Story 1:

The Bad Ending: "Bestial Reunion"

The Setup:

As Meteor loomed closer, Sephiroth deployed his final contingency: a chemical bioweapon forged from corrupted Lifestream energy and mako, codenamed Genesis Plume. It was designed to eradicate all resistance by rewriting DNA and fragmenting conscious thought. Sephiroth dropped the bomb in the Northern Crater to engulf Cloud and the others in the spreading gas cloud.

But what he didn’t predict was that the unstable chemical would not discriminate. It didn’t just affect his enemies—it transformed everyone in the blast radius, including himself.

The Transformations:

Cloud Strife → Fenriquin (Behemoth-Fenrir Hybrid)

  • Physical Change: His spiky blond hair turns to thick, silver fur. His body morphs into a hulking quadruped—a mix of Fenrir and Behemoth. Glowing green streaks of mako pulse through his muscles.

  • Mental Shift: Cloud forgets his identity, consumed by a need to dominate his territory and protect the bones of the ancient battlefield.

  • New Name: Fenriquin, a combination of “Fenrir” and “Antiquity.”

Tifa Lockhart → Slyvune (Sylkis Bird)

  • Physical Change: Her limbs slim down and elongate into sleek, brightly colored wings. Her martial prowess vanishes as she becomes a swift, graceful chocobo-like creature, but more birdlike and exotic.

  • Mental Shift: Tifa becomes a migratory creature who forgets her past ties, seeking only the warmth of the sun and food.

  • New Name: Slyvune, the “Sky Bloom.”

Barret Wallace → Marnox (Marlboro Variant)

  • Physical Change: Barret’s body melts and reforms into a bulky, tentacled mass with multiple gas-emitting maws. His gun arm is now a venomous tentacle.

  • Mental Shift: His protective instincts remain, but now twisted—he lashes out at anyone who approaches, friend or foe.

  • New Name: Marnox, the “Toxic Watcher.”

Aerith Gainsborough → Luniva (Moonflower Tonberry)

  • Physical Change: Aerith's petite frame becomes hunched, her staff fusing into a kitchen knife. Her green robe transforms into a tattered cloak that flickers with ghostly energy.

  • Mental Shift: Once kind and nurturing, she now silently stalks intruders with haunting determination.

  • New Name: Luniva, meaning “Silent Moon.”

Red XIII → Scerroth (Jenova-Lupine Blend)

  • Physical Change: Already beast-like, Red XIII mutates further, becoming a sleek, long-legged predator with Jenova’s signature tentacles emerging from his back.

  • Mental Shift: His intellect is erased, replaced with raw instinct. He no longer speaks—he hungers.

  • New Name: Scerroth, the "Alien Fang."

Yuffie Kisaragi → Succupurr (Cait Sith Mutation)

  • Physical Change: Yuffie’s body compresses and morphs into a mischievous, feminine Cait Sith with large sparkling eyes, a permanently fixed giggle, and too-wide a grin.

  • Mental Shift: Obsessed with collecting shiny things and playing tricks, she forgets Wutai entirely.

  • New Name: Succupurr, the “Playful Hex.”

Vincent Valentine → Gulvargis (Gigas-Bat Mix)

  • Physical Change: Vincent’s cloaked form unfurls into leathery wings, his hands elongate into claws. His red cloak becomes a membrane-like appendage.

  • Mental Shift: He becomes a predator of the night, no longer cursed by his past—because he no longer remembers it.

  • New Name: Gulvargis, the “Night Fiend.”

Cid Highwind → Grottoch (Zuu-Inspired Beast)

  • Physical Change: Cid's body reshapes into a massive flightless bird with soot-stained feathers and oily plumes from his rocket.

  • Mental Shift: His love of machines becomes a compulsion to hoard broken tech in a mountain nest.

  • New Name: Grottoch, the “Scrapwing.”

Sephiroth → Vessath (Queen Jenova Mutation)

  • Physical Change: Sephiroth’s perfect human form is warped into a majestic, genderless serpent-dragon with translucent wings and Jenova’s eye embedded in his chest.

  • Mental Shift: His god complex remains, but language and strategy are gone—only the instinct to corrupt remains.

  • New Name: Vessath, the “Lifestream Womb.”

The Aftermath:

The world does not end in a fiery apocalypse but is instead reclaimed by these mutated beasts—once human, now forgotten legends roaming the plains, mountains, and ruins of Gaia.

The Planet, sensing the absence of humanity, begins to slowly heal. But those who venture into the wilds speak of glowing eyes, haunting cries, and terrible beasts that seem to remember a world now gone.

Story 2:

Title: The Force Unbound – Twi’lek Requiem
Bad Ending for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Theme: Transformation, Loss of Identity, Sith Sorcery

The Emperor's laugh echoed through the throne room like a blade sliding across glass.

"You think yourself strong, apprentice," he rasped. "But I wield the Force in ways ancient and forgotten… Sith'ari Kish’tal—the rewriting of essence itself!"

As Starkiller and his loyal allies—Juno Eclipse and Kota—lunged at the Emperor in unison, he raised a clawed hand and released a slow, pulsing wave of dark energy. It was thick and oily in the Force, unnatural. Not a weapon of destruction, but of change.

The wave hit them mid-air.

The Transformation

At first, it felt like molten tar under their skin—burning, shifting. Starkiller screamed, his voice cracked and shrill. His lightsaber fell from his fingers as his arms thinned, bones popping, joints reversing.

His body shrank in height, bones reconfiguring as his torso stretched, grew curvier, his ribcage narrowing, waist cinching. His hips flared violently with wet crunching sounds. Muscle gave way to softness, sinew turning to fat-laced smoothness. His skin flushed a soft, glossy pink, becoming smooth, hairless, and slightly iridescent.

His lekku burst from the back of his skull with a wet snap, writhing like new limbs. They hung heavy and sensual down his back, twitching with untrained instinct. His face lost all masculinity—eyes widening into glossy pools of teal, lips ballooning full and pouty. His ears retracted inward, replaced by conical hearing organs.

Juno’s scream pitched into girlish moans as her blue uniform burst at the seams. Her skin turned a radiant mint green, bust surging outward like inflating balloons, hips splitting her pilot’s suit. The lekku erupted from her skull, curling daintily over her shoulders. Her jaw softened, tongue lazily hanging out as if her thoughts were already slipping.

Even grizzled Kota could not resist the ancient Sith mutation. His muscles melted down to sinuous feminine curves, aged features rejuvenating into a sultry, wide-eyed violet-skinned Twi'lek with long, glossy legs and a body made to sway. His once stern mouth now shaped into an absent, teasing smile.

Their minds unraveled just as cruelly. Complex thought patterns were overwritten by simplicity, curiosity replaced by the desire to please, serve, and dance. Starkiller’s memories of Vader, the Rebellion, even the Force—gone. Replaced by an eager thrill at the idea of performing, flaunting his—her—body for attention. A sultry giggle escaped her now-luscious lips.

New Identities

Once warriors of the Force, they now stood swaying on high heels that clacked across the cold metal floor as Sith guards pulled them apart.

Starkiller became Lureesi – a pink-skinned, giggling twi’lek who always tilts her head when spoken to and thinks fighting is “just sooo, like, boring.”

Juno Eclipse became Zhalani – a mint-green flirt who stretches seductively every time she wakes up, thinking only about pleasing the next cantina owner she dances for.

Rahm Kota became Vy'kessa – a violet bombshell with no trace of her past discipline, now thrilled to learn every seductive move from her new Hutt master.

Their Fate

The three bimbified twi’lek dancers were sold at auction across the galaxy, separated forever.

Lureesi was taken to Jabba’s Shadow Lounge on Nar Shaddaa, praised for her “innocent eyes and slutty giggle.”
Zhalani now sways daily on the Velvet Crawler cruise ship, delighting customers who pay extra to tug on her lekku.
Vy'kessa became the favorite of a Tatooine cartel boss, trained to perform gravity-defying pole routines with her enhanced flexibility.

None remembered the Rebellion. None remembered the Empire. They only knew glitter, heels, and pleasing the crowd.

The Force did not die with them.
It just... danced now.

Story 3:

BAD ENDING: “Bowser's Beauties”

As the battle reaches its climax inside the psychedelic, wonder-fueled heart of the Flower Kingdom, the heroes—Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Toadette, and even Yoshi—prepare to deal a final blow to Bowser. But suddenly, Kamek cackles above them, swirling his wand to activate his final failsafe: the Bewitching Bloom Bomb, a glimmering, perfume-like potion bomb laced with irreversible transformation magic.

The bomb explodes midair in a cloud of glowing pink mist. The fog coats the heroes instantly, clinging to their skin and soaking into their clothes. They drop their weapons, stumbling back as the magic begins to corrupt and reconstruct them at a cellular level.

Transformation Details (Character-by-Character)

Mario → Marla the Koopa Queen

His body contracts then expands, curves developing fast. His hips flare, chest ballooning into large, round breasts barely constrained by his dissolving overalls. A tight red-and-gold corset materializes around her hourglass body, complete with high boots and a gold Koopa shell strapped to her back. Her face softens, lips puff out, and her voice becomes sultry. Her mind shifts from noble hero to calculating seductress, loyal to Bowser’s cause.

“Heh… Marla’s here to crush the resistance—with style.”

Luigi → Lulu the Shy Gal

Luigi stumbles, shrinking slightly as green lace covers her body like vines. A heart-masked Shy Guy mask fuses to her face, her figure developing a pear-shaped voluptuousness. Her thighs thicken, and her once-anxious demeanor is now replaced by flirtatious mischief. Her movements are playful, teasing.

“Oh my~ I used to run from danger… now I dance in it!”

Peach → Peasha the Piranha Diva

Peach’s royal dress burns away in shimmering petals as vines and petals grow from her skin, merging her with a humanoid piranha plant design. Her bust swells massively, her tongue lengthens, and her gown is replaced by a sensual petal-shaped bodysuit. Her voice becomes hypnotic, laced with pheromones.

“Peasha’s kiss is deadly… but oh-so delicious.”

Daisy → Daisyx the Goomba Temptress

Daisy's hair turns deep brown, her figure now incredibly thick and curvy. Her body is encased in a latex-like bodysuit with a Goomba motif. Her mind twists into that of a headstrong dominatrix. Her stomping power is now seductive intimidation.

“Who needs petals when you’ve got curves like these?”

Toadette → Tonya the Spiny Babe

Toadette’s cap hardens and stretches into a glowing pink Spiny helmet. Her body stretches out, becoming tall and muscular yet sensually feminine. She dons a minimal armored bikini of spiked plates. Her new mind craves obedience to Bowser, eager to “teach the weaklings” with force.

“Mess with the shell, get the sting.”

Yoshi → Yessira the Lickalot

Yoshi’s snout shortens, becoming a glossy-lipped pout, while her tongue remains long and agile. Her green scales become tight-fitting latex across a toned, exaggeratedly curvy form. A tail swishes sensually, and her voice becomes almost purring.

“Yessira’s tongue doesn’t miss… and neither do her hips.”

Aftermath

The transformed heroines now kneel before Bowser, smiling seductively as he roars in triumph. The Flower Kingdom is now his, guarded by a loyal squad of hyper-sexy, humanoid minions who used to be heroes. Their identities are erased, minds rewritten to love their new roles and revel in their bodies.

The camera pans away from the corrupted kingdom as Bowser relaxes on his throne—surrounded by his beautiful, reprogrammed warriors.

BAD END UNLOCKED: “Bowser's Beauties: The Curse of the Wonder Bloom”

Story 4:

Undertale – Bad Ending: “The Family Reset”

Asriel stood in the empty throne room, clutching the broken remnants of his past. The power to reset shimmered in his soul, but he hesitated. He remembered the pain, the emptiness of Flowey's existence. He didn’t want to be alone again.

So, he chose to reset — not to undo everything, but to rewrite it.

The energy pulsed out like a wave, washing over the Underground and twisting the very fabric of memory, time, and identity. But something went wrong. Frisk and Chara, once human anomalies outside the normal flow of souls, did not reset cleanly. Instead, they were caught in the backlash of Asriel’s power.

The Transformation:

Frisk was the first to be claimed.

Their body shimmered, skin paling slightly to match the white fur of their new parents. Fur began sprouting across their body, soft and downy, as their limbs shrank and grew pudgy. Their clothes unraveled into nothingness as their toddler body took shape — rounded cheeks, big innocent eyes, stubby fingers. Their memories unraveled too, thoughts of kindness and determination replaced by simple ideas: mama, daddy, Aswi-el.

They giggled as their feet turned into chubby paws, tail flicking out behind them, ears stretching into soft flops. A small red ribbon, conjured from the magic of the timeline, appeared around her neck. The name “Flissel” etched into it in gold.

Chara fared worse.

She screamed — not in anger, but in shock — as her essence shrank, compressed into something tiny and helpless. Her thoughts blinked out like candles: first the hate, then the fear, then even the name Chara. Her body morphed into an infant monster, no older than a few days. A tuft of white fur crowned her head, little claws curled tightly, and her cries echoed through the halls.

Toriel scooped her up, tears in her eyes — not from recognition, but joy at having a new daughter. Asgore stood behind her, misty-eyed. “She’s beautiful,” he whispered. “Let’s call her… Chariel.”

Aftermath:

No one remembered Frisk or Chara. The adventures, the resets, the choices — all gone. The Underground whispered only of King Asgore and Queen Toriel's growing family: their teenage son Asriel, his mischievous little sister Flissel, and their newborn, Chariel.

Asriel, now older in this rewritten world, watched them with wide eyes.

He remembered.

He remembered everything.

But when he tried to reset again, the power was gone — locked, perhaps as punishment or mercy. He was no longer Flowey, no longer a god. Just a big brother now, forced to watch his friends become something else.

Forever.

Would you like a follow-up scene showing Asriel trying to speak to them, only to realize they truly are gone?
