There was a woman named Kelly who had been infected with the virus known as Karenism. This virus takes 7 days to transform an infected individual into a middle-aged entitled mother. Kelly's doctor had told her that the infection would last for 3 months and that she would return to normal after that time, but only if she did not have intercourse. Kelly woke up that morning with a K on her shoulder and she could feel small changes taking form. She could feel the beginning stages of the virus taking hold and she could feel the beginning stages of her transformation. That day some small changes took form for Kelly. Her attitude began to change slightly and she began to look a little bit older. Some of the things that she had previously enjoyed doing now seemed less interesting to her and she was beginning to feel a bit bored. The virus was taking hold and the transformation was slowly beginning. The next day Kelly's transformation continues. She looked at her arm and she now saw that it had a KA on her shoulder. She looked in the mirror and she saw that she was looking older and she could see the changes taking effect. Her personality was still half normal and half becoming entitled. She did not want to lose her friends and she was afraid that she would. This process of transformation was difficult and she was unsure of what would happen to her. The transformation continues for Kelly. She was now on the fourth day of her transformation into a middle-aged Karen-esque woman. She looked at her arm and she now saw that it had changed to KAR. She looked in the mirror and she could see that she looked even older now and she looked like she could be the younger sister to her mother now. She felt entitled and she felt more mature now. Her body matched her age now and she felt different, but she also felt normal in a way. She started to dress more maturely and she started to act more entitled. Kelly's transformation was continuing and the virus that was altering her was getting closer and closer to fully transforming her into the middle-aged Entitled Karen woman that she was becoming. She looked at her arm and she saw that the virus had spread and it now had KARE on it. She looked in the mirror and she saw that she looked even older now. She could even say that she looked like she could be a twin to her own mother. Her body now had the curves and the shape of a middle-aged woman and she could see her breasts beginning to sag. She was wearing motherly clothing or typical Karen clothing and her personality was. The virus had been fully released and Kelly's transformation into a complete middle-aged Entitled Karen was complete just as her doctor had predicted. Kelly looked at her arm and saw that the virus had taken full effect and she now had KAREN on her shoulder. She looked in the mirror and saw that she looked older and she could even say she looked like she could be the older sister to her mother. Her body had changed into the body of a 55 year old, even though she was actually only 25 years old.

She was now fully a Karen physically and mentally. The Karen virus had been spreading and Kelly had accidentally infected her friends with the virus. Kelly was now part of a group of six middle-aged Karen-esque women who were all once 25 year olds. They were all infected with the virus and they were all now middle-aged women. They hung out together and they acted like middle-aged Entitled Karen-esque women. They spent their days together and they spent their nights together and they were all infected with the virus. The Karen virus was spreading and it was infecting those who came into contact with it. After 3 months of being infected with the virus, Kelly and 4 of her friends finally came to the end of the virus's three month cycle. Kelly was happy that they were all able to go back to their original ages and their original forms but she was sad that she had lost two of her friends. They had not known about the dangers of the virus and they had had intercourse. This had caused the transformation into middle-aged Entitled Karen-esque women to be permanent for her two friends. Kelly felt bad about what had happened to her two friends and she felt guilty that she had caused them to lose their youth. After Kelly and her friends had gone back to their original ages and form they decided to warn other people about the dangers of the Karen virus. They went around and they told people about the Karen virus and they warned people to not have intercourse with someone that was infected by the virus. The girls wanted to make sure that others did not also lost their youth like those that they had known. The virus continued to spread and it continued to infect people throughout the world and it was up to the girls to help stop the spread of the virus.
