Somewhere deep in space, three sisters Zarel, Rolas, and Mitra, have left their home planet of Trilan and are making their way across the universe on a rather unique and mysterious mission, one that would change their lives forever. Recently, the triplets had discovered a cave near their home city and inside was a ancient stone tablet. The tablet foretold of a prophecy that deemed them one of the ‘Chosen’ triplets of the universe. However, most of the tablet had eroded away over time, so they couldn’t make out much of the prophecy. All they could translate was that they were one of many ‘Chosen’ triplets across the universe, and that each set of triplets were chosen for their unique traits and abilities. Having obtained this knowledge, Zarel, Mitra, and Rolas, set off in their personal spaceship to seek out these other triplets, and discover the true meaning of the prophecy.

(1000 light years away from Trilan)

“Rolas, status report.” Zarel said from her captains chair at the front of the command deck.

“We are now approaching the planet Dione, of the Dioseph Galaxy. This is the home planet of the Triad, one of the other Chosen Triplets.” Rolas said as she tapped at her navigation screen at the back of the command deck.

“Very good. Mitra, what were you able to dig up on these sisters? …Mitra!” She asked sternly after seeing her sister playing a video game at her information hub.

Mitra quickly took off her headphones, “Sorry! Right, The Triad. To start there names are Seref, Isobel, and Nyx.”

“That’s some interesting names.” Rolas said with a huff.

“Right! That’s what I was thinking. Personally I think Nyx is such a cool name, but Isobel-“

“Mitra!” Zarel shouted.

“Right, sorry again. Anyways, they are revered by locals for their powerful sorcery and witchcraft. They have been known to keep to themselves unless someone comes to them with a request for their special abilities. Recently though, some customers have been seen going into their home and never leaving.  As far as power levels, they are a 7 out of 10 on our scales. Each of the triplets have mastered their own unique styles of spells anywhere from transfiguration to controlling the elements around them.”

“Alright, so we need to treat them as hostile until we can figure out what their role in the prophecy is, and then we need to get out before anything bad happens.” Zarel stated to her sisters. “Rolas, prepare the ship for landing, preferably in a secluded nearby area so our arrival can be hidden from the inhabitants.”

“Copy that. I found a forest a few kilometers away from the Triad’s home and we are descending there now.”

“Good. Now, let’s get suited up.”

After Rolas set the ship to autopilot, the three sisters made their way to their designated combat room where all of their gear was stored. Rolas had the most armor out of the three sisters as she prided herself on her skilled combat prowess. It wasn’t very heavy armor, as she preferred speed and stealth over more clunky material.  Her most notable piece of gear however is her extremely high tech listening apparatus that she wears on her head. It’s a simple design really. It’s a silver arch that goes from one ear to the other, wrapping over the top of her head. This simple device enhances Rolas’s hearing so she can hear even a pin drop from a mile away. It also has a noise cancellation feature that comes in handy when she doesn’t want to hear Mitra’s constant talking.

As Rolas finished putting on her head piece, she turned to her sisters and groaned, seeing their ridiculously revealing, and rather not protective gear. “Seriously? You two are going out looking like that? Do you not have any decency?”

Mitra giggled as Zarel simply didn’t respond to her sisters narrowed minded ridicule. “Rolas, we have gone over this many times now. We are some of the most naturally beautiful beings in the universe. Why cover up our gifts with unnecessary layers when we can instead use those gifts to our advantage.” Zarel said as she fastened her gear in place. Zarel didn’t like to wear armor as she found it to be stuffy and preferred a more freeing attire. However, she still understood the need for some protection, so typically her wardrobe consisted of dark carbon fiber shoulder pads that protected her neck, sternum, and shoulders area, with straps that went around under her armpits and caressed her elegant breasts. This allowed her to show off her bodies natural birth marks as well, with their purplish hues enveloping her upper arms, and not to mention the unique swirling design that wrapped around her nipples. The unique part of her gear was if she ever needed extra protection, all she had to do was press a small button on the middle of her sternum plate, and the armor would become a full body suit that was near impenetrable.

Meanwhile, Mitra’s gear was very similar to Zarel’s. It wasn’t much more than shoulder pads that protected her neck and shoulder area. Except hers was even less protective and more revealing as she opted for regular cloth material instead of carbon fiber, even adding some poofy frills to the ends of the shoulder plates.  And just like Zarel’s outfit, her petite breasts were on display for everyone to see. Unlike her sisters outfits that had unique traits to help in combat, Mitra’s was just normal clothing.  She felt this was better for her anyways seeing as her best combat skills were her incredible flexibility and acrobatics.

As the sisters continued getting ready for landing, the ship notified them that they were five minutes from their destination. “So…is this gonna be like the last triplets we visited?” Mitra said with a rather sarcastic tone as she gave Zarel a accusatory look.

“Whatever do you mean by that?” She said trying to deflect the obvious.

“You know. Like when we showed up at the ‘Step Triplets’ home planet 500 light years ago and basically destroyed their home city.” Mitra jabbed again.

“In our defense, they were trying to make us their slaves.” Rolas added.

“Yeah, after Zarel made me capture one of them and keep them on the ship as hostage.”

“Hey, I only asked you to do that after the lead sister Moka tried turning Rolas into a bird!”

“Right, but they didn’t did they. And what ended up happening to the sister we grabbed? Hmm? What happened to Bria?” Mitra asked rhetorically.

Both Zarel and Rolas looked away embarrassed. “She…may have been caught in our transmogrifying room and became my new captain’s chair. But you have to admit she is such a nice chair.” Zarel added to hopefully make it seem better.

“Exactly. We destroyed their city while leaving in a haste and now one of the step triplets is your captain’s chair because she frantically started pressing buttons trying to escape. Look, I’m not saying what we did was wrong. But can we please go in with a better strategy this time, that way I don’t have to resort to making one of the next triplets into a couch or something?” Mitra pleaded while finding the idea of a new couch to be slightly interesting.

“Fine. I promise we will have a better strategy this time. Besides, that was our first stop on our voyage. This time we know what to expect. Plus I still think it was mostly their fault but whatever.” Zarel said smugly while Rolas rolled her eyes at the bickering.

Finally, their ship announced they had reached their destination and landed down softly in the forest that they had picked out. The girls gathered near the exit of the ship, and waited for the hatch to open and the ramp to descend to the ground.

As the sisters made their way out of the ship, Rolas made sure to activate the cloaking device so no one would see their ship randomly. Then she twisted a dial on her headset so she could listen to their environment and figure out which way they needed to start heading.  “Alright, I believe I hear the Triad from this direction. Let’s make our way qui-“ As Rolas was about to finish her statement she suddenly lost the ability to speak.

“What was that Rolas? Which way-Oh my goodness!!” Mitra cried out as Zarel looked over at what Mitra was staring at in horror. It appeared that the reason Rolas didn’t finish her sentence was because her mouth had been completely sealed shut. More accurately, her mouth seemed to no longer exist. There was only a smooth patch of skin now where Rolas’s mouth used to be.

She tried speaking some more but nothing came out. Spooked, the other two sisters backed away from Rolas slowly, but that came to an abrupt stop as well when they bumped into three rather firm figures. They both turned around to see if their suspicions were right, and sure enough there stood three ominous figures, The Triad. “Welcome to our planet Zarel, Rolas, and Mitra. Please follow us to our humble abode.” The three creepy sisters said in unison while pointing in the direction of their home.  Looks as though Mitra isn’t getting her wish for a peaceful encounter once again.
