Mary was quickly getting her house ready for her friends who were visiting. She lived in a decent house but she was quickly throwing and placing these little kid toys that were left around. Mary would often watch her Sister Janet's 3 year old daughter Katie during the week. Mary's sister had married a rich nice man and they pay Mary well but she also work part time at a Chuck E Cheese when they needed extra help. After getting the toys put away Mary had place a box of things she had gotten the past month and among them was a MT Lab Babifier Dart gun and Mary didn't realize that it was in there but later on in the day she would had wish to go through that box. (The reason why she had it cause of her  next door neighbor Francine who always acted like a total Karen. Mary had use it on her and now that ex-neighbor lives as her daughters new baby.)  Mary continue to clean and made sure all of her nieces things were put away. While cleaning she got some snacks down but didn't realize they were her nieces special snack's. (They are special since they improve and increase a kids nutrients and other needs a growing toddler/children would need.) Mary place the yogurt and granola bar's. Mary figures she could order a pizza later. She finally finish as the door bell rang. Marry haven't seen her friends Helen and Jackson in years well since they had graduated College a few years ago. Once Mary open the door and greeted her friends they all went to her living room and talk. After catching up with one another Jackson ask if they're were any snacks and Mary nodded and went to the kitchen and brought back the yogurt and granola bar. Helen ask what's with these snacks and Mary said that she hadn't gone to the store as of recently due to work and said she'll order a pizza later. After her friends ate the snacks they went back to talking. Mary wanted to show something to Helen and they went to her office while Jackson stayed in the living room and turn on the TV to watch some Comedy Central shows. As Mary and Helen were in the other room and Jackson was sitting on the couch something began to feel weird with Jackson. As he continue to watch South Park, Jackson's stomach started to feel a little uneasy. He wrote off since he had a very small snack but remember that Mary mention she would be ordering Pizza later and Jackson hope it was the good pizza from Round Table. Little did he know was that the granola bar that he ate was meant for kids between the ages 2-9 and not for adults. These snacks were made by a department at MT Lab who sold them to make some extra cash. The snacks nutrients and other things that would help a child or toddler were confuse as it could tell it wasn't in a young person body but a adult body and went to correct this. Jackson had begun to regress and not even noticing it. But that's not all as he went from South Park to Friends to ICarly to Liv and Maddie to Sesame Street. During this Jackson hand not only regress but had been turn into a 3 year old baby girl. As Mary and Helen re-enter the room they were greeted to a small infant girl sitting on the couch watching Sesame Street. The two look in total confusion as the small infant girl who was wearing a pink shirt with Minnie Mouse on it and wearing a Disney Theme princess diaper just look and giggle at them and pointed to the TV. Mary now holding the her friend now baby in her arms the two remaining adults began to worry and tried to figure out what had cause this to happen to Jackson or should we now call her Jackie. Mary place the small girl back on the couch to let her watch Elmo and friends while they try to figure out what had cause this. After talking Mary glance at the coffee table that she had place the snacks on and to her total horror she had realize she had place her Nieces special snacks. The ones that her sister told her never to give to anyone who were older then 9. Mary quickly ran over to pick up the empty Yogurt cup and empty Granola bar box and began to read the warnings. During this Mary told Helen to go back to her office and use her PC to look up MT labs website and see if there was a way to fix this. Mary staying with her regress friend as she examine both items to find a way to return Jackie to her proper age and gender. But What Mary didn't realize that Helen had eaten the yogurt cup. Helen sat on the computer chair in Mary's office as she went through MT Lab website for any help to get her friend back to normal. A little tingle swept through Helen's body. As she focus on the screen she didn't realize as her body had begun to regress. Her boobs retreated back into her chest leaving her with a flat chest and her butt had shrunk and lost that bubble shape. Then baby fat began to reappear on her stomach and appendages as her hair reshape into pigtails. Her clothes vanish but only to be replace with a small dress and a Disney Princess theme diaper that formed around her much smaller waist. Helen finally notice what is happening to her and began to panic as she jump out of the chair and fell backwards as she knock over the box that Mary had place in the room a hour earlier. Causing the box to spill the contents insides including the MT Lab Babifier Dart gun. Due to her smaller size and regress insides the yogurt she had eaten earlier couldn't stay in and as her mind regress to fit her new 3 year old body she squatted and filled her diaper. Then she fell back with a plopped as her now little tushie hit the floor causing the use diaper to squished around as she held her small feet and rocks back and forth. Mary hearing the noise rush down the hall to her office but once she had open the door something had struct her in the neck. This gave Mary a scare and pulled out a little dart and looking horrified Mary glance to the ground to see a now Infantize Helen giggling as she held the now empty Dart gun. Mary quickly grab the dart gun and place it on the table while she pick up the baby Helen and notice she had use her diaper. Mary quickly gave her a quick change and then plop baby Helen next to her other babize friend Jackson/Jackie as the two watch Sesame Street. Mary now began to feel weird as she realize the dart that had struct began to effect her and her body had begun to regress. Mary quickly look around for her phone and called her sister. Mary explain to her sister what had happen and how she was so stress that she didn't realize what had happen and accidently fed her friends Katie's special snacks and now she was hit by the thing she use on her old neighbor and being turn into a infant as well. Janet told her younger sister to calm down as she and Katie will be over soon to help take care of Mary and her friends till she can figure out a way to fix the mistake and hung up. Mary now sounding like a 12 year old felt her stress and worriness melt away knowing her sister would know what to do. Mary sat on the couch between her two baby friends knowing soon she would be joining them soon.

An hour later after Janet told her husband that her and Katie are heading over to Mary's place. Janet explain to her husband what had happen and he told her that he'll come over to after work to help out. Janet and Katie arrived and enter the house only to see 3 baby girls sitting on the couch watching Sesame street. Janet notice which were her sister as the one in the middle wearing a red Elmo shirt with a Disney theme diaper just wave at her and giggle. After an hour Janet manage to get all 4 girls down for a nap and figure she could take a quick bubble bath to ease herself. As she got the bath ready and dump in both bubble bath soaps and not realizing one of them were Katie's specials soap. Janet got into the bath and sat there relaxing. 1 hour later Janet's husband Ben enter Mary's house. Ben notice the 4 sleeping 3 year olds in Mary's bed room and heard splashing coming from the bathroom. He enter the bathroom only to see a small baby girl splashing the water around and laughing. Ben realize this was his wife and what ever happen to Mary and her friends had happen to his Wife. Ben got her out and dried her off and his he reenter the bed room his nose was hit with the horrible smell of diapers that had been filled with number 2's. Ben told himself he has to find a way to change them back before he either goes crazy or end's up like them.
