On the lovely holiday known as Mother's Day there was a guy named Ted who enjoyed to make moms miserable by making fun of them and making their day worse. But unbeknownst to him one of the staff working that day was a member of the MT Lab Café family. The member would then spike his drink, turning him into a pregnant woman.  *Ted sips his soda and becomes pregnant* He was confused at first he began to feel something he's never felt when suddenly he was doubled over in pain. "What's happening to me?!" He shouts. His facial features changed into that of a woman's, he began to grow breasts, his body slowly becoming more curvy, and finally his mind changed to be more feminine as his female form finally took hold of him. He starts to become motherly, being able to produce breast milk, which he begins to leak. He starts to feel empathy for others and being more submissive. His personality slowly changing to be more like that of a female. When the process was finished she stood up and ran to the Jack n box bathroom. She enters the female side and looked in the mirror at her new form. "What have they done to me?!" She shouts, "I'm pregnant? Where is all this milk coming from?! Oh god I'm about to pop, what happened to my muscles?! Why am I so submissive?!" She starts to cry before she is suddenly overwhelmed by a feeling of love as the motherly instinct kicked in. She looks down and realizes that her once male clothing is now a proper maternity outfit. "What? What happened? What is going on?" She shouts as she is suddenly overwhelmed by the most intense feeling of motherly love she'd ever felt before. She puts her hand to the new breasts that were now on her body and feels herself leaking breast milk. She is also starting to have contractions. "My clothes?! What is happening?!" She says to herself as she touches the fabric. "These clothes are... Comfortable? Oh my god they fit me perfectly, and I don't know why. They just feel right."  "Teddy? What is going on? Is that me?" She says as she grabs the id card. "What am I?" She asks herself as she begins to walk over to the mirror. "Why have I been... Turned into-... No it can't be possible but... I am a woman!" She puts her hand on her pregnant stomach and feels the baby kicking inside. "Why has my car changed? Where did that bag come from?" She starts to panic, "What is going on? And why am I pregnant?!" She says before touching her belly. However, she suddenly gets a feeling of joy being a mother, wanting to protect the baby inside. "Ohh... Is this the motherly instinct everybody talks about?" She asks herself, feeling her new mindset come over her.  She gets into the minivan and leaves the parking lot. She is now in the mind of a woman.

As she drives home she finds herself wanting to shop for baby things as she passes a shopping center. Her new personality coming to full control as the motherly instincts begin to take over. They begin to chat about the nursery as Teddy then gets the sudden urge to cook her husband a home cooked meal after the shopping trip. She can't explain why she suddenly wants to do this but she knows the baby will want her to. She then pulls up to the supermarket, finding a nice parking space and heading inside. She starts to push the cart as she looks at the baby clothes, starting her shopping trip like all good mothers would. While waiting for the food to cook, Teddy finds herself craving pickles, mayonnaise, and ice cream all at the same time. This is her new womanhood giving her pregnancy cravings. As her husband walks through the front door she calls him over and asks if he can help with the baby room. He agrees and the two of them spend the afternoon decorating the room for the baby, putting together the furniture, picking out bed sheets and everything else the baby room needs. The husband is unsure, "I'm not sure, but we can pick some baby names out of the baby book," he says, heading off to grab the book. The two of them spend a good half hour looking for names and agree to a couple. "If it's a girl then we'll name her Emily, if it's a boy we'll name him Joseph," the husband says, "what do you think?" For the next two months Teddy's pregnancy continues. She struggles with cravings, nausea, and the weight gain that comes with pregnancy. In addition, her body becomes more womanly as her curves expand and her breasts grow. She starts to produce even more breast milk and her mind shifts to become even more feminine while she grows more motherly. Eventually, the day comes when she goes into labor and is rushed to the hospital, her husband by her side. After a long and agonizingly long process, Teddy finally gives birth to a beautiful baby girl. They decide to call her by the name they had already chosen for her, Emily.
