Before we get started I made this for a friend who ask me to make a CYOA base off her friends MLP CYOA. So I made one for her.

Twilight Sparkle sat alone in the Golden Oak Library, every candle lit, every curtain drawn, every window sealed tight against distraction.
On her desk lay a scroll thicker than a hoof and twice as long, covered in her own crowded notes—half equations, half frantic little doodles she’d drawn during long nights of trial and error. A fresh pot of ink steamed beside her, and books floated in a lazy orbit overhead, held aloft by her lavender aura.
She inhaled deeply.
“Okay, Twilight… focus. No more side projects. No reorganizing shelves. No alphabetizing the tea. No reshelving the reshelved books.” She tapped her hooves together in a little rhythm she used to settle her nerves. “Just… this spell.”
She lowered her head toward the parchment. The quill hovered, waiting for her next stroke.
Outside, Ponyville hummed with its usual midday chaos—Pinkie Pie giggling somewhere, a distant crash that was probably Rainbow Dash practicing new tricks—but Twilight did not allow a single sound to pull her attention away.
She squeezed her eyes shut and began speaking the theoretical framework out loud, the way she always did when thinking deeply.
“Spell matrix must remain stable through phase three. Magical conductivity must be clean, no resonance backlash, and the transformation anchor—”
She froze, cheeks warming.
“No! No transformation anchor yet. That’s for later. Focus, Twilight. Foooocus.”
The candles flickered as her horn lit, a soft lavender glow swelling until it cast moving shadows across the shelves. The spell wasn’t formed, not even close—right now it was only raw magic drifting around her like mist. But her heartbeat quickened anyway. This was the part she loved most: the quiet, the potential, the feeling that something new was about to be born.
She adjusted her stance, steadied her breathing.
Nothing happened yet.
No magic misfired. No wild bursts. No accidental transfigurations. Just the gentle hum of her magic and the steady, determined look in her eyes as she built the framework line by line, word by word, rune by rune.
“Almost there,” she whispered. “Just stay focused…”
