It was Midday Sunday before any of the girls awoke from their peaceful slumbers. Jess was the first awake and decided to order some lunch for the group. Kate and Kai woke up a little bit later to the wonderful smell of food in the kitchen. It had been days since any of the girls actually ate so any food would be amazing to them.
“Finally you two are awake. Get yourself some food real quick and then we need to make your human forms more permanent. You two are on a short clock right now.”
Kate and Kai were already chowing down on there food before Jess finished talking. Kai was first done with eating and immediately had questions for Jess. “So why didn’t you transform us again last night when we were asleep? Wouldn’t that have taken care of this situation?”
“Yeah, I guess so, but you two looked exhausted so I didn’t want to mess with your sleep. Plus, I needed a nap as well. You two weren’t the only ones being changed all weekend.”

Later when everyone finished their food the three girls went back to Kate’s room to fix Kate and Kai permanently. They just stared at her judgingly for a bit until she added more. “But thanks for changing me back anyways I guess.” Kai always found a way to make things sound condescending. “And if I’m being honest it actually felt pretty good to be worn when you went out dancing... at least until I went blank. Jess was relieved they both accepted her apology. “Thanks you guys for understanding. I felt terrible the whole time you two were gone. “And yeah, I had the same experience a few times when I was changed. Over time it gets really hard to remember who you were.
