Lily frowned....
"A magic show..."
"Of course! It'll be great!" Zee's eyes glittered with delight. She had spunk for sure. She had the natural silver tongue to charm many with her words and actions. Both of those Lily was resilient too. She's well aware of her capabilities and thus wards were placed beforehand. "I think this mall can benefit from a bit of a high end show. It's a win win for both of us."
"Maybe. But I'm not too keen on it," The remodeling fees wans't the issue. It was the way everything was set up. Why did Zatanna of all people arrive here to want to perform at her home city? At her very specific mall? Zee would no doubt know about the way she treated some unruly customers and so. So was this revenge? "I'll have to think this over to see if we can make something."
"Oh don't be like that, I'm sure we can figure out something now!"
"I'm really busy. I can't really entertaing a two bit magician right now."
"Twobit..."
Was she offended? She was pouting. No doubt trying to be angry but it came off as cute. It was enough to earn a smirk from Lily. Till she saw Zatanna raise a wand.
"Tocsam tib owt a emoceb uoy!!"
BLAST
The wards were capable of protecting her from Julie's reality warping or her elder sister's nuclear bomb like attacks. Kirke's hexes wouldn't even budge her. Even those toonforce villains can't get through her without being higher than several dimensions. So Lily only raised a brow at that failed incantation, and scoffed.
"Like I said... Twobit."
But it was unnerving to see Zee still smiling.
"Harhar. Why don't you stop messing around now."
.... Plop.
Lily's smug expression persisted.
Her body struggled to move, but her eyes were blank. Same as before. And her body continued to shift and so. But her arms did not life normally. Her legs remained drooped. From below something began to rise. Sporty shoes kicking off those high heels before failing to push further. So instead it withdrew, and something rose between the caverns of those bouncy but clearly fake breasts. It was a sporty looking cheeky kid snickering.
"Caught on to that fast didn'tcha?"
"I know kids with good disgusies when I see them," Zee simply retorted, helping the kid out of that mascot costume. "But it looks like no one's managing the place huh Lucas."
"No idea! But hey, I guess that makes our job easier eh?"
This assistant of hers kicked aside the disguise, before simply sitting on the desk.
"Oh you have no idea," Zee agreed with that same smile.
