” you whimper.
I know better. There is no baby. Nor is there any gentleness as I take you, and make you mine forever.
