Well after a couple months of being Debbie’s obedient pet, Billie found out from the Lucy App that she is stuck as Debbie’s pet forever after making a portly timed wish that Lucy overheard. Oddly enough though, Billie wasn’t disappointed. Sure she had to obey Debbie’s every command from now on, but at least it was something she enjoyed. Plus Debbie is such a nice owner. And she allowed Billie to constantly change up her appearance. Right now she was sporting a more dog like muzzle that they both find to be adorable. Little did they know though that all this time with each other and the Lucy App they were ignoring a certain mannequin that was in for a very unexpected surprise.
