“Oh yay, you’re here!”
The two women embraced, squeezing each other tightly.
“I’m sooo sorry for being late, sis,” Lily said, smiling widely at her younger sibling. “The traffic was just so bad….”
“Water under the bridge!” Violet responded, waving her arm. “I’m just glad you’re here!” She looked around for a moment, an expression of confusion slowly beginning to show.
“Did you bring Dana?”
Lily grimaced slightly before producing her purse. She unlocked the bag with a click and held it open so the light could shine inside. Violet peered inside and gasped.
“H-hello Auntie Violet,” came the meek, tiny voice from inside. Violet placed her hand over her chest as she stared down at the source of the voice: a miniature young woman, barely six inches tall, who was sitting inside the handbag.
“Oh wow…you’re so tiny!” she said with a hint of shock. Dana felt herself blushing as her mother frowned.
“Violet…you know that’s not a nice thing to say. It’s hard enough dealing with this without you needing to make her feel any worse.”
The younger Giantess pursed her lips a moment before shaking her head.
“No…you’re right,” she said, peering down at her tiny niece. “I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay,” Dana squeaked. Violet looked back at her older sister.
“You should take her outside. Get yourselves some food…mingle! Have fun!” She looked directly at Dana.
“Your cousins stepped out for a minute but they should be back soon.”
“I’ll drop her off and come to help you out,” Lily said. Violet walked away as Lily hung up her purse and peered inside.
“Ready, Dana?”
The small woman raised her arms as her mother reached in and wrapped her fingers around her miniature midsection. She gasped as she was lifted up into the air and carried outside. The other adults were sitting in a circle, drinking and conversing, while the younger children splashed and laughed in the small pool, enjoying their water play. The adults stopped their conversation when they noticed the tiny person in Lily’s hand and the next few minutes were filled with awkward greetings until Lily finally headed to the food table and placed her daughter down.
“Try to eat something,” Lily said.
“Mom,” Dana said, looking around timidly at the gigantic round around her. “Don’t leave me….”
“It’s okay Dana,” her mom said, stacking some appetizers on her plate. “You’ll be fine. And your cousins should be back soon, so that’s a plus.”
Dana wrinkled her nose. Her younger cousins and she had been close once upon a time, but they had grown more apart ever since she had gone to college. And sometimes, Lydia and Erica could be pretty awful….
“You’ll be fine!” her mom said, grabbing a beer and turning and walking away at a rapid pace. Dana sighed…she knew that her mom was looking forward to this party…looking forward to being able to offload her shrunken daughter for just a few hours. In a way, she couldn’t blame her: constantly looking after the tiny woman these past couple weeks couldn’t have been easy. Dana was just happy that, according to the Doctor, the shrinking disease could be over any day now, and Dana couldn’t wait to get back to her normal-sized life.
Dana turned around and looked at the massive plate of food, stepping over to the cheese platter and ripping off a small piece before munching on it. She wiped her hands off on her doll dress before nibbling on the edge of a raspberry, tasting the sweet, succulent flavor as she took tiny bites. Smiling, she turned around before gasping. A young child…probably not much older than five…was staring straight at her.
“Um…hi?” Dana said gently, feeling a bit unnerved with how the gigantic kid was looking at her. A look of surprise came over the little girl’s face followed by delight as she reached out her pudgy hand. Dana squeaked as the fingers closed around her and she was dragged off the table.
“Eek! Put me down!” Dana squeaked loudly, but her noises and movements seemed to only further delight the child.
“This is the coolest doll ever!” the little girl said with a giggle as she turned around and practically skipped back toward the swimming pool which was filled with other younger children engaging in various play and activities. Dana’s eyes went wide as the little girl pulled her arm back.
“Wait!” Dana screamed. “Don’t!” It was to no avail as the girl released and Dana screamed as she flew through the air and plopped into the massive pool.
“Help!” Dana squealed, sputtering as she frantically attempted to tread water. The pool was far from still waters as the huge bodies of other excitable children stomped and scooped and splashed around her. Several times she almost found herself crushed or drowned as she worked frantically to survive the turmoil. A wave washed over her and she sputtered again as she spied the same little girl wading her way toward her, her pudgy hand outstretched.
“No!” Dana squeaked, paddling as hard as she could as the giant came closer and closer. “Noooo!”
“Alright kids!” came a booming voice from far in the distance. “Who wants cake?”
The pool erupted into screams of excitement as the huge children made a mad dash for the edge of the pool and climbed out and ran their way to the other end of the patio to collect their sweet treat. With the last kid came the last surge, and at last the water in the pool lay calm. Dana breathed an exasperated sigh of relief as she spread out, laying on her back for a moment, taking in deep breaths as the sun shone on her face. The peace of the moment was soon interrupted as a shadow fell over her, and she opened her eyes to see two tall, identical girls who were obviously in their late teens.
“Well well, Erica…look who it is,” said the first woman as a smirk developed at the corner of her mouth. The other woman’s lips twisted into a mischievous grin.
“Well if it isn’t our big cousin, Dana,” she said. She made a fake gasp, followed by a laugh.
“Well…little cousin, actually, by the looks of it….”
Dana felt a lump forming in her throat as she raised her head, lightly treading water as she floated at the surface of the water.
“H-hi Lydia…Erica. How are you?”
Dana’s eyes went wide as her cousin reached down into the pool and wrapped her fingers around Dana’s soaking wet clothes, pulling the tiny woman out of the water. Erica’s grip was firm…almost too firm, and Dana couldn’t help but wriggle uncomfortably.
“Don’t worry little Dana…we’ll help you out,” Erica said with a grin. Lydia snickered and Dana felt her heart drop as she realized how precarious her situation was. The next moment, she was moving again, re-entering the house as the twins carried her up the stairs and into their room. Lydia closed the door behind them and Dana stared up at Erica the Giantess eyed her.
“Thanks for rescuing me,” Dana said, trying hard to not provoke the Giantess. She couldn’t help but feel a twinge of fear as Erica smiled.
“No problem, Cuz,” Erica said as she stared down at the little woman. “Here…let me get you out of those wet things.”
Dana shrieked as Erica’s massive fingers gripped her tiny doll dress and, with one motion, peeled away the soaking wet fabric. The tiny woman gripped her shoulders, trying hard to cover up her nakedness as she stared up at her gigantic cousin.
“Th-thank you,” Dana said, still trying her best to stay on friendly terms with the Giantess. Erica laughed.
“Do you wanna’ know how you could really help me?” she said after a moment. Dana was about to ask how when she suddenly found herself rapidly descending toward the ground. Erica bent down and released the tiny woman on her carpeted floor before standing up to her full height again. Dana looked up at the massive woman with anticipation.
“My feet have been hurting recently,” Erica said. The Giantess took a seat on the bed and Dana stared straight ahead at her cousin’s absolutely humongous toes. The Giantess rotated her ankles, lifting her massive soles off the ground so that her feet now towered above her shrunken cousin.
“A massage would be nice.”
Dana swallowed the lump in her throat. Figuring that arguing would probably just enrage the gigantic woman, she timidly crept forward. She wrinkled her nose for a moment as she smelled the faint odor of sweat on her cousin’s feet before reaching out her tiny hands and placing them against her flesh. It was surprisingly soft and not entirely unpleasant to the touch, and Dana slowly began to do what was asked of her.
“Harder,” Erica said after a moment. Dana took a deep breath and shoved her elbow against the wrinkled skin, pressing as hard as she could.
“Oh, you’re bad,” Lydia said, also taking a seat and raising her own soles to face her tiny cousin. “I want one too.”
“When she’s finished with me,” Erica said, grinning down at the miniature woman giving her a foot massage. Dana was giving it her all, panting as she exerted herself in an attempt to please the gigantic woman. She felt Erica suddenly pull back and she squeaked as she fell forward, her face falling against the woman’s sole as she tasted the sweat on her skin. She spat toward the ground and Erica roared with laughter.
“What, don't you like the taste?” she laughed.
“I want a turn!” Lydia said impatiently.
“In a bit!” Erica said indignantly. Lydia scowled.
“No…now!”
Lydia’s feet shot out and Dana squealed as two massive walls of soft flesh closed around her. She cried out, tasting Lydia’s foot flesh in her mouth as the gigantic woman dragged the woman toward her in between her soles. She rolled her feet against each other and Dana squeaked pathetically as she was rolled in between.
“Careful!” Erica said, a look of concern passing over her face for just a moment. It was enough for Lydia to release the tiny woman and Dana landed on her back, spitting and panting, her tiny bare chest heaving up and down like a little scared animal. She squeaked loudly again as Lydia laid her foot on her body, trapping the little woman beneath her sole as she laid her big toe in Dana’s face.
“Quite the predicament you’re in, eh little Dana?” Lydia said. She brushed her toe over Dana’s tiny face and the little woman could only whimper pathetically as her gigantic cousin had her way.
“Lydia…please….” Dana said, her lip quivering as she lay trapped beneath her cousin’s massive foot. Erica watched with intense focus as Lydia lowered her toe onto Dana’s face.
“Kiss my toe.”
Dana bit her lip a moment, assessing her options before realizing that she had none. Swallowing what shattered remnants of pride she had, she puckered her lips and placed a tiny kiss on her cousin’s big toe.
“Lick it.”
Dana’s eyes were watering up from the mild odor coming off the toe but she did what she was told, placing her tiny tongue against Lydia’s flesh and drawing it across, tasting all the sweat and dirt from the day. She gagged a bit before repeating the motion, licking her cousin’s toe several times as the larger woman just laughed.
“Me next,” Erica said with an eager look.
“When I’m finished,” Lydia responded with a wicked grin. Down below, Dana sniffled, tears running down her cheeks as she submitted herself to the whim of her nasty cousins.
“Please…let it be over soon…let them get bored or…or whatever…just let it stop,” she thought as Lydia laid more of her toes over her tiny face. She opened her mouth to lick…
…and that’s when it began to happen. The gigantic toes in her face seemed to be receding ever so slightly…seeming less big. Dana looked up and noticed that the gigantic world around her was ever so slowly getting less gigantic….
“Wait,” Lydia said, looking down at the tiny woman. She felt Dana shifting beneath her foot and watched with shock as the tiny, six-inch woman was slowly getting larger. Her jaw dropped as the now foot-tall woman rolled out from under her foot and stood up, staring at her cousin who was slowly beginning to look less huge. Every moment the world became more and more normal until, finally, Dana stood before her cousins, completely normal sized. Both Erica and Lydia looked at her with shock as the tall woman scowled at them.
“H-how?” Erica stuttered. Dana rolled her eyes.
“The shrinking virus doesn’t last forever,” she said as she looked down at her still naked frame. “Um…can I borrow something to wear?”
Erica looked at Lydia and the twin sighed before going to her closet. She threw a couple items at her cousin and Dana graciously donned them before turning to head out of the room.
“You tell anyone about this,” Lydia said with a hiss, “And you’ll be sorry.”
Dana rolled her eyes before leaving the room. She hurried down the stairs and out the door to the backyard where the older adults were laughing raucously. She passed the same little girl who stared up at her with a mildly confused expression before shrugging and turning back to stuffing her face with ice cream.
“Oh Dana! You…You’re big!” her mom said, standing up and throwing her arms around her child. “You’re cured!”
“Yes I am,” Dana said, smiling broadly.
“Oh and your cousins lent you an outfit. How thoughtful of them,” her mom said, beaming a smile at Aunt Violet. Dana puckered her lips, contemplating whether or not to let her mom know about the hell that Lydia and Erica had put her through. Ultimately, Dana just sighed and smiled.
“Yes…yes they did,” she said.
“Such good girls,” her mom said. “Now get some sweets if you want. It’s getting dark and we’re all going to the park to watch some fireworks.”
Dana nodded, thanking her aunt as she handed her a piece of homemade pie.
“Happy Fourth of July, Aunty Violet,” Dana said with a smile.
