Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6969 is to be stored in a velvet-lined box when not in use. Weekly checks for any cracks or deterioration are mandatory. SCP-6969 is to be handled by female personnel only, except when instructed. SCP-6969 remains inert until worn around the neck of a male, at which point it is impossible to remove, short of decapitation.
