As Joseph ran for the bathroom he began to feel dizzy and weird as he fell and roll into the locker room of the restaurant. As he stood there some of the left over close flew off the shelf and began to swarm him as it tore his clothes off as it began to replace his out fit with that of a pregnant female. With each piece of clothing added to Joseph his body began to change. With in seconds a new Hispanic female stood where Joseph once stood.  As she stood there a little confuse Maria walk in and said:

Maria: Oh Gabriella, no te vi aquí.Espera, ¿se supone que debes estar aquí en tu condición?( Oh Gabriella I didn't see you here. Wait are you supposed to be here in your condition?)

Gabriella: En realidad no ... Mi esposo, su jefe, dijo que debería quedarme en casa, pero aunque pueda ir cualquier día, eso no significa que pueda venir y ayudar con lo que sea.(Not really....My husband your boss said I should stay home but even though I can pop any day now that doesn't mean I can come and help with what ever.)

Maria: ¡Oh nena, eres tan dura!¡Espero poder tener tu fuerza cuando me quede embarazada! (Oh Baby your so tough! I hope I can have your strength when I ever get pregnant!)

As the two talk a sound of water hitting the ground emitted.

Gabriella: Um ... M-maria ¡Creo que se me rompió la fuente! (Um...M-maria I think my water just broke!)

Maria: ¡Oh tiro!¡Está bien, sigue respirando mientras busco a tu marido!OY Miguel consigue algunas toallas para limpiar esto y Hannah, ¿puedes traer al Sr. Spinel y decirle que su esposa acaba de comenzar el trabajo de parto? (Oh shot! Ok just keep breathing while I get your husband! OY Miguel get some towels to clean this up and Hannah can you get Mr. Spinel and tell him his wife just went into labor!)

As Maria and Gabriella rush off Amanda sat waiting for Joseph to return, She waited for awhile till Francie came by and told that she saw Joseph just leave in the arms of two other females. This made Amanda mad that he just cheated on her and left her paying the bill. Francie told her that they'll send Joseph the bill and after taking another sip of her drink Amanda ask the waitress who Joseph was? Amanda was rush out as they had to shut down early due to a family emergency. As Gabriella went into labor and was rush off to the nearest hospital Amanda walk down the street wondering what she had forgotten?
