In this story you'll be given 4 different stories theme to the whole "You are what you eat" saying. Each of these characters ted to eat a lot of the same thing and in the end they'll change do to what they like to eat a lot. Now shall we begin with the first story.

Story 1: Eating to much Mexican Food:

Mike loved eating Mexican food. He loved how there are different spices for Mexican food. His friends find it weird that when they go out Mike tends to get some kind of Mexican food. One night one of his friend told him that "He is what he eats." Mike was confuse at what his friend said and went back to eating his taco. But as he ate something else began to happen as his body began to shrink, his hair began to grow and change color from blonde to a darker brown. Then his skin change tone. Not even realizing the changes Mike began to talk with his friend.

Mike: Dude I love how Mexican alimento (food) can be cualquiera (either) hot or cool with all there diferentes especias (different spices).

Mike friend responded with his back turn as he was checking out some of the girls at the bar not realizing the changes that are taking form to his friend. He didn't even notice how Mike manage to speak perfect Spanish a couple of times or the fact that his voice became higher.

As the changes finish Mike now Maria just sat there enjoying her food as she once again talk to her friend or in her mind her boyfriend.

 Maria: ¡Bebé! Deja de mirar a esas chicas cuando tienes una PICANTE Chica justo frente a ti.

(Babe! Stop checking out those girls when you got one SPICY Chica right in front of you.)

After saying that Mike/Maria's friend turn around in confusion of the sound of a female and not a male and he was shock to see a Hispanic female eating tacos across from him. Mike/Maria friend was in complete shock at this. His friend had some how turn from a white guy to a sexy Spanish girl. He didn't know what to do and just played along with what ever is going on since he now got a sexy girlfriend out of it.

Story 2: When you get to addicted to Chinese food:

Toby had thing where on Odd days he got Chinese food either for lunch or Dinner. Even Toby's boss and neighbor both said to him that "He is what he eats'." Toby didn't care what they had to say he just loved eating it. So one Friday night Toby just got home from work and he sat down in his living room and began to eat his food while he put on his favorite Anime "Demon Slayer" on SUB not DUB. As he ate his food he didn't even realize that his body had began to change. He first shrunk in height and weight. Then his hair grew out and turn black. Then his manhood became a womanhood. Toby didn't even feel it when 2 boobs push out. He didn't even realize it when he began to understand the anime voices better then he did before. It was as if he could understand the Japanese language now.

Toby: Děng děng, wǒ shénme shíhòu néng tīng dǒng rìyǔ? (Wait when could I understand Japanese?)

Toby said this to herself, then hearing her own voice she then said aloud.

Toby: Děng děng, wǒ shénme shíhòu néng shuō yīkǒu liúlì de zhōngwén? (Wait when could I speak perfect Chinese?)

Then with a moment of a total Brain Freeze everything made sense again. Her Name was Trini Xie and she had just gotten off work and pick up some of her favorite food for diner as she watch her favorite Anime.

Trini: Shàngdì wǒ ài mí dòuzi èmó xíngtài! Hǎo xiǎng yǒngyǒu zhèyàng de shēncái! (God I love Nezuko Demoness form! I wish to have a body like that!)

Story 3: Some things are meant just for kids.

Craig was at home by himself as his GF was at work. Since he work on Odd days and his GF work on even days there schedules are different from one another. So late one afternoon Craig was getting hungry so he went to kitchen to find something to eat. He couldn't find anything good but found some Mac n Cheese in the area where his GF keeps the food for when she has to babysit her sister's kid. Craig figure that it couldn't hurt to eat one of the boxes. The 3 year old girl wouldn't notice her aunt his 1 less box of Mac n Cheese. So a half n hour later Craig sat at his desk with the pot of Mac n Cheese. He began to eat it as he waited for his new game to download. He jokingly said "Well you are what you eat." as he shoved another spoon full into his mouth. As he ate something began to feel off with Craig he just shrug it off and went to go watch some TV while he sat there watching TV  as he sat there his body began to regress. He finish the pasta and place it in a kitchen then went back to the living room and this time found it odd that some things were slightly bigger now. Craig just went back to watching TV. Hours would past and then Craig's girlfriend came home and when she open the door to the house she was greeted with a pudgy three year old girl

in a pink shirt and a diaper watching Bluey on TV. She walked over to her and look at the small infant and question why it look so familiar to her then it hit her. This infant look like her boyfriend but also her sister kid. It was if the two fused into a new person. She then discovered a empty box and pan that was use to make Mac n Cheese. She guess that there was something in the Mac N cheese that cause this and so she toss it out but Craig still acted like a typical 3 year old would.

4 weeks past and Craig now Cassey now lives a life of a typical 3 year old and had become close friends with her GF niece/ now cousin since they are so much alike now. Who knows if Craig/Cassey will ever turn back to normal or would her GF/mother have to raise her as a somewhat daughter.

Story 4: Teaching the Vegan a Lesson or to.

By now most people know about the Vegan Karen who has been nothing more then annoying person. So one day she was found eating at a local restaurant and her waitress knew who she was thanks to social Media and had enough of her nonsense. So the waitress while picking up the salad that the Karen had order she said to her self "You are what you eat you stupid COW!" She then gave the salad to the Karen and walk off to serve the other people in the place. As the Karen ate the salad something began to feel weird. She couldn't help to eat the salad slowly and just grind the plant in her mouth. Then her body began to expand as a tail began to sprout from her back side. She then let out a huge Moo like a cow would and feeling extremely embarrass by this the Vegan Karen got up and ran out of the place with her body looking like a half cow half Human hybrid. As she ran to her car finding it harder thanks to the new weight and udders that are growing on her body she found her self still chewing but it wasn't the salad anymore it was cud and this cause her to spit it out a scream but her scream slowly change to that of a MOOOOO as she fell to the ground and transform into a full on Cow. People surrounded her shock to see the once human turn into a simple cow.

Months would pass as the Vegan Karen turn Cow was sent to a farm and became a Dairy Cow. Now she spends her days like any other cow. She eats, gets milked and sometimes Mate with the bulls when its needed. This was her Life now and she loves it well of course she would as her human mind snap after 3 months of living at the farm as her once human mind change into that of a typical Bovine Mind.
