The Morning of the Curse
Nate never believed in the so-called family curse. His parents used to bring it up as a joke—or so he thought—telling him the same story every year as his birthday drew near: “If you don’t lose your virginity before your 25th birthday, the curse will take hold, and your manhood will be gone by sunrise.” It always sounded like old folklore or an awkward way to push him toward adulthood. Nate would laugh it off, rolling his eyes and brushing aside their warnings.
Being the eldest of four brothers and two sisters, Nate prided himself on being the "rational" one—the one who didn't believe in magic, curses, or supernatural nonsense. He focused on work, on keeping his body in shape, and maybe, maybe, he’d worry about dating later. But as his 25th birthday approached, he remained single and, admittedly, untouched. Still, he scoffed at the curse right up to the night before.
That night, as he drifted off to sleep, he felt a strange tingling crawl across his skin. He assumed it was just stress, maybe anxiety. But in truth, the transformation had already begun.
The Transformation
It started in his sleep, deep in the realm of dreams. His muscles softened, deflating like air from a balloon. His once broad shoulders narrowed as his thick arms shrank inward, becoming slim and delicate. His chest began to swell, slowly at first—two modest, soft mounds pushing against his sleeping shirt, becoming slightly full and sensitive. His waist tightened, pulling inward, giving rise to wide, curving hips that rolled gently into plump, feminine thighs.
Nate stirred, murmuring in confusion as his legs shifted beneath the blankets. His thighs pressed together differently, now padded with new flesh. His calves thinned, his ankles tapered. A burning warmth surged through his core as his pelvis shifted with a low, muffled pop, reshaping into something unmistakably female. His manhood faded in a slow, crawling sensation—replaced with folds of unfamiliar warmth and sensitivity.
His face was the last to change—cheekbones lifting, jawline softening. His Adam’s apple melted away as his throat smoothed out, and his voice, even in sleep, lightened into a soft, breathy tone.
Awakening
When Nate finally awoke, it was to the sensation of hair tickling his cheeks. He sat up groggily, rubbing his eyes, only to notice how much smaller his hands looked—how slender his fingers were. The weight on his chest and the strange tightness of his hips made his heart race.
“What the—?”
Her voice cracked like glass—soft, lilting, and unmistakably feminine.
She threw off the blanket and stared down at her new body in stunned silence. Where once was muscle and bulk, now sat a curvy, bottom-heavy frame. Her hips flared out with an exaggerated sway, and her thighs, once lean and powerful, now jiggled softly as she shifted. Her breasts weren’t enormous, but they bounced visibly with every movement, clearly outgrowing her tank top.
Panic gave way to disbelief. She scrambled to her feet—now slightly shorter than before—and stumbled toward the mirror. The reflection staring back was undeniably her... and yet, not. She looked like the kind of woman that would turn heads—a strong resemblance to her sisters, even.
Every stitch of her old clothes was now useless. Her boxers fit like tight booty shorts. Her gym shorts refused to go past her thighs. Her favorite hoodie now draped like a dress, hanging off her narrowed shoulders.
Acceptance
She sat on the edge of the bed, trembling. The curse—the curse was real. After years of mocking her family for believing in it, she was now living proof. Her father had always said there would be balance in the family if the curse triggered. Now it was true. Three sons. Three daughters.
She imagined the look on her mom’s face—a mix of joy and I-told-you-so smugness. Her sisters would absolutely adore this. But how could she face them now, after swearing so confidently that she’d prove the curse fake?
She sighed, long and soft, her breath catching against her newly sensitive skin.
“Well... guess I’ve got some shopping to do.”
And deep down, despite the shock and confusion, a tiny voice whispered: You were warned.
