Across town from her home/ family’s magic shop, Dee was having a terrific day at work. She had been kept busy all morning by an endless barrage of customers asking her for advice on dresses and other fashionable clothing items. They mainly came to her over the other floor attendants because of how incredibly sexy she always looked. They just assumed she would have the best advice for clothing, and they were always right, as Dee never met a customer she couldn’t help find the outfit of their dreams for.  This clearly reflected in the commissions she got each day, as she was the hands down number one employee at her store.

When Lunchtime came around, Dee was exhausted. Helping customers wasn’t necessarily a tough job, but walking around in 6” heels all day was, and she was ready for a break. As she went to the break room at the back of the store, a feint voice came out from the direction of the office. “Hey, Dee. Dee come here.”  A disembodied hand waved the girl towards the office ominously.

Not wanting to upset her boss, she did as the guiding hand requested and walked over into the office, where her boss Florence was waiting. “Yes Miss Florence. You wanted to see me?”

Miss Florence was a very tall and very curvy woman, who was not afraid to show off her assets, as displayed currently in the very form fitting white button up shirt she wore, and the extremely tight black skirt to compliment the shirt.  She had long brunette hair that was currently tied up into a pretty bun and caramel skin that glistened in the sunlight shining through her office window.  And even though she was in her 50s, she had always taken such good care of her body that she could easily pass for a lady in their late 30s.

As Dee finished asking Florence why she called for her, the older woman stood up from her desk and walked around to the front of it to get closer to her favorite employee. “Dee, how many times do I have to say this. Call me Flo. Miss Florence makes me sound much too old.”

“Oh, right so sorry Miss- I mean Flo.  So what did you need me for?”

“Dee, you have been working for me for about a year now, and in that time you have climbed the ranks faster than any employee I have ever had.  You’re smart, hard working, and of course dropped dead gorgeous.”

“Thank you Flo. I really love working here.”

“I can tell. And over the last year, I’d say we’ve gotten to know each other fairly well. So well in fact that it’s almost like we’re sisters in a way.”

Dee knew exactly where this conversation was heading and mentally groaned as she once again waited for the question to come out.

“And since we’re so close I was wondering if you could do me one small favor?” Flo said with a fake smile.

“Flo, I know what you’re gonna ask, and the answer is still no. As much as I would love to give you free magical items from my family’s shop, there’s no way I would get their approval.  They really don’t like handing magical items out for free. Especially the kinds of items you are wanting.” She gave her boss a accusing stare.

“Oh come on, what’s the use of having items in your inventory if you’re not going to sell them?  I saw what your family has back in their storage room. Magical Mannequin stands! Those would revolutionize the clothing industry.”

“How? By turning your own  employees into mannequins to pose throughout your store? Doesn’t that sound insane?”

“No, in fact, I would most likely take turns myself as a mannequin. Just the thought of being trapped as a lifeless, helpless mannequin displayed in my own store gets me all tingly inside. Come on Dee, haven’t you ever wondered what it would be like to be a plastic, hollow mannequin, dressed up in the most luxurious outfits imaginable?”

Dee thought to herself about how incredible that would be to be stuck as a mannequin with random strangers staring at her thinking she was nothing more than a piece of plastic. The thought was rather pleasant. But she quickly shook it and got serious again. “I have thought about it, but like I said, the answer is still no, and that is the end of the discussion so just drop it already.” She said with a quick stomp of her heel before she turned and stormed out of the office, leaving a aroused and frustrated Flo behind.

“Damnit, if she wasn’t so frickin sexy I would be furious. Fine, if she won’t give me the mannequin stand, I’ll have to find another way to get it.” She said with a huff as she went back to her desk.

Once the work day was over and Dee finished helping her last customer, she quickly tidied up the store and made sure to lock up as she left work for the day. As she made her walk back home, Dee thought about her interaction with Flo at lunch. She felt bad about the way she treated her boss, and decided that she would ask the others if there was anyway possible that she could borrow one of their experimental new mannequin stands to give to Flo. As she got closer to home, she checked her phone and saw a message from Kate in the morning.

Kate explained to Dee that she would be away for a week and that Kai and Emma were running the store for the time being. Dee was excited reading the message, as she thought that maybe having Kate away, the other two would loosen their reigns a bit on the magic stuff.

As she approached the front door to the shop, she noticed that the “closed” sign was up already. “That’s weird. Usually they don’t close until later. Wonder what’s going on.”  She opened the shop door and entered to a dark store.  She flicked the lights on, and proceeded to the back where the office was.

Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Dee, her persistent boss Flo had been following her from afar and had snuck into the store behind her. As she sneaked quietly behind Dee, the girl suddenly stopped and turned around thinking she heard something. Flo barely dove out of sight behind a shelf of gender change tattoos.  After feeling confident she was alone, Dee continued to the back of the office and shut the door behind her.  As she turned around she was left speechless at the sight of two golden retrievers going at it in the middle of the office, completely oblivious to their new audience.  After watching for a bit longer, Dee cleared her throat and spoke up, having some idea as to who the two dogs were.

“Ehem. Excuse me you two.” The dogs continued to ignore Dee for a while longer until they finished what they were doing.  After they had finished, the two dogs finally heard Dee’s yelling and came sprinting up to the beautiful human standing in front of them. They jumped up and down with excitement at meeting what they thought was their new owner.  After having done it so many times as dogs, the spell that the change coin put on Kai and Emma had nearly wiped their human memories completely. Now they were two very happy golden retrievers ready to play with Dee.

As they continued to jump up and lick Dee’s face, she finally spoke up. “Alright, alright you two that’s enough loving. Please stop so I can assess the damage, and maybe then I’ll get you two some treats.”  Immediately the dogs recognize the word treats and sat at attention at the feet of their new owner. “Good, now let’s see… I see the change coin on a pile of Emma’s clothes over there and you two both have collars saying Emma and Kai, so… Aha, I got it! You two wanted to have some fun with Kate away so you used the coin to change into a couple of horny dogs, but as always, Emma forgot to set a time on the transformation, isn’t that right Emma?”  She was greeted with a bark from Emma in response.

“Hmm, however, I think for some reason with this transformation you must have messed something up where you lost your human memories so you two basically are just plain old dogs right now.”  Again, she was met by a blank expression from the two dogs who had their tongues dangling from their mouths.

As she pieced the situation together a thought dawned on her. With them as two ordinary dogs, there wasn’t anyone to say no to her about taking a mannequin stand. She smiled wickedly, knowing this could easily come back to bite her later on. She playfully leaned down to the two dogs faces to speak to them jokingly. “Hey Kai, hey Emma. How’s it going? Since you two are having so much fun as dogs, you wouldn’t mind if I took one of the mannequin stands from the storage room and gave it to my boss as a gift, would you?” The two dogs blankly stared at her before lapping her face with their slobbery tongues. “You don’t mind? Really?!? That’s fantastic! Thanks so much you two.” She hugged the dogs and rubbed there heads playfully before standing back up and heading to pick up the change coin. After collecting the coin, she thought about heading to the storage room immediately, but seeing as the two dogs had already made a mess of the office with their activities, she decided she needed to make them a nice big cage so they wouldn’t destroy the place.

With a quick flip of the coin, Dee created a top of the line dog cage, big enough for both dogs. She thought of everything with this cage. It had luxurious beds for the both of them, dog bowls that automatically refilled with food and water, and even sound proof abilities that kicked in whenever the two decided to have some more fun.

As Dee got Emma and Kai into their new cage, outside the office Flo was hiding and waiting just around the corner.  She tried to listen to what Dee might be saying, but she couldn’t hear anything through the walls. Nevertheless, Flo was positive that the room Dee was in was where all the cool items were, and once Dee left she would sneak in behind her and get the mannequin stand she had been dying to have.

Once Dee had the dogs settled in their cage, she got up and put the coin back on the office desk next to the wand that was out. She turned back to the dogs quickly. “Alright you two. I’ll be back after work tomorrow to change you back. I figured I’d let you stay this way for another day so you can have your fun. Thanks again for letting me have one of the mannequin stands. Talk to you later!”

As Dee opened the office door back into the shop, Flo froze in fear that Dee might see her. To her relief, Dee was so giddy that she was oblivious to the woman behind the door. So when Dee went behind a row of shelves, Flo creeped through the office door she had kept from shutting.

Inside the room, Flo was rather disappointed to discover that it was just an office and not a storage facility filled with magical toys for her to play with. She spotted the two dogs in what Flo could only describe as the most extravagant dog cage ever, and panicked that they would start barking and give away her position. However she then noticed that they clearly had other activities distracting them, so she carefully walked over to where the desk was hoping not to disturb them.  She figured that there still had to be something magical and fun stashed in the office.

As she looked around on the desk her eyes instantly locked onto the two most obvious magical items, the change coin and the wand. She picked both up delicately, while practically salivating at the sight of the glorious items she now held in her hands. “Oh my god. Did I really stumble on to the infamous Magic wand Dee mentioned? And this coin has to have some sort of powers. I can feel it radiating from within.” After drooling over the two items, she gathered herself and looked around to make sure no one was watching from a camera or any windows, and once she felt she was safe, she stuffed the wand and coin into her cleavage and hastily made her way out of the store making sure not to make any sounds to alert Dee, wherever she disappeared to.  If she wasn’t going to find the mannequin stands, then she figured one of the items she now possessed would make her one.

As Flo left the store, Dee was exploring the massive storage room on the opposite end of the shop. She searched for about an half an hour, finding several magic items she had never seen before. There was a zipper that could make you into a skinsuit, a Cupid’s arrow set that was clearly made for Valentine’s Day, and even a portal gun to make teleportation portals.  But none of those items were what she wanted right now. She wanted a mannequin stand for her boss and she was determined to find one.

Finally as she got about half way into the room she saw two mannequin stands sitting up against a wall. After a quick fist pump, Dee pulled out a remote looking device she had found on a shelf a few minutes prior that she felt would help her with moving the stand.  After pushing a couple of buttons she aimed the remote at the stand and in a matter of seconds, the large stand was reduced down to what looked like a stand for an action figure. Once the stand was the right size, Dee picked it up and looked it over before putting it in her purse along with the remote she found.

Feeling accomplished, Dee skipped happily out of the storage room and through the office into the house so she could get up to her room and get some sleep.  She was so excited to surprise her boss at work the next day. She just hoped that Kate and the others wouldn’t find out that she took one of their magic items.
